4個人食,開左一枝紅酒,埋單$870,因為坐露天枱,要self service,所以免收加一,唔算貴,如果呢個環境配合呢個價錢,真係好抵,食物質素不錯,不過份量偏少,值得再去!!

Went there last week with a group of my friends and our consensus is that we will never go to this place again.

First the place itself. We had a window seat overlooking Salisbury Road. The inside deco was okay but because the way the interior was structured (very open with no columns), it was actually quite noisy and for various moments during the evening, we thought we had gone yum cha at a Chinese restaurant.

Secondly, the food. The entrees and the main dishes were okay, nothing special. Portion were small. The dessert were a BIG disappointement!!! We ordered the molten chocolate cake (I think they called it something else. Anyway, when we ordered, the waiter confirmed that it is soft centred with the cholocolate flowing out of the cake). Well, the cake we got was like an extinct volcano - no chocolate lava. In fact, no chocolate taste. Basically an overcooked tasteless chocolate cake. We also ordered the creme brulee and apple pie. The creme brulee was very watery and the apple pie is just an apple pie. Well, let me put it this way - I had more enjoyment eating an apple pie from McD than what I had that evening.

Thirdly, the service. Bad. The waiter speak neither English nor Chinese, although they pretend (or supposed to) speak English. They weren't exactly rude, but not much manner either. When we wanted to make a complain about the dessert, the waiter either pretend who can't understand us or had no idea what we are talking about, or just didn't care. Basically they did not want to hear our opinion or find ways to address our concerns.

午餐時間，冇訂坐，到達時只有幾枱客，不過到一點左右室內都差不多滿座。

Set lunch有兩個價錢選擇，$108或$138再加一。是日$108的main dish是魚或意粉；$138的有牛扒或意大利飯。

要了個$108餐,主菜蘑菇汁什菇意粉（類似啦．．．），頭盤湯（pumkin or orange+beetroot)或ceasar salad，我要了ceasar salad。

麵包：每枱都有麵包，不過麵包很濕，又凍．．．一試已打折扣。

沙律：Ceasar salad的菜．．．很恐怖，第一眼看上去就覺得係雪過，再攞番出嚟解凍出水咁嘅樣，人哋ceasar salad 啲菜應該係 crunchy，不過佢呢個就真係我見過最嚇人嘅caesar salad。

主菜：個pasta反而ok, 上枱時有香味，又夠熱，pasta冇overcooked, 接近al dente(我覺得有少少undercooked)，個蘑菇汁味道不錯，不過略略thick了少少，至於那些菇，略嫌"林“咗啲，個人喜歡爽口的。

餐飲：叫了熱奶茶，lipton茶包，不過個奶就大扣分．．．因為是凍的，不過如果此餐廳走的是中檔路線，那就算了吧。

服務：看得出很多侍應都是新手，所以要給一點耐性，雖然新手，但一眾侍應的態度都不錯。

總括來說，不算很差，個人認為如果可improve salad 嘅quality, $108加10%係acceptable嘅價錢（基於1881走high end路線嘛）。應該會再試過其他食物，俾多次機會。

因為是早有訂枱，所以坐在窗旁位置，雖未有好靚絕的景色，但也感受到好輕鬆舒服的

感覺

至於食物都屬中規中矩，但在上菜時未有分次序，將你叫的食物一齊上枱，

以至飲得湯食得餐包來但薄餅同意粉就凍咗真是有待改善。還有是叫了2杯清水，

等了10分鐘後侍應再來問你叫了水嗎？之後再等都未有，都是要再3向侍應提問才到

夏威夷薄餅 $89 有少許黑點(鍋燶)味道不錯，但餅底邊位脆、中間較韌

卡邦尼濃汁煙肉意粉 $88 個名真是無改錯，個卡邦尼濃汁濃到好"杰"

是"杰"到有點糊口的那種，雖然好夠味，但感覺太黐口了。煙肉可以多少少

檸檬茶 $35


Summary : 如果可以改善一下，以這個環境位置、食物、價錢都應該非常不錯。

從雜誌看見尖沙咀1881Heritage 開了DG Café and Wine Cuisine Ltd 分店，還以為是時裝品牌D & G 的餐廳，原來只是香港渣甸山同一名稱餐廳的分店，不過我根本未在此高級地點的餐廳用餐。尖沙咀分店佈置幽雅，略富現代感。一面落地玻璃可以看見青年會酒店、香港文化中心和亞士厘道，只是馬路正在維修毫無美感可言。另一面的紅磚牆則是掛滿了現代油畫。

枱上佈置叫人大為失望。一間叫中高級數位於名店區的餐廳，小花瓶裡居然是絲花，即時品味全失。

先來一杯Mint & Lemongrass 的飲品，味道不錯。驚叫的是友人稍後點了同一杯飲品，居然多了一片檸檬插在香芧支上，而且是沒有飲管。當友人以英文叫那位像尼泊爾侍應要飲管，居然好像未聽過英文，要另一位侍應再提點才知道。當仔拿了飲管，又在桌旁由頭至尾把玩飲管。

