Jasmine green tea好甘 但配tea set還好 朋友既mango tea氣味麻麻 但朋友話好飲 ♡
等左大約10分鐘 tea set上桌啦 ♡
有別於傳統high tea set 呢度以類似啡色木書架盛載食物 ♡
至於鬆餅同小包另外以石磚奉上 ♡
特別既層架 精緻既茶杯
跟住就到木書架既精緻食物 ♡

My wife and I all picked the set dinner (3 courses). The salmon 6 ways was pretty awesome. Each little piece had a distinct flavor.

I had the lamb. Now, that is one of the best lamb dish that I have ever tasted. It was tender, rich in flavor, but the normal "lamb" smell and taste was almost non-existent.

When we arrived at the restaurant it was busier than usual which was good. We have been dining at Finds on numerous occasions and it is one of our favourite as my boyfriend is from Norway. Eating at Finds is a little piece of home for him and plus the Finnish chef is very nice.
For all the times we have been to Finds, by far this time we (all 6 of us) were unhappy and very disappointed with the service. Our waitress was very grumpy from the time we arrived and often ignored us when we tried to get her attention. At one point she was even rude to one of our friends who arrived a bit later and she only under a salad when she didn't find anything she wanted to eat for her mains. The mains menu is a bit minimal if you don't like fish or seafood, there is only one lamb or steak that you can choose.
Anyway we ordered a few starters to share. The salads were a bit bland but the salmons in 6 ways was tasty and that is something that I would recommend, although the portions are very small. 5 of us ordered Smoked salmon as our mains and a spring lamb and they were delicious but again the portions were tiny. We got 4 tiny slices of potatoes with 2 slices of salmon... it was a bit of a joke for the price that you are paying.
I had made a birthday cake and I had rang up to ask if it was okay and I was told there is $150 fee which I said it is fine, not a problem. When I arrived with a cake again I was told there was a fee which i nodded that I understand and it was fine. After the meal, our waitress gave us dessert menus since the waitress seemed to have forgotten... I asked her if we can have our birthday cake now and she once again told me the $150 fee by that time I was getting very annoyed. I didn't need to be reminded 3 times and plus she actually forgot we had a cake!!! She was not that happy to bring us the cake i can tell you that.
Overall none of our guests would return to this restaurant as they find it the service was so poor for this kind of restaurant. The food and the service does not match well, which is a shame since we used to love this restaurant.

鬆餅旁邊是餐廳名物薄片黑麥麵包,水準依然出色;另外同一盤子上,還有巴馬火腿蕃茄醬三文治,水準祇是一般。
吃完了鹹點,便開始甜心時間,先向自己喜歡的 Sesame Mousse Cake 開動,甜度不會很重的芝麻慕絲,配搭著口感鬆軟的海綿蛋糕,很合個人口味。Bailey’s Cheesecake 芝香四溢,同樣是個人心水之選。

原本以為復活節會有些特別的喜慶菜式,哪知道除檯面上作為裝飾的彩蛋之外,就只有如常一款的High tea set,不過這樣也好,不用煩惱再去點菜。
餐飲方面,我們二人同選了‘Organic ginger Lemongrass Tea’,有機健康+薑驅風止嘔+香茅寧神放鬆的功效,簡直是大肚婆的不二之選;茶包放在精緻又可愛的三角紙包裡,浸泡在熱水一會,便已滲出陣陣的香茅幽香,輕輕的薑味更是令人感覺通體暖和舒透,實在十分適合這幾天連綿不斷的下雨潮濕天氣飲用
太甜了...

Good value for afternoon tea for two.
Environment and service
It is a bit crowded as the waiters kept bumping into my friend's chair. There is enough space between tables though we can sometimes overhear the conversation of our neighbor. I think the waiters can try to avoid bumping into the customers.
Inside the restaurant
The scones were served with butter, strawberry jam and clotted cream. The scone was a bit dry but full of raisins.
The bread with param ham tastes average. Just like the HK 豬仔包 with ham.
The dried fruit bread is hard and not appetizing. We just tried a bit and then gave up the rest.

There were quite a lot of salmon in the tea set. One is salmon on top of toasted fried fruit bread. The fried fruit bread tasted a bit better after it was toasted but I don't particularly like the taste of it. It is also a bit repetitive to have it twice in the tea set.
Another finger food with salmon was served on the spoon. I appreciated the presentation. They added some rosemary and wasabi to the salmon and it is quite creative.
The raspberry macaroon was good. Nicely presented. It is crunchy outside and soggy inside.
My favorite part of the afternoon tea is the raspberry cheesecake. The baked cheesecake had bailey inside with very thick 餅底.
The blueberry cheesecake has bailey cream inside but the bailey cream is separate from the cheesecake. I like the one which mix cheesecake and bailey together more.

