大細超的服務!
我口乾,想飲杯水,但先後叫左五個店員先有人斟水,足足等左幾個字!但其間不斷有店員走過黎問我地使唔使要落 order或介紹紅白酒。
平時都會一邊食飯一邊飲野,但今晚卻無呢個心情 ……
食物方面今晚亦唔係好啱口味:
Parma Pizza ($188):原本想order另一款,但店員介紹我地食呢款,最後食剩一半。Pizza餅底 “乾爭爭” 到切唔開,tomato and cheese sauce 又少,味淡。Parma ham 鹹鹹地,配埋有些苦澀味既火箭菜好唔啱我地口味。
Asparagus Risotto ($178):Risotto太淰,個sauce唔creamy又味淡。
Penne Gorgonzola ($168):長通粉硬身,cheesy sauce好香濃好正。
附近幾枱大部份有飲餐酒,服務周到好多,我地等極都無人加水。
之前幾次食得開心,我都會order餐酒,但今日無mood去飲。我覺得顧客既消費和服務是有關的,大細超的服務態度只會流失顧客。

頭盤要 pama ham & melon,火腿鹹香,蜜瓜清甜,good match!
主菜要魚卷和蘑茹意大利飯:魚卷肉質鞋鞋地又無咩味,麻麻地;意大利飯 sauce creamy 又有咬口,好味!
另外配上餐包,款式多又好味,正!
我真係好鍾意呢度,會繼續黎 hea下。

生日lunch
去spasso 食個寫意lunch慶祝一番
今次再去同樣都是叫appetizers + pasta, 二人都同樣叫有鵝肝的意大利云吞.
上次沒有影到照片,今次點都要用手機影一影
麵包+3個醬料味道不俗,因為我特別喜歡吃加了黑醋+olive oil 的包包
buffet appetizers 之前食過濾是在磨菰上加上了Cheese 的那個我覺得好好吃,所以今次當然
要食番啦..基本上有芝士的小食都是我最愛的.
朋友都好喜歡.
到了pasta上次的芝士南瓜云吞太"漏",今次也沒有太大期望.
可能就是沒有期望, 所以今次反而覺得有點驚喜, 亦沒有漏的感覺.
吃了一口, 就覺得口裡都是鵝肝味.而且又不會有點點苦澀的味道
我好鍾意食鵝肝所以都鍾意食這個雲吞
幸好之前的appetizer 都是每一樣吃一點沒有太飽.
如果不是就會吃不下啦
甜品-同事吃了一點cake,但我就沒有吃到.始終不太喜歡吃太甜的東西
而且還有小甜筒呢...
說到服務態度, 我常常看到這裡有人說態度不好,又不理人.我之前來過覺得幾好的.
今次跟其中一個waiter說起的時(因為他們有時候都會來詢問你對食物意見的),我都有反應很多人都說這裡的服務麻麻呢..不過今次我都有留意到有些侍應生(都是外籍人士)會不理我們的揮手示意,仲要excuse me幾次都不理呢,我不知是看不到呀,還是的的枱不是她負責呢?外籍的waiter 都是負責外籍客人嗎?

化了妝的意大利餐廳
本人是個肉痴, 尢其是喜歡有原味的肉餚,看到這家有意大利烤乳豬,就迫不及待order了一份,而友人就要了隻燒雞,噢!還要了個煮蜆,當然少不了支白酒。
乳豬肉味不錯,但有點淡口,皮也較不太脆有點韌,但是在這種環境吃東西,喝酒,這種食物的瑕疵可以忽略一下,因為我已渡過了愉快的一晚。 除了菜餚, 整個餐廳不太有意大利的感覺, 應該是化了妝的意大利餐廳, 哈哈.

前菜 - 款式甚多,值得一讚: 各式凍肉、蜜瓜、芝士、蛋卷、沙拉(蝦、西式蔬菜如羅馬生菜、火箭菜、番茄、粟米粒等–唯沙拉醬只有一款)、釀小蘑菇、水煮蘆筍(沒味)、煎甜椒茄子…等
羊腿伴薯蓉 - 羊腿很大,骨上插了一小枝迷迭香,賣相不俗。可惜礙於「結構」關係,要把羊腿肉從圓大的骨上切下有點難度。整體來說勝在熱騰騰
甜品及生果: 款式不及前菜多: 菠蘿、西瓜、蜜瓜、tiramisu小件(有點似是而非的感覺,因像蛋糕似的)
此外,還附有餐前麵包,橄欖油、橄欖醬、香草醬

don't have the pizza
surprisingly, given the quality of the food, the place was packed! the tables were too small for 3persons, and tables were very close to each other.
the service was decent. the pizza, which is supposed to be one of the signature dishes were horrible. we ordered 2 pizzas. the dough was chewy, i had to tear it off like i was ripping the meat from a drumstick! the taste was only so-so. the pizza wasn't too expensive like $130-50 but when we wanted to add olives in one of the pizzas, they wanted to charge us ridiculous amount of money! we also tried to add another ingredient like anchovies and i think the extra charge was like $100. crazy!
if u want pizza, ur better off going to pizza express. at least their thin crust is crispy!

