今日朋友來港，一行人陪她遊遊，跟住便到奧海城wild fire 晚飯。叫左一份肉眼扒，拼盤(牛扒羊架德國腸豬扒肋骨)，西冷，意粉，及mango deluxe 。兩份牛扒都係6成熟，肉質鮮嫩，有炭燒味，其他都ok ,值得再次惠顧。不過餐廳要特別留意洗手間清潔，我們是平日21：00後惠顧，餐廳內得兩檯客人，但洗手間成地紙巾，地面濕滑，好似公廁一樣，餐廳必須檢討環境衛生！

夜晚1行3人到奧海城晚飯主菜買1送1所以點左4個主菜，對3個女孩子來說~分量多得過份~好彩同行朋友都係食得之人最後只係拎走半個Pizza4個主菜分別：白汁蟹肉天使麵8安士西冷帶子Pizza烤雞串燒2杯Peach punch (買1送1)1杯萍果汁天使麵賣相唔錯白汁creamy，蟹肉份量亦十分多全晚亮點西冷擺盤都好靚但明顯overcook我地點medium，依家8成….而且無肉味，又難咬…其實Pizza、牛扒同一時間上台所以我地食完牛扒… Pizza已經凍左味道都遜色左最後登場係烤雞串，比預期大份味道亦討好，配埋沙嗲醬更加一流不過雞肉略鞋烤雞旁有飯、沙律，我都無試朋友話個飯好難食值得一提，有一位中年男仕負責落單由坐低到落單5分鐘內，問左我地3次準備好落單未俾人感覺好趕客…到落左單，又不停問…點d咩飲真係想同佢講一句：放鬆d啦香港人反而另一位四眼哥哥好好人有禮貌，有笑容，重細心提我地碟邊會熱真係抵讚已經買一送一，埋單都要600幾蚊食物比我之前黎，真係退步左好多無優惠，真係唔會再黎

當Wildfire還在圓方商場的時候，是最常光顧和喜愛的食肆，愛它悠閒的氛圍、整潔品味的環境，不俗的食物水準，價格也合理。搬到了奧海城二期後，店舖位置隔涉，必須繞到商場外圍始能到達，Wildfire隔鄰就是從旺角搬過來的添好運。先說環境，裝修佈置與前圓方店不可比，枱椅分佈也較前緊密，清潔打掃方面亦見鬆懈，地上有少量麵包碎屑，也可能因為向街的原故，昆蟲問題會較難處理。光顧當日，在點餐後等待食物的空檔時間，見到兩隻小螞蟻在貼近門口落地玻璃的地上走過！如在點餐前見到，相信會離開找別家餐廳。女士通常愛吃感覺較健康的沙律，我卻認為沙律中大堆頭的菜令我聯想到一頭牛在吃草，所以十之其九都會選擇餐湯。今回聽到侍應生說是日餐湯是大蒜薯仔湯就遲疑起來，深怕大蒜的味道會過份濃烈，最後還是選擇了餐湯。幸好大蒜的味道十分輕微，湯的質感也算綿密，不俗啊！丈夫則點了煙三文魚凱撒沙律，見他沒有負評，應該可以吧！主菜點了燒焗豬柳扒，配以蜜糖芥末忌廉汁，豬扒面鋪有一片菠蘿，豬柳扒雖有相當的厚度，卻容易切開，焗得相當香口，菠蘿豐富了豬柳扒的質感和香氣，喜歡！丈夫點的香煎鯛魚，配上香草牛油忌廉汁，丈夫覺得鯛魚有少許"腥"，不過煎得十分香口。兩款主菜的薯仔以不同方式烹調作伴，見用心。最後還有精緻甜品和餐飲。總的來說，環境有進步的空間，還要好好管理蟲蟻問題! 食物水準則不俗!

It was the third time I ate at Wildfire but was the first time to write comment.Angel hair with crab meat in light herb cream ($148) , Linguini with Tiger Prawn ($148) and Moroccan Lam Pizza ($148) were ordered.I wondered whether the chef was changed as the dish (Angel hair with crab meat) was different from I ate about 2 months ago. The first time I ate was better. The texture of angel hair is ok. Crab meat was sliced like threads. For the first time , the amount of crab meat was more than I expected. Actually, crab meat is very light in taste especially mixed with other foods. However, to my surprise, the dish was full of taste of clam! It was also match with the quite thick sauce. (Though I cannot taste the herb, but I enjoyed much) However, this time black pepper and garlic were added but less clam favour, less crab meat and the sauce was thinner. So this dish was a bit disappointed me. Otherwise, I would recommend this dish.Linguini with tiger prawn with olive oil and black truffle oil. The dish was creamy enough but there is not much taste of black truffle. Also, I think it was a bit oily. Of course, if the black truffle was strong enough, I would not have thought so. As for prawn, it was nothing special.The third dish was Moroccan lamb pizza. Only lamb and spinach were good. Uncook baby spinach which was soft and fresh covered on top. The size of lamb was 2/3 of mahjong. One piece was on each portion. It was nearly but not fully cooked. The lamb was tender and had reasonable smell of mutton. The seasoning was ok and not covered the savor of lamb. So I still felt the lamb was quite original flavour. However, tomato sauce was so thin that it was just for colouring. Every bit had different flavour. One bite could only taste cheese. One bit was mint yogurt . One bit was sour because of sour red onion which was only 1 layer of red onion like baby sea shell! For the rest, I could not tell the flavour because the mentioned ingredients were too little in amount. I can’t imagine that the pizza charged $148 can only give so little sauce! Also, I don’t think Mozzarella cheese was added as menu said, I think it was other type of cheese.

當晚早早入座, 但2人枱只有對大門的位置, 而且大門一直沒關, 整晚有北風伴隨著吃。飲品有一凍一熱的做Promotion, 因為食風關係, 我們點了Apple ginger tea, 想不到是煲熱了的mr juicy + 蜜糖 + 一片薑... 點餐時侍應超殷勤的不斷推介, 隔幾分數就會問我哋係咪點得菜... 食物種類太少, 前菜除沙律外, 多數是油炸... 食物味道是ok的, 只是不夠熱。可能是因為出餐超快, 基本上是一落單幾分鐘就有得食。而每食完一樣, 侍應都能極速收碟, 務求令你盡快埋單。其實店內有許多空位, 可不留住客人, 造就一個較熱鬧的局面?!
