首先我想講嘅係呢間餐廳，食物質素係唔差，選擇都有好多，但係就算係咁，都唔會再有下一次！ 呢間餐廳有三個價錢餐牌可以選擇，分別係貴，中，平。一坐低個侍應就推介我哋揀佢哋中價嘅餐牌，咁我哋都有聽佢嘅建議最後揀咗中間價位嘅餐牌，之後佢再upsell 我哋，佢話不如揀埋鴛鴦湯底，好平㗎咋，都係加$48，咁我哋都聽咗佢講揀咗鴛鴦湯底，最後埋單原來係人頭計$48，我哋一行五人，揀咗個鴛鴦湯底等於總共加大約$250，真係O晒嘴。咁嘅餐廳要用啲咁嘅招數誤導人，是否很唔掂？ 另外佢限時兩個鐘，qr code點菜，上菜勁慢，我哋7:30入座，8:10先上打邊爐嘅餸俾我哋，9:00已經催我哋埋單，0925埋單，就算我哋成枱都仲係嘢食，0930已經趕咗我哋出門口。 所以勸大家，如果要喺度食要諗清楚！趕時間到好似冇食過嘢咁滯，而且埋單都唔平一個人差唔多五舊水。

諗住喺附近食完晚飯，求其入一間酒吧同朋友飲吓嘢咁，入到去一坐低就話有Minimum charge，每人一個鐘至少嗌一杯，好啦，叫佢過嚟，完全唔忙，但係等咗勁耐都唔過嚟落單！ 好啦嘢飲終於上枱啦，一飲落去，成杯糖水，冇酒精！仲要唔係一杯係咁，我哋一行四人，四杯都係咁，咁樣做生意法，係咪當香港人Lulu？ 埋單人均消費加埋$120，咁我不如加多幾廿蚊去酒店飲？又唔限時！服務又好！質素又高！仲要無限refill nuts！

其實我都係第一次嚟呢間嘢度食 因為朋友話味道都OK價錢正常 點知第一次嚟到 啲麵包係有毛㗎 非常嘔心 今次我哋開咗支酒 嗌咗兩個set dinner 有三文魚火腿沙律 兩個意粉 意粉嘅味道其實唔錯 其中蜆肉意粉，都幾出色 蜆肉係味道，都幾新鮮 唔會林啤啤 咬落去都幾Juicy 以佢嘅沙律其實都幾新鮮嘅 同埋佢嘅龍蝦湯真係足料 龍蝦味濃郁 最後仲有兩個蛋糕 好飽，幾滿足嘅 服務整體都算唔錯 都係一啲年紀比較大嘅侍應 不過其中有個嬸嬸侍應講嘢比較直接 不過今次真係唔好彩 咁都比我遇到麵包有毛

間嘢喺附近經過嘅時候 見到都不斷有人入去食嘢，同埋嗌外賣 所以就本着應該都唔會差嘅心態入去 睇到佢嘅餐牌價錢亦都唔係好貴 小店來講，裝修都算有心思 不過就比較熱，冷氣唔係好夠 食完之後覺得呢間小店 有超乎佢嘅價錢嘅味道 總括嚟講都覺得可以再encore 今次就叫咗兩杯嘢飲 薏米水入邊啲薏米都好大粒 好有咬口 小食就叫咗兩款 小食拼盤同埋雞肉串燒 小食拼盤三人份量都係30幾蚊 非常之抵食 其中以炸雞翼，最為出色 入口鬆脆 唔會有腍啤啤嘅感覺 炸春卷，入邊都非常足料 有原隻蝦 炸蝦餅就不過不失，味道正常 而雞肉串燒上面嘅沙嗲醬 睇得出係有用火槍燒過的 所以上枱嘅時候啲香味非常之濃 食慾大增 而佢嘅雞肉係用雞腿肉 冇呃秤 到主角上枱 一碗海鮮喇沙 一碗口水雞喇沙 海鮮喇沙，非常足料 有原隻帶子，有蝦，有魚片，同埋魚蛋 湯底非常之香 亦唔會太油 口水雞唔會太辣 食完都唔確喉 同埋佢嘅雞味，非常之香 唔同出邊餐廳啲雞一陣雪藏味 另外值得留意嘅佢嘅面底 係可以油麵配米粉或者瀨粉 個人喜歡配米粉 覺得會Match個湯底多啲

My friend just randomly chose this. We went here without any expectation and it was so good beyond our expectations. The clay pot rice is a must try item. Rice was so good you can taste every single rice and mixed with meat oil and soy sauce super smooth. The meat they used were high quality meats and it worth the price. Best of the best was that the “charcoal” rice was super crispy like having callbe. So delicious. I’ll definitely come back here again.

So my friend and I went here for dessert, because we went here last time and it was so good and I missed it so much. So we came here again. Then we ordered the most famous dish walnut soup thing. And I was kind of disappointed because this time it was quite watery. Then the other thing we ordered was the stewed milk custard with lotus seeds, which was too sweet for me and I didn’t really like it. But that’s just my opinion

I found this here on OpenRice randomly and the pics were nice. So I made a reservation. When we arrived, we ordered a platter ($118) which looked good and delicious and it was delicious. And the soup dumpling ($40/4pcs) was even better than some big chain restaurants. But sour spicy soup noodle and and Shanghainese fried noodle ($68) were average. Service was ok too.

My friend wanted to come here for afternoon tea, so we booked this online. The environment was nice. The weather was good. So the pics were nice. About the food was just ok, we did not expect too much. I like meat so the beef sandwich was fine. About the scallop, it was not a fresh one so a bit off. Other sweet things were just average. Last, supposed there was a gift bag comes with the tea set, the staff did not give us, we had to ask for it, that was a bit strange.

Overall good dining experience We made the reservation here on OpenRice, got discount. All you can eat semi buffet with Unlimited time. Service was good. We did not have to ask for water and the staffs were nice and smart enough to come over to refill water for us. As this time was a birthday celebration. The staff was really helpful to take pics for us.

As a loyal customer of black sheep restaurants for years, it was the delicious food and excellent service that kept me coming back and that was the reason why I loved bringing different friends over to enjoy or even celebrate their big days, but we were extremely disappointed this time. I made the reservation through OpenRice and supposed there would be free dessert, but no dessert was given. Plus, I had remarked this as my friend’s birthday celebration, then of course no dessert no birthday song nothing at all. When we were ordering, your staff told us what we wanted were already sold out, it was only 7pm and many of the menu had already sold out? So we were “forced” to order some other food. About the food, one of the dishes we ordered was Zuppa di Pesce, when it came, we could only find some mussels and clams and bread inside, where was the fish? And we were charged for $988? About the service, your staffs would not come over to our table to pour water for us as we had already finished our water long time, we thought that they would come check on us after a period of time but they did not, and we also had to wave our hands many times, and it felt like we were being ignored. When I wanted to go to restroom, your staff only used finger to point the way to the restroom, but then I saw when other customers went to restroom, your staffs would show them the way to the restroom. I wonder why was I being treated differently? I’m wondering if these are the standard customer service your restaurants provide nowadays?
