上年去Upper House staycation嘅時候，除package附送Cafe Gray Deluxe 嘅早餐同晚餐，先唔講食物水準，淨係食個景已經值回票價，可以清楚睇到對岸尖沙咀嘅景色同維港海景。當晚有鴨胸做前菜，三文魚做主菜，同cream brûlée 做甜品，職員嘅服務亦都好細心，食得非常之滿足。從食物到飲品嘅display 睇得出餐廳非常之有心思，而家冇咗都覺得有少少可惜，希望四月重開嘅係一間同人質素嘅餐廳啦。

聖誕節去左奕居staycation而奕居只有一間餐廳cafe gray deluxe位於酒店頂樓49樓擁有無敵海景亦都係米芝蓮餐盤推薦餐廳主要包辦晒奕居入面所有飲食除左早午晚三餐仲有提供下午茶加上價錢唔貴其實就算平時黎都吸引本身餐廳四道菜晚餐都只係每位六百幾更加難得既係佢地仲有個早段晚餐只for六點入席既客人用餐時間個半鐘提供三道菜晚餐而價錢更只係四道菜既一半以西餐晚市呢個級數既酒店黎講應該係平絕全香港今次package本身就只包早餐所以自費book左12月26日呢一個日子因為前兩日係只提供聖誕餐咁我諗早成三個月book位應該可以開開心心享受一個唔錯既聖誕夜掛點知個六點禁堂食就延長去到2021年成個聖誕晚餐計劃就落空左只有改食個比晚市更貴既聖誕brunch餐廳係49樓頂層出電梯就會見到餐廳logo電梯同餐廳中間有條橋望落去係其他樓層既客房突顯餐廳頂層既優勢唔知係聖誕特別安排定因為太多人用餐我地今日個brunch係安排係49樓既另一側sky lounge因為餐廳都係同一層而且sky lounge有時都會用黎作為私人宴會用途咁都無咩唔舒服既不過餐廳係年尾12月31日就會結束營運由2021年開始會進行為期三個月既裝修職員都話成件事好神秘到而家都未知新餐廳係叫咩名咁我唯有第二日食早餐先再正式參觀啦臨走果時無人影既sky lounge位於49既一側海景比餐廳霸佔左呢邊就只有山景平時開放比人hea下睇下書並無其他酒店行政酒廊提供酒水既功能聖誕節期間就用左黎做餐廳既延伸擺左十張檯限聚令之下可以坐二十人我地就安排係火爐邊既一角唔知係臨時安排定點樣擺款都係一般不過呢邊就有檯布而餐廳果邊係無既檯上面都有d聖誕擺設我地身後既角落位就係奕居引以為傲既設計基本上所有客房同廁所都用上呢種轉角窗有成270度風景可以欣賞仲有少少海景可以望到cafe gray deluxe既brunch只有一個roast set其他都係散叫以為前菜,蛋同甜品都係每人一份都算係有個四道菜可以食但侍應話比我地知其實全部都係揀一份黎share咁就真係幾慳皮計番落散叫個價都係差唔多仲要無跟餐飲前菜點左呢個terrine de campagne中文意思就係唔知咩肉醬純粹唔識揀又見佢最貴所以揀左但係成件事都幾怪件包係蛋糕型唔知點樣查醬而空口食就仲怪堅係唔識玩另外煙三文魚班尼迪強就一齊上呢份就正路好多都幾流心不過每人就只有一隻今次早左參觀廁所奕居個廁所係堅靚仲有景睇而文華東方得個女廁靚所以奕居個廁所絕對係我暫時去過最靚既番到去已經見份主菜擺左上黎我成日以為呢種級數應該係會等番埋位先上檯既咁呢樣就差左少少而且中間都無乜介紹菜式只係純粹講一講道菜個名不過一睇見到除左火雞卷仲有份三層架今次樣樣都有兩份都真係幾豐富火雞卷靚仔同大份唔鞋而且幾好食用黎做聖誕餐唔錯呢份叫flatbread我就唔識同pizza有咩分別個餅底唔會好硬配红莓都唔錯整到成份煙肉咁其實係番薯黎口感幾特別仲幾甜呢份都好食另外椰菜仔串都幾特別不過我係食肉獸對菜係無味覺最底層既沙律我就唔識評價了因為預左三點拎房所以係book左一點半但其實入黎果時其他人都差唔多食完到食主菜既時間就已經走晒變左我地包場咁好特別其實係度食野可能仲舒服過係餐廳果邊因為第二日去食早餐feel到佢d檯迫到密密麻麻都唔太舒服不過果邊就會有海景甜品揀左tiramisushare食就得番好細份呢個一般最後仲有送兩款朱古力食唔晒佢係預左會打包送埋比你拎走火雞set價值940連加一平均每位517之前酒店有出過七折gift card不過聖誕節用唔到所以無買咁整體用餐係愉快既除左無等就上菜同無介紹小二服務都係貼心同好笑容既環境亦都幾靚有聖誕氣氛唯一遺憾就只係無辦法係餐廳結束之前食一餐晚餐坐係度等職員上黎幫我地checkin果時就係sky lounge等下影下相格離有座真火爐發覺upper house好鍾意玩火入口都有兩座小爐另外第二日有去cafe gray deluxe食早餐就貼埋正餐廳個環境出黎呢邊檯同檯之間距離好少相對好焗促餐廳一側用黎做酒吧另一側係廚房餐廳真心係稱唔上寬敞舒適同sky lounge係完全唔同既感受雙人檯仲幾窄下想像唔到如果係度食brunch要點樣擺盤呢邊就有海景但講真49樓都唔算係特別高其實都仲有好多大廈阻住晒呢邊應該係bar其實想睇海景都係去番會展同四季住會比較好金鐘可能望山會仲開心

