星期五晚又去左北角搵食,見到呢間”修哥烤魚店”好似幾多人咁,就一個人入左去食。得自己一個食唔晒整條烤魚,睇菜單見到有魚湯米線就打算叫一碗米線配魚腩。當時大概晚上7點左右,侍應居然話魚腩, 魚尾, 全部賣晒, 得返最平的魚片同d丸類火腿等。我想剛剛踏入食飯時間就賣清,廚房備貨一定有問題。但可能代表用料新鮮所以存量不多吧。於是就叫了一碗魚片墨丸魚湯米線,加一支zero。一路等米線一路看其他人食烤魚好似幾好味咁,對自己order的米線亦有一定期望,”烤魚店”主打是魚嘛,魚湯應該好才是正常。到端上桌時,奶白色的湯,賣相對版,可惜一入口,胡椒同味精味極濃,莫講話魚湯的鮮甜蕩然無存,簡直去到喉嚨都覺得乸果種感覺。煲魚湯的魚一定十分不新鮮,所以才要以大量其他材料去辟腥。一口吃下魚湯裡的魚片,應該是煮過了火所以十分”嚡”,而且是”霉”的證明不是新鮮魚片。墨丸及米線都只是普通貨色,不過不失而已。一碗胡椒味精魚湯嚡魚片米線,連汽水都要差唔多$50,我不會再來了。

今儿去了修哥烤鱼吃了一顿,一共3人,吃了221(打完9折之后),一条全鱼,里面加了全菜(20块,有豆芽,金针菇,藕片,和芹菜),份量很足实,我觉得三个人吃足够了,缺点就是烤鱼不像北京似的可以选择鱼的品种,这边貌似只有一种鱼,好像还是鲤鱼,所以刺儿可能多了一些。希望老板以后可以增加一些种类。今天吃的是香辣味道的,很不错,有豆豉,我们也尝出老干妈的味道了,藕片很软,很面,是我们喜欢的那种style.金针菇,豆芽,芹菜给的也很多,ps.葱的味道也不错。其实三-四人去的话,还可以点套餐,300块钱多一点,里面还包含了一些其他小菜。我们三个人本来也准备点套餐的,结果说里面的某一道菜的原料没有了,所以我们就单点的,结果发现单点一份烤鱼吃的也可以很饱。总之,还算ok了

常經過呢間舖總係好多人,今晚決定要一試。同朋友四人嚟晚飯,等咗一陣先有位,點咗幾款小食,有夫妻肺片,黃瓜,蒜泥白肉,羊肉串(鍾意食羊嘅一定要試,香草 羊味,正!)炸雞塊(外脆,內有肉汁,正!),仲有推介嘅口水雞(很惹味,辣味剛剛好,正!)主角烤魚,我哋點咗麻辣汁底,個汁好香,好惹味,魚肉好新鮮,正!佢地仲有多款汁底選擇,下次好想試豆豉汁同埋酸菜汁。

我日日出街食,真係唔係好怕味精但係佢既魚湯,味精真係重到得人驚應該係我一開門去,佢仲未調好D味精,湯既顏色超黃!(好似奶茶咁色!)一落口係超唔舒服佢地係用既味情,化學味好重!我真係人生未試過食得出味精,今次真係大開眼界真係唔敢再去佢仲要話一定無味精,真係火都黎最重要係我覺得佢一定唔係用一般既味精一飲D湯,候龍會剌剌咁!其實佢D原條魚係okay,但係D湯真係怕怕

Originally, I planned to try their 米線 (魚頭/魚尾) ..... however, we saw that all the tables (even 2-persons table) were eating 烤魚. Since it was so cold outside, therefore, we were attracted to try their 烤魚 instead. I'm not really a fish fans .... but their presentation seems very attractive and really cannot resist! We ordered 豆豉味 (a little spicy and oily) ..... next time we will try their 雜菌味. We ordered the 大邊 (same as the table beside ours) .... which comes with 2 bowls of rice, and also added $18 for extra veggies. As I mentioned earlier, I'm not a fish fans (a bit fan to eat fish with so much bones) ..... but the fish they selected for 烤魚 does not have much small bones and 無腥味 .... very delicious. But I will try their 雜菌味 next time, as the one we ordered tends to be too oily, the veggies seems to have absorbed all the oil, and then I do not want to put too much of the soup/sauce (with all the oil) on my rice. For such cold weather, it really is a good option, in compare to regular hot pot. It's nice that this restaurant specializes on this type of menu. I like it!!! (I think they don't have 10% service charge too .... as our final bill comes to $148 + $18 = $166)
