紅螞蟻既早餐估唔到甘好食在銅鑼灣,都找到28元的早餐今次要左個炒蛋配雞扒及多士+熱檸水這個早餐我只為雞扒而叫雞扒只是用了黑椒就有幾鮮的感覺炒蛋方面,仲有一片片香腸粒蛋炒得夠滑食時,仍有少少蛋汁非常好味.蒜蓉牛油多士, 蒜蓉唔會太濃但就令到個多士更加香。  繼續閱讀

Lunch timeSet Lunch $52 + 凍$2評:個白汁堅MA MA 地,D三文魚有D咸味,先至有D味。所以我加左D辣椒仔。 6/10 不過呢度SERVICE真係唔得LAW,有個三十幾四十歲女人,叫佢做“姐姐”, 佢話個不是阿姐,唔落ORDER, 我真係O左咀,今日有其他同事,唔係我一定投訢佢。咩服務態度,唔叫佢做嬸嬸俾面佢。我地一行11人食Lunch, $680 埋單,佢老闆重問我個CREW明天黎唔黎早餐,LUNCH,甘既態度,好難番再頭LAW。服務態度絕對影響,下次再來的機會。 繼續閱讀

黑椒牛肉焗飯黑椒汁異常creamy飯粒唔會焗得過硬牛腩牛腩牛腩very tendervery 淋 & 入味very good!!!番茄豬扒焗飯豬扒 even better...肉質嫩滑可惜等得太耐我同個friend 食哂自己既dish個飯都仲要多等10分鐘難得個friend好脾氣冇發爛喳!!! OMG!!! 繼續閱讀

紅螞蟻集團於1998年成立,現擁「紅螞蟻風味小館」和「一品螞蟻」兩個品牌。 紅螞蟻除堅持各傳統美食特點之外,更配合創新的烹調手法,令各菜式均具新鮮感。 紅螞蟻在香港有7間分店,全部都在旺區 (銅鑼灣.旺角.荃灣.沙田.九龍灣.觀塘.尖沙咀)。 我去過銅鑼灣/觀塘/尖沙咀的分店。各分店一貫悠閒舒適概念之外,更會按各分店地點配入簡約獨特的元素。 每次去紅螞蟻都係食炸豬大腸椰香海鮮湯米線+凍奶茶。 炸豬大腸就好似榴槤咁,有人一聽到就耍手擰頭,有人一試就會愛吃到唔停得口。 記得細個喺街邊走鬼檔,熱辣辣一大鍋油即切即炸,咬過一啖之後,其外脆內軟的口感,咁多年來都無嘢可以代替,相信大部份炸豬大腸癡與我一樣 ,對大腸都總有份情意結! 現在好少茶餐廳會供應炸豬大腸麵,因製作時間需時,所以每次去紅螞蟻都係食炸豬大腸。 初一同老公及奶奶在銅鑼灣睇完超無聊的賀歲電影後,打算去食下午茶。行左好耐好多酒樓餐廳都休息,初一真係全年最難搵食的一天!終於搵到紅螞蟻照常営業。可能好多人都跟我們一樣搵唔到食,入到去都人山人海。好快被安排坐於卡位,餐牌及水好快送到。 餐牌吸引,可惜我一早已選定~炸豬大腸/椰香海鮮湯/雲南米線+凍奶茶。而且有下午茶餐只需$38 麵有4款-各有特色 髮絲麵-(自家製)軟熟香口,好似粉絲 雲南米線-正氣有益 米粉-健康首選 烏冬-咬口一流,但要+$5 湯有5款-各有特色 豬骨湯-原味清甜 椰香海鮮湯-鮮甜香濃 四川酸菜-開胃去膩 正宗重慶麻辣湯-辣燙麻香 酸辣湯-微辣醒胃 點菜時特別要求豬大腸要分開上(之前試過唔記得要求,結果炸豬大腸被湯浸淋了!!!) 由於豬大腸分開上,令碗麵的賣相變得很寒酸,好似食淨的...但不介意,情願要夠脆的大腸。 炸豬大腸-即炸,送上時依然熱辣辣。今次有小小炸過火,有小小太乾。但依然外脆內軟。口感十分討好! 最重要是大腸內的肥脂已經完全清除,沒有了豬”蘇”味! 但份量都可以 (雖然份量比以前小了,但所有食店都一樣,都不能投訴) 椰香海鮮湯雲南米線-湯底有濃烈的椰香味,海鮮味欠奉 (當然不要期望有海鮮材料!)但味道鮮甜香濃,十分惹味。 最重要是食完沒有口渴的情況。雲南米線口感彈牙,份量足夠。個人認為椰香海鮮湯配雲南米線最合宜。 凍奶茶-一柸合格的奶茶,有茶餐廳風味。 雖然下午茶餐比午餐便宜,但份量不変。讚! 服務態度良好,侍應自動加水,自動清理枱上食物。 環境-環境舒適.清潔加上闊寛的梳化椅,都會讓食客慢慢食.傾下計的地方。如果沒有太多食客,侍應都不會趕客。  繼續閱讀

i visited just before the normal rush hour so the restaurant was empty enough to get a table straight away. As it was just myself I did not want the lunch 'set' and only wanted a bowl of noodles. The waiter kept telling me I HAD to get the set and finally the manager came over and said I could get just a bowl of noodles. But then they had the nerve to talk about me to the wait staff in Putonghua calling me 'difficult' and 'demanding'. I called the manager over and this time spoke to her in Putonghua telling her I understood what she had called me and since when is it 'demanding' to simply want a bowl of noodles?She walked off without apologising and then I heard a lot of whispering in the background. It was so amazingly rude. The noodles arrived and were plainly not cooked long enough. The strands were still stuck together and the broth was lukewarm. I tried to eat a few mouthfuls and then gave up. I am very disappointed. I used to eat here quite often and the food was good and the service was polite. Definitely gone way downhill. 繼續閱讀
