灣仔蘭杜街2號地下10號舖$38轉了新中午菜單看到店家媽媽在場包的餃子圓混混的,手工包製, 但摺口位及餃皮厚素餃材料有菜仔、甘荀、冬菇 , 木耳外邊的肉餃都加了大量肥肉,想吃得健康點就叫素餃食餃子的好朋友~醋與辣醬大量菜, 都佔了95%, 可是提味及可以有爽口感的甘荀、冬菇 , 木耳份量又太少, 提升比例會更可口涼伴雞絲粉皮麻醬不足, 似是豉油撈粉皮, 顏色也是帶啡豆味十足的豆漿  繼續閱讀

獨個兒在灣仔,隨便找個地方吃下午茶,然後晚一點去看電影,經過這間佈置古色古香的餐廳,便入內試過究竟。 結論是不只藥不能亂吃,飯也不能亂吃。(之前一直用中文寫,寫多了感覺有點重覆乏味,突然想用英文寫,當是練習英文作文,如有語法不對,請別見笑。)Before seeing a movie at 6pm, I hang around in Wanchai, thinking about afternoon tea, there are plenty of restaurants in Landale Street, when I walked pass this restaurant, the Chinese style interior attract my attention, I stood in front of the door, and look at their menu, the price was not expensive, I decided to go in and try.I have ordered dan dan noodles plus chicken wings plus a cup of sour plum juice, the tea set cost only $26. I rarely eat dan dan noodles, not sure about what real dan dan noodles taste like. The food comes quickly, the appearance of dan dan noodles was extra ordinary, the golden colour mince meat on top, dry and fluffy without any sauce, accompanied with some black, dry and salted vegetable, later I found out there is some hot and spicy sauce at the bottom, the bowl was too small, difficult to stir and mix. The spicy taste of the noodles was worse than tasteless, I can’t figure out what is this made from, I cannot continue eating the noodles, left half on the bowl. After I stop eating the noodles, the strange taste still stays in my tongue for long time.The taste of the two chicken wings also disappointed me, the texture of the meat was fine, soft and easy to chew, but the taste was just salt, and nothing else.Only one thing I have completed is the plum juice, without adding hawthorn and sugar cane, the dark black colour’s juice is simply the original flavor of black sour plum.Never know until you try, but try new things may be risky, this feeling was strong especially when you have an unpleasant experience. 繼續閱讀

Although some of their afternoon tea sets are not really Junchuanhu style, I still tried it anyway.Chose two noodles.★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★Tomato and fried egg with noodles:I really liked this because they put spinach in the noodles instead of other chinese vegetables that I do not like.I liked the noodles they used, they were white and absorbed the broth easily.The broth was tomato so it was quite refreshing.The fried egg was just ordinary and I did not expect anything spectacular.★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★Chicken wings old chengdu style with noodles:I thought the chicken wings would be spicy but they were not and the tofu was quite nice.It was similar to tofu in brine.The noodles were the same as above but the broth had more spices such as aniseed.★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★There was also chili oil available if it was not spicy enough. 繼續閱讀

味道ok, 以香港地嘅川菜館算係幾正宗, 問題係D菜好唔足料。叫咗個紅粉鱔絲, 名乎其實得幾條絲, 但係一碟成80幾, 一條鱔嘅價錢。另一碟魚香肉絲, 幾惹味, 送飯唔錯, 但同樣肉超少, 要係一堆酸菜同油裡面番來番去搵肉絲。通漲真係咁利害?本來唔錯嘅餐廳,何必咁唔大方呢? 繼續閱讀

灰常灰常的麻麻麻香,这点最难得可贵哦,尤其是水煮系列,麻得地道。。。。,土豆丝也很清爽。。。还有酒酿丸子哦,麻辣过后的一点酸甜,爽歪歪。。。,忍不住怀念成都的日子啊。。。晚些上图片。。。 繼續閱讀
