又一個星期六，下班回家，到屋企樓下已經差不多下午兩點。去到八方雲集，見到張 poster不如就試試。﹝後來才知道已經不是新產品，都出左好耐，只係冇留意﹞ 有驚喜。喜的是回家後打開，發現餃子果然是如 poster般是綠色的。驚的是有幾隻餃子爆開左，都唔知係包裝時已經這樣，還是回家途中給撞到了也沒有察覺到。田園蔬菜水餃水餃皮是加入了蘿蔔葉造成綠色麵皮，是天然的綠。﹝起初有少少擔心有怪味﹞味道沒有很特別，和平常的白色皮一樣。蘿蔔葉有豐富的維他命A和C。水餃內涵用了多種蔬菜，有高麗菜、紅蘿蔔、黑木耳、及番薯。黑木耳有大量鐵質，可以用來當源料製造血紅素。整體味道是很 match 和 fresh 和很爽口。值得一試。紫菜鱈魚丸湯鱈魚丸湯是我的 favourite，非常彈牙有口感而且鮮味。不過，個湯只係滾水，我只係 enjoy 粒魚丸。

八方雲集的水餃和鍋貼都是我的最愛。本人十分喜歡韮菜，所以一定會吃韮菜水餃，口感清爽，內涵不帶半點油膩，豬肉味道香濃，湯汁鮮甜，絕對是上等的美食。再說鍋貼，形狀方便進食，煎得恰到好處，外脆內軟。金黃色的邊散發出陣陣香氣，而咬一口會發現，其實內涵熟透卻不稀爛，煎了更能帶出豬肉的濃香。招牌鍋貼，實屬佳品。
