幾個月之前，知道<米芝蓮1星> 拉麵店登陸 香港 登龍街，
已經好想去試下 ! 結果.…..忘記了 =( 。

今日從朋友口中，知道在尖沙咀海港城 開新店 。就 9秒9去試下 .

店的位置: 在行人路旁邊可以看到。 熙來攘往的人潮進入 海港城

"Seen and to be Seen" ! location & location 好有蘭桂坊feel 有趣!有趣 !

問咗靚女 店員Grace,米芝蓮一星係邊一碗麵, 佢推介咗#鹽味义燒玉子拉麵 味$98…及 推介”骰仔肉”,期間限定#味噌拉麵

#鹽味义燒玉子拉麵:店員一放下會下, 一陣清香。 先試一口湯，溫度比一般拉麵店燙口- Like ! 。
有即叫即煮的風味 ，湯 頭 用了很多菌菇 及雞肉去 淆湯 。入口舒服,夠香甜 .  鹹味均勻，100 Likes !

相比 其他日式拉麵店 用麵粉做, 麵條使用蕎麥做, 的口感稍有不同

在香港來說是比較少有的.  

溫泉蛋: 好好味! 流心效果口感一流 !!. 真 真 真 真 真 堅好味.. super like.

骰仔肉:  初看似 ”白賴哂” ,白烚肉一舊?!… 竟然…超好食..  嫩滑 ，無渣，有肉汁。
讓我想起 某名店 的梅頭肉叉燒。。。 但價錢只是 1/3

友人说笑以35元來說，他下次來,不吃麵只要3碗飯 + 温泉蛋 + soda ，更满足! 是這餐最大的驚喜

補充： 我曾睇過其他食評 ，说不值這個價錢。

令我曾經猶豫 過 不去試。 求真精神 ，上網 找 ”東京總店 ” 日本人寫的 review 作比較
- 日本價錢要1000 yen(HK 72) 。
- 店內只有9個位置，排隊約兩小時才吃到。
- 每天 營業時間11～4 pm,    6~9 pm

日本食評大力推薦 黑松露油的香味，這味不是我杯茶 。如果 喜愛黑松露油香，
這是一個精明的選擇 (相比 $200 ，一碟松露truffle oil 意粉)

在 HK 尖沙咀， 貴與不貴, 值與不值, 是相對而言.海港城 是 全香港 最貴租金的地方之一.

相比之下，在2樓的food court 隨隨便便的午餐。也要七八十元.  反正不是叫每天去吃，最黃金的地段， 只需付出 多$40 ( $98+10% Vs $72) 便能 舒舒服服 地嚐到 享受#東京米芝蓮一星# 的味道.

我個人來說 真的合理。

1月1日元旦行落街 ，1行數人搵好嘢食 見到呢間日本菜。

係新開張試業中,見到佢個餐牌都幾好喎，真係街坊價錢最平66蚊有交易。

咁就今餐食好啲, 唔食茶記啦。

 行入去 ， 裝修清雅， 門口有落地大玻璃陽光照入嚟 。一室明亮，坐得都幾舒服 。環境完全不似在舊區。 牆上擺設了 sake清酒樽，我相信晚上會化身居酒屋。

先試試午餐：

揀咗六點壽司 烏冬餐($88)。9點魚生($158) .灼燒魚生飯($78)月見豚肉燒($66) 。

4個set都包前菜。雜菜沙律 ，蘑菇麵豉湯。Salad 菜新鮮

個麵豉湯 唔係好咸,幾好味,裏面仲放咗幾粒蘑菇仔,。店主話每日用sashimi 魚骨做湯底 , 加味噌煮湯. 不是開粉.
1.六點壽司餐:有甜蝦，立魚，章紅…有帶子雖然個隻带子係薄身啲但係一啲都冇雪味，係好鮮甜嘅貨色，咁當然仲有三文魚，烏冬都好彈牙QQ,有咬口又夠熱。唔係急凍cheap烏冬.

真係抵食。CP值高。

2. 月見豚肉燒($66):

豬肉炒到好香， 連埋啲洋蔥 洋蔥食好好味.

但係跟左隻生雞蛋， 店主話咁樣係正宗食法，生雞蛋我唔知 点食

!! 點肉 ? 或伴飯個人覺得可有可無，不過隻雞蛋 蛋味 就好香.

3. 9點魚生: 有海膽，甜蝦，三文魚Salmon 魚，章紅…Super fresh. 海膽夠甜.. 沒有腥味.. 如果在其他日本連鎖店單點海膽sashmi軍艦, 至少$50.. 現在$ 158有海膽 + 加其他....超值

對不起，掛住食，忘了食前拍照. 我的圖片看來有點亂，原來上檯時好漂亮!

