友人特別喜愛食越南食物, 假期行完街唔想係銅鑼灣搵食, 我地2個行到灣仔芽莊試下.
2個人叫左清浣蒸粉卷, 咖哩牛腩配多士及燒牛肉檬粉
本來對於平平無奇既清浣蒸粉卷(即扎肉配粉卷)唔會有太大期望, 因為平時出外食這個菜式總係皮太厚餡少, 但此店個粉卷皮薄帶點煙韌而且餡料豐富, 這一個粉卷做得唔錯.
咖哩牛腩帶點辛辣但椰味唔重, 牛腩充份吸收咖哩味道, 牛腩夠厚身肥瘦適烹調時間足夠牛腩肉質夠淋身食時配上香脆既多士十分合拍.
燒牛肉檬粉亦係我至愛, 最喜歡係佢地提供大量花生碎, 食時卜卜脆又夠香口, 而燒牛肉夠厚配上炸過香蒜再加埋魚露汁, 2個人食得非常開心.

I used to come here regularly for lunch when I used to work in Wanchai.
There is guaranteed quality, although it's abit pricey since they don't have lunch sets, and you will have to pay for a drink separately! The moment you eat, it all tastes and smells good, however after you will need to drink alot of water because of the MSG. Anyhow, I still go to their Central branch when I pass by

個湯都唔算好味精..啲芽菜同牛肉都好好食
個豬頸肉青木瓜真係好差啊...開頭諗住佢係甜甜酸酸既...完全冇諗過係喊的...但個豬頸肉就幾好食既
呢個腐皮蝦好好食...啲腐皮同蝦肉一層一層嫁...但可能本人唔中意食生既芽菜...但整體黎講個撈檬都係好食

這間芽莊分店以前曾令我非常失望,越南牛河比中環店差很多,
很久沒再來說,但它畢竟在公司附近,所以再給機會。
越南牛河越食水準越好,因嘗過十次以上,七成時間已追及
中環店水準,湯底真材實料,牛肉味膨拜,牛肉嫰,正!
希望此店維持現有水準,不用我長途拔涉到中環店。
灣仔牙莊,加油!

一個長達4個月既project終於做完,
於是有得請食收job 飯!!
weekdays平日真係好多人...
要等好耐...而且要人齊先入得
所以早少少去, 唔好同咁多人爭!
先睇睇門口個招牌!
有佢個經典logo係度
之後就係佢份menu!

當然要打開佢睇睇
去到noodles果頁...

主因係見到佢description 有"spicy"
但其實成碗檬都冇咩辣味...
於是試下一野咬落D辣椒度,

師傅又好難包住佢

午飯, 叫了一碗生牛河, 很失望, 比中環店差很遠.
湯淡而無味, 沒有中環店的牛肉濃湯, 牛肉是70%肥牛,
我最怕吃肥肉, 叫侍應來, 問她牛肉那麼肥, 怎吃下,
我沒理由吃淨粉, 還好她肯換, 但時間不夠, 要趕回公司,
沒吃什麼便要走, 但以後不會再來, 中環店好吃很多.
今次是零消費, 因不用付費.

第一個點評 送給我最愛的菜~
這個點評不算完整 吃過幾次 幾乎只吃同一道菜 bun rieu, 中文名好像是 河內蕃茄蟹膏湯檬 48蚊
第一次去吃 是周末晚8點左右 要等位,前面有3桌 等了20mins
第二次非周末 無需等位
還點了軟殼蟹春卷(名字好像不准確,但是你看到menu就知道我說的是什麼啦) 只吃過一次,在别家越南菜也没吃過 無從比較
不過覺得芽莊整體價格比其他越南菜的餐館 貴了一些些
還是談bun rieu好了
其實越南菜我只吃過2家 芽莊一家 還有銅鑼灣的 西貢西貢,芽莊的bun rieu 勝在番茄湯底 是熬很久熬出來的
銅鑼灣那家西貢西貢 番茄是即做即放 所以湯底番茄味不濃,但是優勢在於 西貢西貢給的蟹膏會多些,但是因為時間不久 整體味道不如芽莊
2家價格相同 都是48蚊
下次得閑去試下其他菜 再來評價啦

星期日晚訂了七點正的枱,限時八點十五分要還枱。現在食飯週圍都要限時,消費權益已跌至極點。
七點鐘去到,餐廳已差不多滿座。地方不太大,也有很多外藉人士光顧,同胞反而不多。
叫了雞串燒,炸軟殼蟹,灼通菜,牛爽腩河,及椰菁。
雞串燒幾好味,不過唔係燒嘅,係炸嘅,所以應該叫炸雞串,沙嗲醬都幾好味,不過 $58 三串都幾貴。
炸軟殼蟹都幾熱氣,不過不失,不過有D部份未夠脆,可能與炸粉有關。
灼通菜面頭鋪上蒜溶,夠清淡。
這裏的牛爽腩湯河水準極不穩定,尤其個D牛爽腩,有時會極韌。好彩當晚超乎水準,連帶河粉都有高水準,湯底就比較穩定,加了洋葱、青檸等配料,味道清香,$48一碗,值得推介。

My friend passed by wanchai and visited me in office, since she was exhausted, we decided to settle down nearby. As she likes Asian food, we eventually went to Nha Trang..
It was the start of the nightmare! After waiting in the chaos for some time, we were treated by a black face, david cheung at the front door, no smile, no greetings, just grab 2 menu, and walk his own away... not even lead our path! Has he ever been trained before?? Does he know a little bit of manner???
The restaurant has nice decor, neat and clean, nonetheless, it is very noisy!
Once there was an arguement between the staff and the customer, it was just so noisy and drew everyone's attention..... There came the so-called Senior person... huh.... that black face!! But, he just stood there, said nothing..!? The customer was expecting him to handle the issue, but nothing done! And the funny face on him make the customer even more angry, and shouted - What so funny??? He dared to show the card, and said - You can make your complaint here!....................
Is he supposed to settle the dispute?? If he is so incapable of controlling the whole floor, at least, he should manage that particular customer, and don't let that irritating and noisy environment affect other customers, right?
Thinking about this, really lost appetite! I just ordered a beef pho... wanted to escape asap!
As for the food, just like the whole setting -> outlook ok, but inside so-so... I've got sooooo thirsty after the beef pho.. must have MSG in it.
The food and service does not deserve the price... I could get better food at lower price elsewhere...
All in all, a disappointing restaurant. Poor service! I will not come again nor recommend to any of my friends.
