食Simple Dinning, 每個dish 唔over HKD 100, 不過好少. 叫左crab cake (真係全蟹肉), 煎顱魚 (原本係Waygu Beef, 不過落錯單, 聞落好香所以冇出聲), Smoked Salmon (普通), 同磨菇飯(好濃好香, 正!)
六佰幾4 個dishes + 2 杯啤酒, ok 啊!
作為Light dinner 足夠2個人食, 個view 又正, 又靜. 淨飲酒都係六十幾蚊起好過去諾士佛台.

It has been a while since the last time I came here for drinks. I think the last time I was here was a month ago on a Sunday afternoon for brunch at the Oyster & Wine Bar located on the same floor. I will do another review later on the brunch because I am pretty sure I will go again in the near future. Anyhow, Sky Lounge is a very good place to just sit and have good chats with friends over a few glasses of wines. Many come here for the amazing view which ... ... ... ... ...

于是搭升降机到Sky Longe

前台小姐以及服务生太专业的服务 让自己甚至感觉说国语是对他们的不敬

喝了Boddingtons和Carlsberg

女友点了champagne 吃了甜点

Sky Lounge什么都是一流 服务,环境,价格

在window seat 观景感觉也不错

大家要是和女友在一起 来这边是没错的拉

6 of us went to Sheraton to drink.

I like coming here for the Wine Machine, a good way to quickly add mileage to my fledgling wine repertoire.

However, beyond that, you should think twice coming here.

With the decor, it would seem like the atmosphere was set to be a modern, quiet lounge, however, its actually quite noisy. Many tourists from less sophisticated neighboring cities come here chatting loudly , and I have seen a few "working girls" on the lobby once. It seems that this place is more attuned to those clients.

This time I came to see if the wine room would be better. It seems that local oenophiles have retreated here rather than staying outside in the open area. We first thought that this would rescue us from the noise. We were wrong.

A group of guests in the mid life arrived at the wine table. It seemed their new earned wealth have given them a permit to be uncouth, talking loudly about their new profits earnings.

It seems that you cannot pay enough to buy class.

I am desperately looking for another place to go. But since I am with friends, and hoped that the company would drown out the cocaphony, we ordered more wine and food.

The boxes were just plain bad. We ordered a few, amongst them italian and petite fours I think. They were so bad I'd thought we are in a overdressed MK cafe.

The noise has gotten so loud and the food so bad, all of us request to be moved outside in the main lounge.

We asked if there are other food we can order that's off menu. We decided the safest bet was frieds. They can't possibly get fries bad.

Anyhow, fries was decent, just, that I'd prefer not to have the same experience ever.

I can't believe a hotel of this calibre doesn't have staff who realize this problem!

入口較澀,個人嫌它不夠濃和滑
OK啦......志在有得傾談下
不過覺得比較嘈吵,位子真的近得很,基本上會撞到後面的椅子 @@!
但境觀不錯,因為可以對住我們的維港,睇住佢由好光到熄咁D燈

放工後約了友人及美少女談私事。因我早到，她們要個多小時後才來。故獨自一個人欣賞維多利港的東方之珠美景，由醉人的黃昏到五光十色的月夜，與此同時不斷聽到鄰桌的絲絲軟語，羨煞旁人。雖然是個多小時的呆等，但在這環境裏，時間也很快的飛逝。

正當自已沈醉時，已被美少女的呼喚吵醒了。發現自己已喝了很多杯，可能是喝醉而不是陶醉，哈哈！很快已談完了應說的，便算帳去吃晚飯，看看帳單原來已喝了差不多十杯，最後結帳為七佰七十五元。

打開下午茶的菜單，鑿住「唔好食」三隻字係度。

還是要了The Sweet Boxset：甜品盒有biscotti（意大利硬餅）、caramel pecan pie（焦糖胡桃批）、雪糕朱古力粒、champagne truffle（香檳松露朱古力）和tiramisu（提拉米蘇）：tiramisu 的wine / espresso base 不夠，ladyfinger（手指餅）變得比較乾，仍算不俗（至少好過鄰座那不倫不類又不便宜的tea set for two！）

