昨天和家人到灣仔,看到這間店,進去試一試只有兩個餐:燒春雞和炸魚薯條,便每樣㸃一個,十分鍾後上菜了。炸魚非常好味!皮脆肉多,超新鮮呀!燒春雞也很惹味,肉很鮮,有香牛油味。還包白洋蔥湯,喝得出是真才實料,極力推薦! 繼續閱讀

汕頭街最近出現一間外賣店,走過時總嗅到香味撲鼻而來。走近一看,原來小店售賣的只有兩味,亦即是其主打的招牌菜法國烤春雞及炸魚薯條。是日,小人叫了一客炸魚薯條午餐$88,嘗試回味一下在英國時久違了的炸魚薯條風味。未免係諗多左吧?!午餐包括一客田園沙律,相信是附近吃過最差的!因為沙律菜都是購入的來貨吧,不經烹煮,理論上應該不會出現差池。但居然沙律菜可以不爽,質感像是雪過了頭再攤放了一段時間的菜,即使加入沙律汁亦無補於事,超級難吃。吃炸魚薯條,追求的就是咬下去那熱呼呼皮脆魚嫩的口感,而這份炸魚薯是條絕對不會給到這種感覺。包裹鱈魚同炸的啤酒脆皮一點都不鬆脆香口,過份油膩;鱈魚肉實的的,一义即散,更神奇地帶有苦澀味,是因為啤酒造的脆漿嗎?難得的是即叫即製剛炸起的魚柳是不夠熱的!粗薯條薯味欠奉,同樣是腍身得會散開的。造成這個效果的要就是食材雪得太久、要就是油溫不夠,店方似乎在處理食材方面仍有進步的空間。以兩個字來形容,差勁!食味之差,堪稱史上最強!如果這就喚作英式炸魚薯條,就實在太不可思議了!順帶一提$88的套餐連飲品也沒有,性價比超低。 繼續閱讀

處於商業區,食物價錢提高是常識吧!否則何來抵擋昂貴的租金呢!朋友介紹 the best in town (town-我估是想指灣仔吧),就此跟你去試試。細少的舖仔,沒有多餘位置供堂食門前放有黑板仔導出今日特別介紹,但此食店主要售賣春雞及炸魚薯條而已等了約10分鐘,外賣終於到手,急不及待想打開看看88元的炸魚薯條就是這樣了魚柳只有一條,切開魚肉鬆散,更有魚腥味⋯⋯How come the best 呢!炸漿又不夠味!薯條反南瓜湯是可以的,但那主角已令整頓午餐失分了。十分失望! 繼續閱讀
