很可惜，又一間用心小店因業主加租結業。今天午餐點了意大利火腿pizza, carbonara pasta 和 田螺全部新鮮食材烹調，蕃茄醬也是新鮮蕃茄做，pizza底又簿又脆，可說全港其中最好的pizzapasta芝士味濃郁，芝士咪不會失望最最令人滿足是真誠的服務，雖然不是熟客，但唯一的廚師會很親切與我們傾談很希望店主能覓得新舖重新開業，一定會幫襯！

這次是我第一次寫食評!今日同男友黎到赤柱玩, 比起海旁大型餐廳...我地更熱愛特色小店~所以我們選擇了這家在OPEN RICE找到...有點家庭式的偏僻PIZZA店. 一進去店員叔叔便熱情招待, 更拿出一堆解謎小玩意給我們玩~ 新鮮的PIZZA不消一下就出來了! 跟平常吃的PIZZA不一樣, 他們的派皮是薄身的, 皮邊烤得脆脆卻完全不乾...比較起來的話, 我覺得hawaii口味比辣肉腸好吃~ 我們另外還點了白醬蘑菇火腿義大利麵...他們毫不吝嗇的給了我們一堆新鮮pramasan cheese...義大利麵的蒜蓉味很重, 醬料起司味很香濃!!! 我和男友都一致認同好吃!!!離開時店員叔叔問我們是不是第一次來, 原來大部分光顧他們的都是老客人...遊客都習慣去海旁的大店~ 如果有機會去赤柱玩, 不妨來這家小店吃看看...別有一番風味喔!

赤柱一個小的社區竟然群立那麼多的Pizza店 , 唯獨Pizza Club 僻處暗街的一角.由正灘搬來已經營年多 , 依然屹立. 唯一解釋 : 橫巷存香 , 必有美食鬼佬小廚老闆當然係鬼佬 , 英文則由Beach Club易名為Pizza Club , 以Pizza為主打 , 味道一定好難怪"唔好食唔收錢" 可以刻印在Menu上時間上許可 , 一定重臨吃此人間美食我最愛食的辣肉腸皮薄而脆 , 芝士香濃 , 用料十足 - 人間美食

The restaurant is extremely unremarkable and if you walked past, you'd probably not even notice it as it's down a small alley way right in the middle of Stanley Market. Let me tell you, looks can be decieving. I was fortunate enough to discover this place, and honestly, if only they had a better location and more people knew about this secret little gem of a pizzeria, this place would be packed everyday.No seaview, no ambience or nice decor. What this place has is heart and soul, and the tastiest pizza I've had in HK in the last 4 years.Alfa, the restaurant manager has been working here for 12 years. Originally this place was the Beach Club situated on the main Stanley beach but unfortunately they lost the blind tender a few years ago and were forced to relocate. This was the only place they found available in Stanley at the time.Alfa is the nicest little man you will ever meet. He invited me into the kitchen and showed me how all ingredients are made from scratch, using the freshest, high quality tomatoes, cheese, herb sauces made from scratch etc. He actually made me a pizza from scratch right infront of my eyes. No MSG (he actually showed me around the entire kitchen and there was no MSG insight), no pre-made toppings or ingredients, the only thing that was made earlier by himself was the pizza dough.I had the triple cheese pizza. The base was perfectly thin and crispy, and the pizza itself tasted like heaven. The perfect amount of oregano to bring out the flavour. Simple ingredients, made simply, but done perfectly. Alfa's been doing this for 12 years. He knows his stuff.Chocolate mousse - to die for. He showed me he only uses the highest quality Valhrona 61% dark chocolate. Adds no sugar or cream. There are only 2 ingredients in this mousse - egg and chocolate and he's perfected this dessert.High quality ingredients, delicious food, made with love and care and the nicest guy you will ever meet. There's a reason places like these are still around despite the horrific rents in HK.

看食評和相片，口碑不錯，賣相也好，便過來嚐嚐。三個人點了一個16寸的大pizza，兩種口味MAGARITA和PARMA HAM各一半，果然不錯，十分薄，雖然有ham，也不會太鹹。此外，店家服務熱情周到，吃的也開心。下次再來！
