最欣賞係羊~~~

以金鐘這個地段來說, 餐廳以高級稱多也不足為奇, 但在這黃金地方, 竟然會有個平民綠洲, $168可在餐牌上任選兩款, 而大食一些也只需$218就可任選三款菜式, 那就去試試會否將貨就價

餐前麵包 - 放下時可能肚子有點空位, 所以看上眼很是吸引, 但當拿上手中便發覺有點不對勁, 包身偏硬, 鬆軟感欠奉, 放入口中像是和它角力似的

香煎鵝肝 - 鵝肝煎得不夠香口, 也過於腍身, 伴碟的梨本來是用來減輕油膩感, 但因過酸的關係所以吃一口就算吧

蟹餅 - 煎得香脆, 切開真的看到有不少蟹肉, 配上牛油果醬味道很是清新怡人

什錦法式拼盤 - 在頭盤中算是最抵吃的一道, 朋友大方的分出來讓我們試, 以巴馬火腿最受歡迎, 但當中以豬肉雜醬最為特別, 咬下那種肉香很是強烈

西冷牛扒 - 八安士, 看上去份量不算大, 但可能跟餐的配菜也不少, 所以到後來要幹掉整塊也不是容易的事. 要了五成熟, 用刀切開那粉紅的嫩肉即程現眼前, 火喉控制得很準繩, 西冷肉味很濃郁, 雖配上蛋皇汁, 但還是原汁原味的好. 另跟的沙律賣相很是別緻, 沙律菜也很新鮮, 而跟餐的薯條也不少, 但是夜實在容不下, 所以還是讓朋友代幫忙

香草燒羊架 - 羊架唔羶, 但愛好羊羶味的我卻縑不夠好, 朋友要了7成熟, 所以肉質偏實, 口感上也欠缺了份軟腍感, 口感上越不是我那杯茶

西班牙海鮮飯 - 附上三隻烤大蝦, 賣相絕不失禮, 大蝦肉質結實, 蝦味濃郁, 但最驚喜位是蝦頭竟連蝦膏, 雖不算多, 但也夠甘香

肉眼扒 - 這個給西冷比下去了, 雖肉質軟腍, 但肉味卻淡得多, 加上不好彩的遇上這件肥膏偏多的肉眼, 吃下滿口油膩

這夜另要了兩支紅白酒, 價錢$280/支, 比一個餐還要貴, 但一邊吃一邊喝, 感覺上很是優閑. 而環境著實也不錯, 被安排坐在餐廳最入一張檯, 感覺很先成一角

又落雨 個個星期日都落雨, 激死人啦

又係揾商場行, 去到Pacific Place, 嘩!!! 長長的車龍, 又要呆等等等

香菇蘑菇奄列配炒香薯+自家製多款法式酥餅及糕點+咖啡or茶$168

奄列份量不少、尚算滑口，內裡都有唔少香菇，都係一個不錯嘅選擇

至於糕點甜品質量只屬一般，唔算太特別，但以任食嚟講款式選擇都算多

咖啡非常香濃，不錯


烘火腿芝士多士伴香煎蛋.什菜沙律$82

多士上放上煎蛋賣相吸引，蛋係半生熟，多士有超香濃嘅芝士覆蓋住，多士底層仍然香

脆，起叫嘅時候都冇諗到會禁好味唯獨係沙律份量可以多番D就正喇

Summary:服務未算周到，我地杯清水飲到冇晒都冇人再嚟添加，仲要揾好耐至有人，D人

Just had lunch with 3 others at La Fourchette. Didnt enjoy the meal at all. The tacos/quesadillas appetizer was already disappointing. Could totally tell it's been prepared quite a while ago. The spanish rissotto with king prawns my friend had was the worst. The rice was tasteless but smelled burnt. The Lasagnia and the Duck confit werejust alright. The Pork Chop was best.
Despite the price, service, and atmosphere, I was really disappointed with the food served.

