聽朋友推薦這間義大利餐廳...本來很猶豫.
似乎很少聽人提到 . 可是試完又有驚喜 !
不是傳統的義大利餐, 是 fusion. 廚師用每天新鮮的食材做義大利菜...
推介菜式有黑松蘆 pizza...一放上檯面已經聞到黑松蘆的香味! 餅皮非常薄, 配料剛剛好 =)
第二道菜是羊架 ..超 級 tender and juicy. 打聽後知道原來他們用了高級的羊架....haha
這兩個菜真的很出色..如果有機會去這餐廳 一定要試試 !

have been a regular customer of this restaurant for a while. Love its quiet environment and the creative menu. Their black truffle pizza is my top pick, the pizza is crispy and thin... and u can smell the black truffle once it came out of the kitchen. To be honest, the best pizza i have ever tried in macau (and even hk too) My other favorite is blue mussels and clams in white wine sauce. The blue mussels are of good quality and cooked well... really creamy and fresh!!

Besides, the chef will always create special items of the day depending on the fresh ingredients he can get from the market!