由於等友人，先點了一個小食。焗煙肉薯皮很香口，與Sour Cream味道很夾。南瓜湯不錯很滑，配香草麵包，正。蕃茄水牛芝士沙律，不知是否菜份量較少呢?烤豬柳配雜菜蘋果醬汁，一般，蘋果醬汁太少。蟹肉露筍意大利飯，大家都認為沒有味道，我更認為飯較硬而嚡口。最後我們點了一個海鮮pizza，是正宗意式薄批，只是海鮮份量較pizza hut/意粉屋少。

不過，服務水準大差勁。可能由於開幕不久，不少侍應是新人。我和老婆坐下後侍應沒有拿水，叫了一位南亞裔女侍應拿，居然忘記了，辰再找一位中國侍應才有招呼。點了一個小食後，一位男侍應要收回餐牌。我指明要留下餐牌，以放便再點菜(因為還有朋友未到)，他居然收了我老婆的餐牌。轉頭又收了我在枱上的湯匙，反而沒有收我老婆及友人枱上的湯匙。當日有新的侍應上班，但不知為何居然在營業了一段時間後的午市時段才在餐廳大庭廣眾下教導新人，包括各張枱的位置。真失禮。另外，一位女侍應前後約6次不停見我們枱上的碟有餘下不同款式的食物，問我們吃完未，想收碟。難道餐廳全部滿座，等碟洗完來上菜給其他顧客?又或者收得碟多侍應會有錢分?這實在滋擾食客。更氣憤是我以英文叫一位南亞裔男侍應拿餐牌，他居然立刻為我們結帳!我當時還做了一個翻書的動作呀!

It's my first time to visit the restaurant and it was my partner's birthday. Then,I booked a table for 2 people for dinner celebration.

1. Nce Location with Nice View

It is located in Heritage 1881 in TST and you could see the whole street view of Ashley Rd. and YMCA in the restuarant.

2. Food Quality is JUST OK


We order Margarita Pizza with around 8 slices. Quick served the food BUT the temperate of pizza is not hot enough .

**Pizza in Pizza XXpress V.S DG Cafe

For comparsion,the taste of Margarita pizza in Pizza XXpress in Ashley Rd. is so much better than that in DG cafe. But its more expensive than DG, which is around HK$130 in Pizza Xpress.

Chicken Risotto:
The rice is a bit hard and the portion likes the size of palm.


3. Pushy Customer Service

We ordered 3 drinks during the dinner (Coke, Cranberry juice, Passion Paradise) but the waitress still asking us if we still wanted to order extra drinks, coffee & tea once we finished the drinks and was kinda annoying and disturbing. The waitress just stood nearby our table while we were tooking pictures and tried to approach us and asked us to order more drinks during the whole dinner. Maybe they were trying to be helpful but we just found it unease and annoyed. It just didnt let us to have a peaceful moment or some romance for me & my partner.

4. Not Well-trainned Hostress/ Waitress

When we asked for any freebies for birthday customer and the hostress replied with overraction 'NO ! we could only arrange a candle on top of the dessert if you order some desserts ' . Yeah I could understand that but still it would be better if they know how to firstly say a 'Happy Birthday' to the birthday customer(s) instead of a 'NO' and being overracted, right ?

I heard the same thing that they told to another birthday customer when they asked for freebies for the birthday ones. It's kinda disappointed us.

**Birthday Arrangement in Deco Cafe V.S. DG Cafe

At least, Deco Cafe (The Peak) would put on your name and candle on the birthday dessert even you have to pay for the dessert but still its worthwhile and could be touched in your heart.

星期二是食神好友的生晨， 上星期天決定親往尖沙咀選擇禮物， shopping前當然先醫肚， 但尖沙咀近期缺乏新的食店， 費盡心思， 終於靈機一觸。

之前聽友人說過新落成的 1881 heritage 開了間西餐廳， 食神座言起行。

這間 DG cafe 有兩個 『想不到』 。 首先從餐廳入口看， 想像不到餐廳原來那麽大。 此外是如沒看過門外的餐牌， 絕對以為是甚麽 fine dining 餐廳， 想不到午餐 set lunch 盛惠98元正。

餐廳主打多國菜， 意大利粉、 pizza、 東南亞美食、 扒類， 應有盡有。

Starter 先點了蜜糖燒雞翼和串燒煙肉帶子。 這道雞翼完全沒有雞味或鹹味而只有蜜糖味， 一點也不合格。 串燒卻出奇地美味， 煙肉包着帶子味道和層次感都很豐富。 最後再來一道泰式金邊粉， 味道普通， 不值一提。

值得一提的是服務這一環， 餐廳大多選用了南亞裔的侍應， 他們態度不算差但欠缺殷勤， 尚有進步的空間。