今晚D同學一行六人同我補祝生日，有朋友話嚟度幾好味，所以嚟試吓囉。我點了2 courses set ($168)，我的頭盤喺crab cake，有Dfriend點了鵝肝‧ 嗰crab cake 唔錯，D friend 話鵝肝都好味但煎得唔夠脆。而 Main course我點了crispy duck leg，味道太咸，雖然D皮很脆，但吃到一口油。眞的麻麻哋！ 我隔離個friend 點了Lamb rack，佢話好味喎，望落去都唔錯。最後我哋點了2个甜品Share, 嗰朱古力心太軟幾好味，但嗰Cheese Cake 就一般嘞。

這裡環境幾好，Service都唔錯。我哋你一句我一句咁，嘻嘻哈哈的傾了兩個幾鐘，唉！又夠鐘返屋企嘞。多謝哂

I went to this restaurant with my husband simply because it is near the bus stop, we were not expecting much.

We were attracted by the price, less than $200 per head for any two choice in menu!!

My husband ordered a ceasar salad with roast chicken, it was okay; then the salmon fish as main course (can't remember the whole name), the taste was alright but a bit over cook. He ordered a cheese cake as well, taste light but very delicious.

I ordered a braised beef rib, very rich taste, very tender, excellent; the desert I have was fruit with sherbet, also very refreshing.

We share a bottle of french wine for $250, no surprise but good enough to go with food.

We sat outside and i find it quite relaxing, sitting inside might be a bit noisy.

我覺得完全唔掂呀!以呢個價錢,唔應該係咁既質素!
第一,上菜太太太慢,話說我地十二點十叫野,只係叫set lunch,但係等到一點半都未有頭盤,只係得包同牛油,要我地三催四請,又話幫我地追,先係一點七八有個頭盤!主菜仲耐,食完頭盤都仲要等,成一點九一點十先黎!仲要好慢!即係由叫野到食主菜要成個鐘呀!太唔掂啦!
佢話自己係法國菜,但係亳無法國特色可言,食物份量大大件,頭盤燒雞沙律已經有成件雞扒,另一頭盤吞拿魚三文治竟然有三件,好多呢!
主菜方面,我揀左煎龍利魚,都算幾香,又唔油,好在無之前其他食家講話腥既情況,都唔錯,三大塊,啖啖肉,算係OK!朋友的長通粉都份量唔少,不過好似幾多汁,睇落有少少漏,佢話味道都幾好喎!但係我見佢d粉好似好粗身咁既....
意大利咖啡好香,好滑,唔錯!
食物只係一般,同普通西餐廳無分別,但係服務唔得,最差係太慢,所以我覺得唔值呢個價錢!

今晩同朋友黎食生日飯, 知道有promotion, $218 有3 courses~~ 成個menu 任叫正!!

一黎左個包, 一塊係正常, 一塊係麥包~ 2件都好脆!!
我地叫的如下:
1. 蟹餅, 几好味, 加左牛油果蓉, 好rich ~~
2. 燒茄子, 有肉醬同埋菇係面~~
3. 青口加薯條, 係幼薯條, 唔係太多地方係用呢一隻幼薯條, 一見到就覺得正! 但就覺得味道一般, 反而個清酒青口都好出色, 有酒味, 但又唔係太濃!
4. 西班牙海鮮飯係成晚最 失色的地方, 因太"流", 一食就飽左
5. 羊架, 朋友話係必食, 個樣好正!! 佢個 mint jelly 汁都好好~ 但我覺得一切啦~
6. 極有手準的紅油燴牛仔骨, d 肉好soft ~ 一切就開, 好入味!! 全晚最正, 最有驚喜~~

但唔好係叫 waiter, 要好耐先有人應~

Friend told me about the dinner promotion that La Fourchette is offering. So of course as a gourmet lover, came to try asap.

Actually tried its lunch several times and the overall impression to this restaurant was good. Though the decor and the spaciousness was not as ample as the other eateries of the same level, but its food standard was consistently high.

The dinner promotion has two offers, one is any two dishes from the set menu for $168 or any three dishes from the set menu for $218. Each patron must order at least one choice. That's fair enough. We ordered three two dishes set and then ordered an orange crepe at the end.

The bread basket was nice and i love its wheaty bread roll in slices. Crunchy on the surface and very soft in the middle. Very nice.

We all ordered foie gras as entree. Oh it was lovely. The foie gras was fried crispy and it was melting inside. Very nice. It had some fried pear and apple as sides, these fresh food matched perfectly well with the foie gras and giving a very nice aftertaste.

