This is a typical local Hong Kong style cafe with outstanding Hong Kong milk tea and yin yan (milk tea + coffee). The milk tea is as good as the Golden Milk Tea Champion. The food quality is always keeping at a very high standard since the chef is very demanding; the chef put a lot of heart into cooking, please try it yourself. As most of the customers are regular customers, you can almost see the same group of people to be there at different time of the day. Therefore he does has a very high expectation for his food being served. The café opens at 6 am in the morning to serve breakfast, lunch set after 11 am and closes at 6 pm.
I love the Satay Beef with noodle in the morning; the Satay Beef is very tasty and is very popular for breakfast for the regular customers. Other than the beef, the pork chop is also one of the hottest items in the menu. The noodle does not only come with a good soup base, which is the Campbell Cream of Chicken soup, it also comes with lettuce and mixed vegetable, and to my surprise, sometimes there is fresh corn cob. I have tried breakfast in many Hong Kong cafés, but I never seen any café is willing to suffer the food cost to put such an ingredient to serve breakfast with the noodle soup.
Today, I tried the new dish which is not on the menu yet, it was the Golden Pork Chop on rice, there were many sauces for you to pick, and the onion sauce was my favorite. The Pork Chop was deep fried outside, the best part I loved it was boneless, and it was crunchy outside since the batter is very thin, also the pork chop is very juicy inside. With the lunch set, it came with soup of the day and a beverage of your choice.
Even this small café is located in a narrow lane beside a park; the staffs are being well trained and friendly, their welcoming smile would lead you into the shop to enjoy the gourmet food, with the good quality food and reasonable price, any patronage who visits it would not be disappointed at all.

這間其貌不揚的小店,自己曾幫襯過兩次。第一次是友人與自己來吃午飯,他說這裡的招牌牛腩飯水準不錯,試過之後,覺得的確不差
。
最近又在這裡吃早餐,因為前次幫襯覺得牛腩好吃的關係,所以這次幫襯,同樣地叫了一般茶餐廳沒得供應的牛腩麵作早餐。
其實這裡的早餐款式選擇都幾多,比較大路的選擇收$20,另類一點的,好像「招牌牛腩米」、「金菇肥牛米線」、「家鄉豬手麵」和「新鮮豬膶麵」等,就收$22。而當然,米粉、麵或米線,是可以任揀的。
這兒的粉麵湯底,根據店家所言,都是採用濃雜菜忌廉湯的,而且所有食物,均不加味精,這日幫襯所見,確有一大煲內有蘿蔔、西芹在內的忌廉湯在隨時候命,店家的這方面的態度可算甚具誠意
。
「招牌牛腩麵」的湯底不知是否因為混和了腩汁的關係,湯色較為濃濁,呷過一口後感覺略鹹,不過湯內的配菜頗多,有唐生菜、芹菜粒、紅蘿蔔粒、粟米粒等,都算豐富。至於主角的牛腩,在瘦肉中帶點脂膏,吃來口感不俗,以早餐的牛腩來說,已算是水準之上的出品

「熱奶茶」方面水準也佳
。茶夠幼滑,奶味充足,茶味雖稍比奶味掩蓋,整杯奶茶仍算好味
。
這裡是有做晚市的,無論是街坊小菜、串燒以至火鍋,都有供應,雖然這裡的地方是簡陋了點,但要是對用餐環境要求不高的話,這裡都是可以一試的。有機會的話,也可試試這兒晚市的水準如何呢!
