我對呢一閒鐵板燒絕對讚不絕口,事因我本人唔會食生嘢,但係去到呢一間以為淨係得鐵板燒食嘅地方, 會有咁好食魚生同sushi, 真係一個驚喜, 先講魚生, 因為本人有個 "玻璃肚" 所以唔會立亂食生嘢, 但朋友不停推介之下, 就姑且一試, 食後發覺徐咗賣相好之外, 肉質非常新鮮好味. 再講sushi, 我對個梅味sushi roll就要推介比大家試下,因為唔係度度都有同咁好食。另外其他生熟sushi好鬼好食。最後要講返鐵板燒,我覺得我就算形容得幾誇都無用,一定要你親身去試,先知我唔係吹水。我最鐘意晚飯時間去,提議大冢可以試試,菜式方面大可以放心,因為裏面有個經理會介紹每晚最鮮最好食嘅餸菜,絕對滿意。 (相片方面我下次試下影,因為我試食鐘意快,唔想慢慢等影相。) 繼續閱讀

中午本來約好表姐去Spoil, 但 Fully Booked 既 Spoil, Spoiled our party. 度下度下. 就試一試高座. 從力寶中心行去 PP3, 基本上是由金鐘鐵路站最西既一個出口, 行去最東既一個出口. (From West End to East End), 表姐比我早到, 我一到, 便決定點下一個2人前鐵板燒定食, 不用煩不用諗. 首先出現沙律, 日式沙律, 小小的幾口菜. 酸酸地, 比較開胃. 之後, 便盛上兩碟BBQ, 一碟是燒蝦同三文魚. 另一碟是燒和牛牛柳. 食物水準尚算不錯, 燒三文魚同蝦非常之好. 面前, 有兩個醬汁. 邊食邊點, 發覺不點醬汁更好. 牛柳粒. 帶點 Juicy, 肉質雖未到入口能溶既境界. 但一樣, 不點任何醬更好. 醬汁的味道其實好夠. 邊食, 邊談. 食完了嗎?.....就是咁多嗎?.......因為阿姐已開始問我們要不要咖啡..........我們未飽啊......之後, 叫我一個魚生飯, 三色魚生, 有海膽, 三文魚碎 同魚子. 食落非常新鮮, 不過只是魚生飯不是我杯茶, 而且飯不夠粒粒分明, 有點太粘了. 總結一下, 我們吃得最多的, 竟然是飯.味道夠好....不過份量就唔多夠好. 繼續閱讀

jan 22, 09,2人嚟lunch,叫咗牛柳鐵板同雞鐵板餐 : 1) 沙律 x 2-正常 2) 魚柳 x 2-夠味,嫩滑 3) 帶子-望落好似欠熟,但入口喺熟晒架喎.........有鮮甜味-不錯 4) 牛柳粒-相為1/2份-都腍,肉質分明 5) 雞肉-相為1/2份-惹味,洋蔥清甜 6) 麵豉湯 x 2-正常 7) 餐飲/甜品i) 熱咖啡-友人話ok啦 ii) 芝麻雪米糍-現成貨 - 如果要嚟lunch,先訂位穩陣d.........如果食鐵板餐,更可以訂埋鐵板枱位 - 味道唔講得話好好味,但以$13x嘅價$$$$食到鐵板餐都頗抵食呢~~~ 繼續閱讀

光顧左高座有一段時間,午市及晚市亦有來過.Lunch set都有多款選擇,好抵食. 魚生很新鮮, 鐵板燒套餐份量剛好.以這樣的價錢可以有咁好的水準都令我很滿意.最主要係從來都未有令我失望. 通常都會book定位,因lunch time都非常爆滿.推介午市的特色魚生飯.晚上則可試鐵板套餐,一定要試牛肉卷同鵝肝必食壽司:海膽,帶子,三文魚子,池魚, 繼續閱讀

Sushi was one of my favorite but since we know our restaurant owner back in the US, it is hard for us to adjust to the high price sushi in HK. However, we found Gold Teppanyaki through our family friend and went there several times for lunch and dinner ever since and liked it more and more every time. We tried many times, lunch sets, sushi dinner and Tappanyaki, all were very good and solid. Service was attentive, and the owner was very informative and loves to chi chat, very friendly. The best lunch set was Uni, Salmon Roe and chopped tuna rice bowl, $130 with soup, snacks and dessert. Very good deal compare to Central prices. Also very fresh and delicious.Teppanyaki at night we had two dinner sets with my family of 4 and the portions were good and not too expensive for the quality of food that they give us. Sushi dinner was really fresh and the owner even taught us all about the fish and how to eat properly to get the best flavor...very educational! If you eat alone sometimes, sit at the sushi bar and you can have a good time with him. One side note was the smell, the ventilation was not etiquette for the size of the teppanyaki table. Our clothes always end up smelly when we leave no matter where we sit. So wear washable clothing. Private room and special order is available so make sure you ask when you make reservation. Reservation is also recommended for lunch and dinner. Small place so fill up quickly.Overall, this will become our go to place for down to earth good sushi! 繼續閱讀