4.灼燒魚生飯: 外觀不吸引，伴壽司飯，超級美味 !! … Champion of the Day !
5. 見到個餐都幾好食，就加咗4隻炸餃子($28)上到枱熱辣辣，個皮又脆卜卜。

6. Service- 店主加咗幾次 茶，service OK. 又坐得好舒服,

Conclusion:

食咗一餐高 CP value lunch

 唯一要扣分的，就係待應上咗茶，又唔比menu, 等咗成10分鐘，才發覺，然後對餐單又不瞭解。

我相信因尚在試業中，很快便會適應。我好快又會返嚟食啦

聖記高B班同学會，好耐冇開飯吹水，楝个好日到 ”金記”晚飯。
点解揀呢度？貪佢就腳，MTR出行1分鐘就有冷氣嘆! 係大熱天時，呢个location 掂!

燒雞：水準依然高! 香脆肉嫩。跟食神金句“雞有雞味”

紅酒燴牛尾：牛尾炆得”林”、配埋多種蔬菜(入味。但唔係溶哂的蕃茄。菇，洋葱) & 点埋D汁，
我ko咗2塊 法包。

上湯菜：好似話係唐生个蕊，估佢唔到咁嫩,咁清甜。
蟹肉炒粉絲：果然係招牌菜，清爽不油。2秒食晒!

我哋礳爛蓆，傾到1045pm才走，店員不但没有black face,更動加茶加水，
... 我 學劉華咁 "比10个likes"

”金記”& “聖記” 30年味道不变，人情味更濃

After reading the 1 st comment fin open rice, Come here with little expectation..........& thinking it must be $$$$.

Nevertheless... the food quality worth some credit.

The menu is preset by the host with RED & White wine

We share some starter & cold cut, salad...........Salad is refreshing by adding walnuts & grape... U can tell the chef does put effort & detail to make the difference.

I have a home made pasta & other guest has soup.

The mushroom soup, like the other 's comment, unevenly heated OR not hot enough..it is probably due to the fact tht it is a party of 12... waiting to serve has chilled the serving.

the home made pasta.. highly recommended. Al dente. Just perfect !!

The main course: T bone steak ( serving for 6 )
large portion, excellent meat quality , well charcoal grilled & juicy / tender inside.

very impressed with the T bone steak... AWESOME !!!
better than the one I have in Steak House ( Inter-continental ) on the next day.

dessert: Tiramisu, brownie & a slice of dry glazed orange.... Luv the orange slice.. perfect match with the Espresso...

++++ there is a small balcony for chill & hangout.. no view at all, but peaking in the apt across the street is fun.

the service is as good as the food... & worth every Michellen STARs

However, the light is too dim..cos, the light on top of our table is broken. Per manager, they have request service to fix for few days.
Pls. fix it ASAP....

We waited for 30 mins to get our Peking duck which we have reserve when book the table... other tables get it B4 us, even they place order at the same time or later than us..

the kitchen has probably messed up the order.... it seems a lot of guest has to wait for a long time b/w each dish.
Well, look at the bright side, it allow time to digest & eat more..

Oh ! they charged $ 220 for cutting cake... Luckily, the manager is nice enough to waive the charge ..... Thank U..

I ordered the Roast beef sandwich + fries + Soda.

Roast beef sandwich: The French Bread is crunchy on the surface & soft inside..... you can taste the " FRESHNESS " of the bread. It is a bit touching to see the owner is stubborn to perfect the detail.

Fries: not oil, freshly fry.....soooo soooo Yummy.

Service: the cashier is very nice, but like everyone said, the girl who deliver the meal is not pay much attention to her work. She give us the wrong sandwiches.

I guess this is not the owner thought.... Good employees is hard to come by this day

HK 38 / meal for a yummy set is a bargain... the same meal would cost 50% more if the restaurant was located in LKF or SOHO

If I had to complaint, they are tooo far fm MTR station..... It take me 15 mins to walk

I booked the table 1 week in advance, to celebrate EARLY Father's day

I did not ask for the Window seat which is HKD 200 / head. Well, it is a Sunday dim sum lunch, don't think we can reach the min. when we hv few kids.- total 10 person ( Yap, HKD 200 apply to kids )

Even with 1 week in advance, they give us the WORST table in a dark corner. Stuffy & uncomfortable. .......definitely take off points fm the meal tasting.

There is actually over 10 tables for 2-4 person without the min. charge & just adjacent to the window. Pls.be sure to ask for that when you book.

you will get the best view at no. min.

Overall, I would prefer the Chinese restaurant on 31/F of the same group in terms of food quality, ambiance , service

Heard the Chief of FOOK LAM MOON join this restaurant. Great expectation to try out.
Well, the food is almost as good as FLM. Same price ( that means pricy,... )

BBQ pork - Yummy !! my kids luv that........but I think sauce too sweet for adults

We did not order any fancy food- Shark fin/ Abalone which the restaurant is famous for. Becos My bros is a Green fan. We still got nice service for ordering a home style family meal
The service, the view & ambiance worth 101 points.
of cos, don't expect to be modest price. If U happen to like FLM or dining at 4 stars hotel class Chinese cuisines. Here is a better choice at the same price.
the bill is HKD 1045 for 4 adults + 2 kids.... app 200 . heads
In my humble opinion, you wont be disappointed to impress your guest here.
& I intend to visit again before it become very crowded.