📍 Cafe Gray Deluxe金鐘金鐘道88號太古廣場奕居49樓Upper house cafe gray deluxe 既afternoon tea，長期full booking即日book都比我食到 雖然window seat 冇哂 但位於49/F加上大玻璃樓底夠高，睇到哂維港景色🏙✨Teakha x Cafe Gray Deluxe Afternoon Tea Set💰$285/per person ,$480 for 2茶家本身呢間cafe既cake同scone我都好中意 今次茶家 X Upper House 真係幾好 咸點同甜點味道都好平均 好精緻幾特別 甜點有綠茶cheese cake 好soft 每一樣都吾會好甜Scone吾會好乾 滿意👍🏻整體食到景，食物質素都算中上不錯😋同閨蜜👭男/女朋友尼就perfect池啦😍

𝗖𝗮𝗳𝗲 𝗚𝗿𝗮𝘆 𝗗𝗲𝗹𝘂𝘅𝗲🇫🇷🎑Love their cocktail 𝙀𝙖𝙧𝙡 𝙂𝙧𝙖𝙮 𝙈𝙖𝙧𝙩𝙞𝙣𝙞 so so so much🥰🥰 This was my first time having a proper meal there and sadly would be the 𝙇𝘼𝙎𝙏 𝙈𝙀𝘼𝙇🥺. As u may be aware that Cafe Gray has closed on 1st Jan 2021 and will be replaced by a new restaurant in the 2nd quarter of this year. Located on the 49/f, 𝙁𝙖𝙗𝙪𝙡𝙤𝙪𝙨 𝙝𝙖𝙧𝙗𝙤𝙪𝙧 v𝙞𝙚𝙬 is always a highlight of Cafe Gray! We got a round sofa table instead of the window🪟, missed the chance to enjoy the view but it was comfortable.Apart from their signature cocktail, their afternoon tea is so popular as well. I am not a dessert lover and finally made a reservation for lunch! Their booking was really full once they announced their closure. 𝘓𝘜𝘊𝘒𝘠 𝘔𝘌🍀We ordered 𝐚-𝐥𝐚-𝐜𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐞 instead of the lunch set. - 𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗸 𝗧𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗛𝗸$𝟭𝟴𝟬 🥩🌟 (gaufrettes)- 𝗞𝘂𝗻𝘇 𝗚𝗿𝗮v𝗹𝗮𝘅 𝗛𝗸$𝟮𝟱𝟬 🐟🎣 (selected spice mix, brioche)- 𝗧𝗵𝗼𝗺𝗮𝘀 𝗙𝗮𝗿𝗺 𝗟𝗮𝗺𝗯 𝗖𝗵𝗼𝗽 𝗛𝗸$𝟯𝟲𝟱 🐑🍖🌟(armagnac, prunes, romanesco, pine nuts)- 𝟭𝟮𝗼𝘇 𝗞𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗮𝘀 𝗣𝗿𝗶𝗺𝗲 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗽𝗹𝗼𝗶𝗻 𝗛𝗸$𝟱𝟰𝟬 🥩🐮(with sweet potato fries🍟, roasted bone marrow, sauce Bordelaise)(🌟 𝙷𝚒𝚐𝚑𝚕𝚢 𝚛𝚎𝚌𝚘𝚖𝚖𝚎𝚗𝚍)🥇The 𝘾𝙝𝙖𝙢𝙥𝙞𝙤𝙣 of this meal goes to the...𝗟𝗮𝗺𝗯 𝗖𝗵𝗼𝗽!!! Love the texture so much!!! So soft and juicy 🥰 Not really fat at all, love it!!!! 😋🥈The 𝙎𝙚𝙘𝙤𝙣𝙙 goes to the 𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗸 𝗧𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗮𝗿𝗲🤩🥩! Love the combination of this dish badly!! The sauce with little sour🍋 and spicy🌶 , the texture of the meat🥩, the cute little quail egg🍳 and the waffle on the top🍪🤤💯🥉The 𝙏𝙝𝙞𝙧𝙙 goes to the 𝗣𝗿𝗶𝗺𝗲 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗽𝗹𝗼𝗶𝗻🥩! The texture of the steak was so good, perfect medium rare💯! But I am not a fan of “pepper”, the steak with heavy pepper flavour which not something I truly like💕 Overall, the experience was wonderful😍! Great service with nice food and drinks! Staff was so friendly and helpful! 👩🏼💼🧑🏻💼👨🏽💼🥰Look forward to visit the new restaurant in coming spring☺️
