今日係沙田行街,又唔知食咩好既時侯, 又要上OR 搵下有咩好食 .
見近近地 就去河畔果邊 睇下有咩好野食 .之前去過果邊食雞煲 都見到有好野食.
今日就去左鳥良試下 ~~
自家制, 有蛋香 ,不夠JUICE . 尚算合格
三文魚腩6片 不會太薄 有油香. 海膽沒有腥味 GOOD
燒汁加上孜然粉 ,底部燒得香脆 . YUMMY
呢個真係好味,好大條 簡簡單單用鹽燒再加上LEMON汁 就可以帶出鮮味
主菜到 ~~睇番之前有位食友推介這個 ,果然與內容相同 ! 第一口咬下去 同女朋友都不一敔認為有點"RUTH CHRIS"的味道,
雖然肉質不可以相提而論.不過以70HKD 這個價 就真的比較難找到

2013 年黎到第三個月喇 , 食家挑戰賽之後 , 我休息左三個月喇 ,
由於實在太忙 , 相有影 .... 但連電腦都無開 , E mail 無收到 ,奬無領到
直到早兩日得閒 d , 打電話去 openrice office 查問下, 終於約好時間
今日過左側漁涌一趟 , 之後返屋企放低 d 野就落街搵媽媽同細佬食野
佢地過左黎河畔呢邊 , 食細佬話試過 d 烏冬唔錯o既鳥良 ~
除左烏冬 , 呢度仲有刺身 , 壽司 , 手卷 , 串燒 , 定食等等
1. 炭燒雞扒軟蟹野菜沙律
~ 沙律菜新鮮爽脆無苦味 , 配合青瓜絲同白蘿蔔絲 , 好清甜
醬汁係帶有芝麻粒o既胡麻醬 , 相當惹味 , 雞扒亦軟滑得宜
反而軟殼蟹有 d 失望 , 炸粉太厚 , 係香脆 , 但味道唔突出
2. 鹽燒牛舌
~ 牛舌厚身 , 肉汁豐富 , 口感爽軟不過韌 , 剛好七成熟 ,
味道都調得唔錯 , 輕輕鹽燒加上鮮檸汁 , 水準甚佳
3. 芝士焗生蠔
~ 我無食到 , 見到唔算大隻 , 細佬話芝士味好重
4. 串燒鰻魚
~ 媽媽話幾好味 , 不過就淋得制
5. 三文魚腩海膽飯
~ 賣相唔錯 , 三文魚腩切得幾好 , 有六大片好香好豐腴
海膽雖然細細的 , 味道總算甘香鮮甜 , 份量不過不失吧
6. 厚切黑豚五花腩手打烏冬
~ 手打烏冬配上熱湯 , 可接受地變軟而有失煙韌度 ,
湯頭意上不到的又清又甜 , 係海帶o既味道 , 令人想整碗喝光
五花腩名字上有 d 可怕 , 好似會好肥 ... 但其實同叉燒相類似
的確好夠厚 , 份量十足 , 外表睇黎又肥又無黎味道o既樣 , 唔太吸引
但入口鬆化得令人忘了其脂肪比例有幾咁高 , 食完一口又一口 ,
真係唔覺得有太多o既調味 , 只有濃濃o既豚肉香 , 跟清湯不謀而合
7. 鹽燒三文魚鮫
~ 呢個都係意外地美味 , 唔似得出面食到o既魚鮫咁又瘦削又乾身 ,
就咁睇己經感受到佢有幾飽滿 , 分開兩邊 , 魚油灌出 , 燒得洽到好處
鮫位o既肉又軟綿綿的 , 又香又滑 , 而且仲可以o係近鰭位置食到膠質
令我對 " 魚餃係頭頭尾尾攞埋黎賣 "o既食材呢個觀念重新定義 !!
## 呢一餐果然唔錯 , 好滿意 =) 難怪次次經過都有人等緊位
價錢都唔算太貴 , 下次黎要試多幾款燒物同埋試下冷烏冬先得

原來已經有好一段時間無黎過鳥良了,轉左人經營,門外開嘅枱多左,侍應多左,餐牌上午餐款式都多元化左,但係唔野差左,好失望。
十二點半去到,等左十分鐘就有位,室內室外都有枱走左,侍應安排坐門外,個位好迫,冬天居然都仲有蚊,食食下仲有其他飛蟲,大煞風景。
再三吹單,侍應態度超差,話又唔係我煮嘅,你追我都無用…咁點先?另一份雞扒烏冬終於都到,成碗野賣相勁差,啲雞扒又橫又直求奇放落去咁樣,粟米海帶烏冬兜亂…由於趕住返工,無乜點食就沖沖埋單了。
我對鳥良嘅良好印象大減,短時間內不會再去了。

公司附近食日本野嘅餐廳不多,鳥良算係首選,價錢合理份量多,美中不足是坐位不多,遲來了要坐外邊,大熱天時真係頂唔住。
仲有呢到個雜錦魚生飯又係好正,勁多料,咩都有啲,唔似得有啲店淨系有三文,呑拿同魚子就話自己雜錦。加上姜片同青瓜絲,好好味!不過太大碗,食唔哂好浪費。
除左刺身壽司,仲可以配小丸子,汽水,沙律等,都幾多野揀。
午餐由三十幾到五十幾蚊,無野飲,侍應針水都幾勤快,ok啦。