頭盤跟主菜都唔fulfilling,所以甜品亦唔bother響度食。
我們用餐完畢,服務員問我們覺得0的食物如何。我們照實告知那些青口實在太咸,他居然跟我們說:traditional Italian food 系偏咸的。 X___x''
服務態度有待改進,服務員可以在我們落單期間叫我們等等,然之后走左去。如果在一些收費便宜點的餐廳的話,這還可接受。
總結:還是美心集團貨色,飲野可能會,食飯就一定不會再來。話雖如此,值得一贊是點面包的vinegar

Seaview Alfresco Dining
點了蟹肉牛油果沙律、羊扒及Oyster Rissoto。
每樣食物均水準十足,食材新鮮味美,沙律入口清新,大開胃口;羊扒鮮嫰香軟,非常惹味;蠔味鮮甜可口,喜出望外!
甜品點了心太軟,甜而不漏,食得極為滿足。

值得推薦既意式餐廳!
我哋叫左一個parma pizza,一個daily risotto同埋一個芝士拼盤。 我同个friend係超級芝士怪,次次去食意大利餐一定會叫個芝士凍肉拼盤黎試吓。 先講個pizza, 我覺得個味道真係唔錯,個批薄得黎又唔會太脆, 同埋個parma ham既味好出, 雖然有少少鹹 , 但整體來講都算好味。 分量亦唔算太多, 倆個人share啱啱好。 Daily risotto係兩個好精緻既鮮茄盛滿牛肉燴飯, 淨係睇佢既賣相已經好滿足, 加埋個味道更加贊! 女朋友食完之後不停贊好味, 話下次一定要帶佢黎食多幾次! 反而佢就覺得pizza麻麻哋。至於我哋兩個既最愛 - 芝士拼盤就唔晒點講, 因為cheese既味道始終都不會差好遠, 同埋好睇個人既喜好, 本人比較鍾意質地硬身D同埋重口味D既cheese, 比如好似gorgonzola, goat cheese都係我既至愛, 不過女朋友就比較鍾意watery texture同埋淡口味既cheese, 好似marscarpone, burrata cheese。
至於價錢方面, 以一個五星級既餐廳黎講本人覺得都算合理, 但係個pizza可能就有少少貴,大約$180左右, 我就覺得價錢是其次, 最緊要係好食同埋食得開心。

無心機的Happy Hr
露檯位放著Buffet,雖說是任吃的,但芝士在陽光下曝曬,唔怕食物中毒?
無味但夠冰非酒精系列~
似是炸魚蛋,原來是麵糰包著堤魚,唔好吃但特別。
處理材料方面已經唔多掂,而Presentation,難聽點說句,根本是亂葬崗。
太陽曬到出煙的大好天,海港城Piato逢有日光就算幾熱,露天位一定坐滿鬼佬,怕熱,就同朋友坐到近門的梳化位,雖然冷氣唔夠涼,相信比出面露天位會好一點。
這裡五點打後有小吃時段,叫了杯Val di Non,朋友要了Mojito,然後走到露天Buffet檯拿下些小吃,任吃小食款式選擇自然唔多,純粹用來送酒傾計,最吸引的水牛芝士配黑水欖.番茄,又見炸魚蛋幾得意,就拿來試試。
水牛芝士曝曬到溶,暴殄天物,經營飲食的,那管是免費小吃,配套上該花點心思,這方面日本人是很認真的。醒起食友提過Buratta Chesse,見餐牌有,百餘元是吃得過的,點來佐飲吧。
Val di Non最特別是面層薄荷碎冰,唔夠味但夠冰,幾消暑的,下層的蘋果梳打,無味,而朋友的Mojito是滿杯都是香葉,真是未飲已經洩氣,如此質素,當幫襯的客是傻的嗎?大家同樣面對金融海嘯,工作再苦也要努力面對吧!怎能如此行貨?唔比個咸面都唔得。
Buratta Chesse是淡口系列,質感有點似近親的水牛芝士,Serve時已切開,只得半件,淋有橄欖油,上檯時已處於半溶狀態,吃到似乎是一些不該出現水分,伴碟的黑醋下得求其,處理方面多放些心機吧。
同朋友傾過些近況,希望朋友心情會好一點,沉重的大氣候,大家都要加油,保重!

