★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★Potato noodles with tofu:Wanted to try the potato noodles so got them here, however the broth that it comes in is extremely hot.I asked for the broth to be put in a separate bowl because if the noodles were in the broth it would soak up the spicy broth making it too spicy.As well as the spices, there was a lot of MSG in the soup.As for the potato noodles I could not taste any potato in it.The tofu was marinated well that there was a strong marinade taste in it.★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆

Lunch到了久違的Food Court吃飯，在元朗正記買了鮮茄雞扒焗飯的學生餐，跟餐飲品選了是日特飲鳳梨汁。鮮茄雞扒焗飯是即叫即焗的，但是等候時間很長，當上碟時焗飯熱得出煙，更燙嘴得難以入口。待涼後一嘗，焗飯有很多鮮茄汁，它亦加入了不少鮮茄去焗，所以味道香甜的鮮茄汁，中和了鮮茄的酸味，味道十分融和。而飯不是普通的白飯，而是香軟的蛋炒飯，味道不錯。雞扒肉質仍然鮮嫩，可吃出是新鮮的雞扒。鳳梨汁味道一般，是那種沖調而成的加工果汁。整體而言味道不錯，但若能縮短等候時間會更好。

本身自己好鍾意食四川辣野去到新都城FOOD COURT見到開左間有川菜食既舖(好耐無去唔知開左幾耐)嘩, 見到都幾多人食, 就試下佢啦但....真係唔係咁得喎講味道之前, 我想講左服務先個疑似老闆既呀叔態度就真係唔係太好問野好似唔係好想答你咁我叫左個四川酸辣粉(兩餸22蚊)中辣, 但真係一D都唔辣..仲要無酸味呀妹都叫左個小辣, 評價都係差唔多早知去百佳買個酸辣粉15蚊仲好味-___-值得一讚既係, 面真係幾多GEI雖然無味肚餓22蚊係可以食得飽

差不多每個星期都黎食. 湯底可揀酸辣(大中小), 或雞湯. 麵方面有米線 (之前好食d, 而家煮得太林), 新竹米粉, 水晶粉同紅薯粉. 我會配2-3個餸, 兩餸麵加飲品, 只係$22, 加多一個餸就$5. 飲品有豆漿或是日特飲, 罐裝洗汽水加$2我本人推介 酸辣水晶粉小辣. 配土豆絲, 豬軟骨, 麻辣豬耳, 蒿荀 (是我最愛之四款餸)最出奇係..... 佢所有配菜都好好好好好吃, 無論係跟湯的酸菜, 芽菜, 定係辣椒片, 千祈唔好放過!

呢間新開,所以都想去試下!因為次次都見幾多人等!!我上次食左個酸辣撈面,同口水雞飯!呢2個都可以跟野飲!!個次就要左豆漿!!面:夠哂味,而且份量都幾多,可以選2樣小食,我要左豬耳同牛肉..個姐姐都俾幾多我呀而且呢個只需要20蚊正!!真係勁平!另外個個飯都幾多食!雞都好滑,而且好夠味!唔會只係食到汁個陣味!!雖然雞ge份量唔係好多!但係27蚊都算係可以

尋日買了個炸雞亦豬耳湯酸辣粉！只選擇小辣！湯夠香夠辣不夠酸！多點酸更好味！配菜都幾夠多！薯粉亦好彈牙！豬耳夠爽！雞亦好滑！尚算滿意^^＂食完暖哂胃@@下次會叫啲同事買黎食

個鋪位都不知易手了多少遍今次換左 元朗正記試下正唔正先正記 主要賣四川酸辣粉類/小食好有幾多選擇麵底 有四川酸辣粉/湘味冷麵/酸辣麵/紅薯粉等等而(食送) 仲多款 有三杯雞, 辣子雞, 麻辣牛肉/雞絲, 鹵牛展/豬耳/雞翼, 炸魚角, 菲菜雲吞, 炸中翼, 豬扒, 雞扒, 豬軟骨, 蘿白, 豆卜及各種菇類丸類 (好彩我影個門面相時 影到少少個menu:3)可以好似車仔麵咁 揀麵底同送 $16-18跟餐 $20麵底配兩個送 有豆漿同其他飲品(忘記了)試左1.鹵豬耳蘿白配湘味冷麵($20配豆漿)豬耳入味且爽蘿白值得一讚 甜而無渣湘味冷麵 幾特別 麵質幼細酸酸辣辣中 帶點麻油香 叫左小辣都還不算太辣 適合食唔到辣的人2.豬軟骨豆卜酸辣粉 ($20配豆漿)又係叫左小辣 但比冷麵辣食開譚仔10小辣的我 食到流埋鼻水但真係幾惹味豬軟骨 夠稔入味但豆卜就無乜特別酸辣粉 比起之前係聯記川王涼粉的酸辣粉冇咁油油量也勉強可以接受個粉質感幾煙韌 不足的是 兩碗份量不算多 女仔剛剛好 男仔應該唔夠3.豆漿普通 豆味不夠甜左少少但食辣野 飲甜野 唔錯 = v =提提大家唔好食得咁密且食完 記住去飲涼茶