服務嘛，一言已蔽之：攞你命三千。

是舊地，身旁換上了「妳」。巧合地，在此又遇上了在另一時空，曾招侍過我的經理，誰說不可不信緣？

也是坐在同一張枱，「妳」也就是跟「他」一般，愛坐在我的左旁。時空，似是在交錯中。

也是點了袋鼠國「玫瑰山莊」的白酒，妳跟他，品味相約，也同愛叫我為你們點酒。酒，雖是不同年份，呷起來，卻是同一風情。

眼前，是帶點幽鬱的維港夜色，啖着輕幽細緻的玉露，笑說當年情。再來一客小小的二人海鮮併盤，沒妳愛的車厘蜆，換上是鮮蝦、熟蜆，跟生蠔。

再點了經理推介的甜品併盤。有Tiramisu、果仁批、開心果薄脆，和巧克力雪糕，豐富又漂亮。

食味嘛？不曉得。只因跟在那個時空一樣，只懂沉醉在綿綿情話跟美酒中，其他一切，也變得不再重要。

2007年5月19日晚同朋友到Sky Lounge飲野，諗住個度靜靜地，之前去過幾次都ｏｋla.佢地有minimum charge 好似百幾蚊+10%，都OK，去Lan Kwai Fong飲2杯野都大約$180。我地坐低後一人叫左一杯野cocktail (Moscow bull $88 and Energy XX $88唔記得什麼名)，但好奇怪佢問我地加唔加大，我地咪say yes，一心諗大杯d都冇問題la。杯野黎到只不過是一般(我指係你去Lan Kwai Fong, Four Season, Felix…etc 叫一杯cocktail的size，大家都知佢地係冇large or small or medium size 之分。) 心諗是但la!直至其他2位朋友都黎埋，佢地唔飲酒就叫左杯Ice Lemon tea (冇加大)。點知杯Ice Lemon tea 超細(係一般茶餐廳Hot Lemon tea的1/2 杯)，連冰(同晌飛機飲juice 個杯一樣)。都算，咁叫snack la。叫左個Dessert Box $89，黎到之後真係火都黎埋。個Dessert Box入面竟然有9細粒百佳$10.9一包的士多啤利棉花糖+ 3粒Crunch 雪糕+ 4粒朱古力+3塊biscoti 。有冇離譜d，騙鬼佬都唔好咁過份。你收得人$$都唔好咁cheap ar，咁既野都可以俾人食。

點知埋單一睇，我地杯(Moscow bull $88 and Energy XX $88唔記得什麼名) 要$176(+10%) 一杯，而張單係寫(Moscow bull double)。有冇攪錯，去Felix 飲1杯long drink (即long island ice tea) 都係$120 + 10%，份量仲多過你個杯。Sky Lounge憑什麼可以收貴過Felix，Four Season 都係$100一杯左右(係正常size)。仲要你地冇話係Double，只是說加大。Mc Donald D Fries 加大都唔係charge double OR 俾double份量你la。埋單4個人$1030。我以後都唔會去Sheraton 任何restaurant 食野。好激氣!

11月頭3人

同兩個朋友仔去完tst霸王山莊dinner,上黎飲野傾計,最低消費計埋加一每位$140,開左支$420紅酒,味道一般,nuts 免費,環境一流,對住無敵靚海景,好多外國人,下次會再黎..正!

The atmosphere isuite okay, but the tables are too closely packed... One can easily hear what people sitting next are saying.

Waitresses and waiters are nice, but I don't think they're well-trained. I had to wait for quite a while for someone to take our orders. (need to employ more people?)

Highlight of the night---
Asking us to pay the bill before we asked for it!!! Well, to be accurate, she didn't literally ask us to pay but obviously had that implication by showing us the bill...

Service , seaview, sofa, envirnment are all excellent. We totally 4 ppl go there and it is very comfortable. A very good place to relax and re-union with friends.

We ordered some red wine and cocktail only so I cannot say whether food is good or not. But every staff there are very professional and nice.

晚飯後來個drink，呢到好得意，好多人飯茶，真係有個茶壺沖o個d，都幾得意，有minium charge, $118+10%，裝修感覺有d似aqua。有d好得意o既dim sum box，不過冇試。9點前o黎都仲有位，夜d就冇喇.....12 點幾走，朋友因為最近腳傷了，所以有得撘lift....哈哈，不過我就走o左最後班火車..........

一個月之前的星期六晚上8:30PM，跟朋友來這裡。由於是WEEKEND，2天前已經訂了，不過，去到發覺客人不多，大概3-4。RECEPTION 安排WINDOW SEAT坐下，維景色的確美麗，客人多是外國人，夠凊靜。
SKY LOUNGE裝修後，取消了LIVE BAND，不過，晚上8:30PM後的最低消費是$118+10%。
我跟朋友每人要了一杯飲品$68，另外，由於未食飯，我們了一個DIM SUM BOX(有蝦餃，燒賣，春卷，炸雲吞各3件)，由於是樓下CELESTIAL COURT煮上來的，味道很好。再來一個DESSERT BOX，覺得錯了，唔好食。
好同意之前那人的意見。每向BOX也是$140，但DIM SUM
BOX 值得食。
因為有MEMBERSHIP，食物2人50%OFF (但飲品無得折)，埋單約$300。

朋友生日, 相約飯局加飲野. 抱歉有要事未能出席飯局, 飯後提議黎呢度飲野傾計.

我同壽星先黎搵位, 另外既人就遲d. 先黎一杯Classic Champagne Cocktail, 唔係好甜, 但味道有個性, 幾鍾意. 因為無食飯, 我亦叫左個dessert box, 全部細細件, 有tiramisu, cookies, 朱古力, 果仁批等, 講真, 今次食有d失望, 貨色普通, 只係幾款大路野, 擺幾件朱古力就算, 另我又唔太欣賞果仁批, 覺得叫d鹹點仲好. 不過佢d甜點未必次次一樣, 可能係口味不合卦!

之後, 另外幾位黎到, 亦係reception度放低個蛋糕, 一心諗住俾壽星一個驚喜. 飲到咁上下, 我同朋友扮去toliet, 去叫個侍仔上蛋糕. 點知我地返埋位無耐, 另一個侍仔走埋黎問我地係咪要上個生日蛋糕, 佢一問, 大家當堂啞左, 硬住頭皮答係. 唉! 咩驚喜都無晒喇!! 朋友們有點不悅, 話呢度係酒店黎, 無理由咁唔醒目. 無計啦, 唯有蛋糕照吃, 相照影囉.

食完蛋糕, 我地再叫野飲, 今次我叫左杯Soothing Mix, 有桃同士多啤梨, 溝左d七喜咁上下, 又幾好飲喎, 呢個可能係我係呢度繼Beauty Express之後既另一新寵!