Party dinner with yummy pizzas
We were lead to a private room at the end of the resto, comfortable for a group of 10 people like us, thank god, we really didn’t want to wind up nuisance to other diners in the hall with our chitchatting. That’s one good thing about Spasso. Next was the friendlier than ever service from the staff’s and their ever-pleasing big smile. I’m one peculiar diner who judges a restaurant based on its service more than the foods. I mean, it would be excellent to have both, but, like many people would think, it won’t be easy to get it in HK. And am glad, spasso has it all.
Enough talk, here’s our feasts - the fresh-out-of oven breads and balsamic dips, my No.1 favorite! 4 different types of pizzas & 4 focaccia romana (everyone loves spasso pizza, it is like they are the best in town!)….made-to-order, crispy and finger licking good! I love the simplicity of their pizza, the crust is so crispy and the fillings are so delicious. We ordered pumpkin soup, spasso signature salads & cappuccino créme brûlée as desserts each to go with pizzas...and self-brought birthday.
I have to say we had a really hearty birthday party with lots of funs and good foods, we cleaned up all the plates and left only our finger prints, we will come back again for more parties!

worth a trip down for a semi-buffet lunch
The lunch was served in semi-buffet style, with salads, desserts, assortment of cold cuts(my favorite), italian canapes and delights which some i had never tried, never seen nor heard. But mind you, they were all good, i meant all that i'd tried. Soon my doubt was shrugged off as my first impression wasn't really a pleasant one - I thought the buffet bar was rather small given the size of the restaurant, and the crowd as it was almost full house, but i was wrong, the foods were replenished as soon as they were almost out. And at the moment i thought, lesser foods is not necessary a bad one, imagine all the foods are fresh from the kitchen all the time and serve onto the plate, all the guests could taste the foods in their freshest form. Isn't that wat we really want? FRESH FOOD!
That's wat keep people coming here i guess....well I particularly like their al dente pasta, the sauce was good and i thought their pasta was one of the best in town.
There were some cold cuts which I thought were a little bit salty, but it was all good as soon as i ate them with fresh veges. For the price of around HK$150+ for a scrumptious lunch in HC, i thought it was worth it, in fact it is a place you can expect to get more bang for your bulks, if you have big appetite like me

Spasso = Spastic !!!
Absolutely shocking
For Entree - White wine mussels
The mussels were so tiny (around the size of a 50 cents coin) and only very few in the dish. The sauce that comes with it was so little that it only enough for one bread slice dipping but it was charged at around HK $ 180 per dish.
We complainted to the manager. He apologised and claimed that the mussels were from New Zealand but he couldnt even explained why the mussels were so small. He agreed to re-do this dish with Clams instead but of course the tastes and the food itself were all different....v.disappointed !!!
MORE disappointment......
Main Dish - Seafood risotto
This is the WORSE risotto I ever had. The dish was cooked with long grain rice - so the risotto tasted very much like chinese fried rice. MORE..... the risotto was tasteless and the sauce (can't even called it a sauce) was very watery - imagine the taste and texture of a typical "潮州粥".
For a seafood risotto, all we got was a tiny squid (the size of a mussel) cut in half. As everyone would expect ---- where are the rest of the seafood??? We didn't see it.
We didn't even bother finishing the dish.
Again, we called for the manager to complaint and asked if he could check with the chef why the risotto was so badly done. He couldn't be bothered and just made up an excuse on spot saying that was how risotto was cooked in the southern part of Italy. hahaha... what an excuse !!!
Like the other critic said, this is a restaurant with good scenic view and good seatings BUT when it comes to the food , price and service (what services???) 美心, 大快活 is far more better in terms of value and customer services.
This is the worse restaurant experience I had in Hong Kong and will NEVER EVER go back again.

很不錯的新 set dinner
等了約20分鐘,熱辣辣的pizza終於登場了.我愛吃spasso的pizza,有時會自己一個人專程跑來這裡點一份pizza,然後自己慢慢享受一頓悠閒的下午茶.
之後試了烤鱈魚,我一向不太喜歡吃魚,所以只試了一小口,味道普通,沒有太大的驚喜,但友人就對其贊不絕口,可能是自己不太會欣賞魚吧.而這裡的朱古力心太軟一直是我的至愛,每次與家人或朋友來這裡,一定會點一份來share,因為自己實在太喜歡吃了,但如果自己點一份又怕會膩,兩個人share一份最好!這裡的朱古力心太軟跟其他餐廳不同,每一口都充滿香濃的朱古力味道,而且口感很棒,每次吃都不會厭.
整體來說,這頓晚飯非常值得,最重要是大家吃的很開心。