今日約左my MR. 去食晚餐, 7點去到, 門口有幾個人等, 但場未滿座, 我地等左3.4分鐘就有位
間舖好細, 大概有一半的座位都係室外,我地坐左係門口一個角落頭的二人枱
位置有d摺, 坐左一陣都無人來倒茶,揀好食物想落單又舉左手一陣都無人應
加上張枱好唔穩好unk, 我地就打算坐後面比較近門口的枱
呢個時候終於有侍應行埋黎, 佢話唔得因為要拍埋隔離枱比9位坐,最多幫我zip返枱腳
okok 順便落單斟茶
我揀左吉列豬扒手打烏冬 $42
MR.揀左軟殼蟹照燒雞扒飯 $52
再加多個小食 盬燒魷魚筒 $45
軟殼蟹照燒雞扒飯
雞扒幾滑, 汁甜甜地都幾好味, 不過略嫌煎得唔夠香
個軟殼蟹好一般, 我試左一啖, 唔夠脆, 無咩蟹味
我個手打烏冬, 清湯無特別, 有d粟米同湯帶,, 烏冬不過不失, 對辦既煙un口感,
不過如果只係咁我係大昌買包急凍讚歧烏冬自己煮都一樣..仲可以整麵豉湯底.........
吉列豬扒炸得幾靚, 不過食落豬扒有d乾, 無左juicy既感覺..
最好味都係個魷魚筒, 兩個人食份量都多多地,
原隻魷魚切開有成十幾廿件..
燒得香, 嫩滑唔會un, 淨係鹽味加檸檬汁已經好夠味,
我同MR.都覺得間野只係一般, 麻麻抵食,
呢個價錢不如去對面沙田食甘味
不過佢其他壽司魚生串燒如何就不得而知啦~~~

it's quite busy around lunch time. usually you will have to wait around 10 mins. so it's not really recommended if you are in a rush. i have been here since the day it was open. the menu has changed quite a lot. back then this place is focusing on only udon. but now it serves variety of jap food like japanese curry, sashimi and all that. for me i think it's kinda losing its character but i understand that they want to please their customers and they have to pay for rent afterall.
they have tables outside the store but around it there is a construction site. so hygiene is one thing that could be scaring off ppl. also i have noticed the environmental department will send their staff around end of the month to give tickets to stores that violate the rule (for what rule i am not sure, i guess they are charging the store for taking public's place by putting tables outside?) so when it's end of month you will have to line up for very long time. the store inside i think they have around 10 seats only.
let's get back the the food. the lunch menu consists of one main course and one side dish. i have so far tried:
gyoza udon. i think most ppl would like to have the gyoza served on another plate instead of soaking in the soup. but i personally prefer they are soaked. haha... coz it makes them look like less "hot air" (as chinese saying). the udon they used to serve was chewy. and some corns, seaweeds and alfafa as decoration. but recently i think they have changed another brand of udon to save cost? the udon now tasted not as good as before. and no more alfafa now. that's sad.
sashimi rice. you will be amazed by the size it's served. ppl who love sashimi will love this. many of my girl friends can't finish it. i don't really like this dish coz it's way too much, and i don't like some of the sashimi such as octopus... and the rice is so plain without any trace of vinegar. it's not my cup of tea. (i don't eat much sashime anyway)
tempura curry rice. the curry they have used is the japanese style sweet curry. it is so matched with the japanese rice. the shrimp is average, is what you can imagine. if you don't like shrimp you could switch it to deep fried pork chop.
ok side dish, you can choose takoyaki, cucumba salad with crab eyes, salmon rice roll, or miso soup or coke. somehow everyone orders salmon sashimi or rice roll. i guess it's because it seems like the smartest choice out of all.
one thing is that the seaweed wrapping isn't so fresh so it gets very chewy. but they have not cheated the customer by placing a little salmon in front filling with all rice, like some other bad jap food place. so i have glad.
this area food is quite expensive and i think this place is reasonable for its service and food and portion and such. highly recommend

本身湯底無咩味(好事黎架起碼味精唔多
我自己加d豉油,都好好味!;)

木魚好好味呀
另外,無論係小食,定係烏冬,都有好多配料.
例如菜絲﹑粟米
增加鮮味
環境方面,間野太細啦,
有十幾張桌都係門外食,
唔凍都ok既,如果好凍個日,記住唔好坐門口><
題外話/補充資料:
最抵讚既係...無校服﹑有學生證都可以食學生餐^^!!!!原本就$38 無drinks,
學生價: $34 有汽水送!

但有九成食店都超多味精..食完超口乾..好辛苦..
最近發現仲有一間食得過..全因..
價錢比較平..
食物質數高..
最重要食完唔會口乾..
鹽燒鯖魚定食..
大大條..好多肉汁..好好味..
燒牛扒定食..
開頭仲以為好一般..
但係食過先知好味到不得了..好香牛味..
值得提一提..
服務細心..會不停加茶水..正..