以HK$268兩位用的價錢,可在這舒適的餐廳品嚐以上美食,更包括Organic Tea & Cappuccino,我覺得十分超值! 而且這裡的服務員都滿臉笑容,餐廳經理亦會走來問問客人食物如何,很有誠意,令人心情非常愉快﹗如果大家不要求High Tea要吃得捧著肚子的話(我上次在Grand Hyatt的Tiffin就是捧著大了三個碼的肚子回家了),這餐廳也是個好選擇呢 ^_^

年初三那天,很想跟早肥先生細味下午茶,
我倆來到慾望清單中的FINDS Restaurant & Bar悠閒享受一番!

沒有奢華裝潢,地方亦不算太大,但走型格路線,空間感足。
比以往去過的茶座,座位間距來得較寬敞,私隱度較高!

KsMeow點的有機茉莉花茶先來,小小的三角柱體,包裝非常討好,
茶味雖淡但配搭茶點則剛好,如用茶壺盛茶保溫程度會更好!
早肥先生則選了熱莫卡,美美的拉花圖案跟杯子很襯,
面層奶油豐盈,咖啡跟朱古力味的比例不錯!

小小的鐵匙盛著,不但有心思,感覺亦較輕盈,
茴香及香濃黑椒包著外圍,口感極具層次!
兩種不同演繹方法,雙重滋味享受!
芝士松露泡芙芝士味道突出,
但泡芙較為腍身,松露香亦欠奉,不是KsMeow那杯茶!

朱古力漿濃而不膩,亦令我聯想起G牌的朱古力草莓,唯漿的份量較少,令人吃得不方便!
藍莓派(Blueberry tartelette),
爽甜藍莓配甜度適中的吉士醬,不會過於甜膩!好!
Raspberry小圓餅質感頗硬,欠缺應有的酥軟口感!
Martini慕斯在上桌時,侍應會將其點火,視覺享受真的不錯,
但不嗜酒的我覺得酒精濃度過高!不愛!
Bailey's Cheesecake質感軟熟,芝味香濃,淡淡的甜酒味跟芝士味道匹配!
這里整體印象不錯,氣氛輕鬆,
如把更多北歐元素帶入下午茶之中,相信會更具特色!

好幾次經過金巴利道,都留意到帝樂文娜公館樓上的餐廳,今日終於有機會一試。
準時12:30pm來到,還未有其他客人。
訂位的時候,要求窗口位,不過侍者卻安排了前排的坐位。
因為要等店方重新安排,所以又等了一下。
最後坐在店內窗旁的一角,剛好被店內的巨柱遮擋著,不過反而增加了私密的空間。

麵包
用上六種方法去煮的挪威三文魚,包括﹕
鹽和酒浸醃、芝士加三文魚子、刁草配魚子醬慢火煮、三文魚腩配酸菜、三文魚醬配麵包以及用黑椒醃製。
整個擺盤非常colorful,侍者也體貼地建議了吃的順序,從淡到濃,慢慢享受。
三文魚子的賣相扣了一點分,因為魚子已經爆開,失去飽滿的美感。
中間那片麵包,很特別,很薄很脆,聽說好似是瑞典空運過來的,口感像肉乾,挺有趣。
三文魚驚喜六重奏
這是我見過最漂亮的意大利飯,像是不同顏色的蔬菜被夜在籃子裡一樣。
risotto充分吸收了野菌的香,非常美味。

雖然說是傳統的北歐菜,不過這道菜卻令我不其然想起宜家家俬的肉丸。
瑞典的肉丸,雖然沒有港式肉丸的彈牙口感,不過特色之一,是上面鋪了鮮甜的野莓醬,中和了肉丸的咸。
肉丸下鋪了一層厚厚的薯蓉,所以其實份量還是叫人相當的飽。
秘製牛肉豬肉丸
非常喜愛這個甜品,它的質感很滑,介乎cream與雪糕之間。
本來不是很甜,不過如果拌了朱古力醬,
加上盤底的朱古力碎、焦糖碎、果乾碎等,還是會因為太甜而容易覺得起痰哦。