I ordered a rib eye steak as my main. The steak was nicely cooked. It was a thin cut, yet it didnt overcook and also gave a juicy favour. The salad to go with it as sides was fresh and nice. It surprised me that shoestrings were gone with it, i would prefer some potato wedges, seems a better choice.

The orange crepe was also nicely cooked. i loved its tenderness, it would be better if it had a hint more of orange favour. This reminded me of the super buffet in the Shatin Jockey club, the flambee mango crepe, very very nice. Really missed it!

I think I will go there again and try something else. The risotto seems attractive.

Knowing that there is a promotion recently and therefore went with few friends for gathering. Most food provided is acceptable (including grilled fish, beef sandrich, dessert, though the lamb is a bit overcooked and not juicy). However, the service provided is very poor. We ordered the food twice, and the waiter impolitely blamed us for this, said that this would cause confusion to the kitchen. Also, they wrongly calculated our service charge (they need to calculate 3 times before getting the correct charge!) There should be some better choices if you want to have a happy gathering with others.

We went there for that special promotion - $168 for 2 dishes, $218 for 3 dishes. The waiter told me this offer only lasted till end of Feb. Well, I still see such offer today so I guess it must have been extended.

I ordered the salmon salad (something like that) as starter and grilled fish as main course. The starter was fresh and delicious while the grilled fish was overdone but it's still not bad. The waitress recommended me canburry juice but I did not like it but she's so nice and changed it for me! I couldn't believe that! My friend ordered steak and it's nice for hers was not overdone.

However if you do not have a lot of time waiting, I would suggest you go elsewhere as it does take quite a while for the food to be served.

It's a very good bargain to try out french food at Pacific Place - of course with this promotion!

La Fourchette現做promotion，$168任選2 courses或$218任選3 courses (可選3 main-course！)。以這個價錢，在金鐘淺嚐法國菜，實屬超值。餐廳環境唔錯，燈光昏暗配以蠟燭以添情調。

香煎鵝肝‧甜鮮果配甜酸汁：鵝肝味道ok，外脆內軟；甜鮮果配甜酸汁夠特別，不過個人較喜愛配以多士，較香口美味！

白酒煮青口：青口好細隻，味道普通；白酒汁酒味不足，亦唔夠creamy幼滑。

燒美國頂級肉眼扒配蛋黃汁伴嫩菜沙律‧薯條：整體都唔錯，雖牛肉味唔算很突出，肉質都ok；配菜薯條亦很脆很好食。

香草燒羊架配迷迭香青檸燒汁：羊架唔羶，肉質軟腍，火喉控制得宜，good！

法式香酥鴨腿配蒜香薯：香酥鴨腿太乾身，只屬一般。

烤劍魚柳配燴雜菜‧水瓜柳汁：劍魚柳肉質較鞋及韌，只屬一般。

朱古力心太軟‧開心果雪糕：朱古力心太軟ok；開心果雪糕則個人不太喜歡。

可能因人手不足的關係，服務普通啦！當serve肉眼扒及羊架時，都沒有問我們要唔要mustard及薄河醬。另外，上菜速道亦很慢，點菜時需留意。

個多月前嘅公司飯局~

因為果時仲有半價嘅關係~所以都食左幾多野~

以下係我試過嘅野~

頭盤:

蟹餅 + 牛油果碎 :幾清新~ 蟹餅嘅熱氣配上清涼嘅牛油果~ 不俗!

鵝肝: 麻麻~ 我相信係質量嘅問題~

凱撒雞沙津 : 蔬菜新鮮~但調味唔出色~雞可以~

法式拼盤 : 麻麻~ 都係質量嘅問題~


主菜:

法式香酥鴨腿配蒜香薯蓉 : 整隻香酥鴨腿烹調得唔錯~完全符合"香酥"嘅名字~鴨腿煮得入口即溶~唯可惜醬汁略遜一籌~不能將鴨腿脂肪嘅油膩對沖~食到尾聲嘅時候倍感吃力!

燒美國頂級肉眼扒配蛋黃汁伴嫩菜沙律‧薯條 : 分左少少食~ 都唔係咁吸引!都係醬汁缺乏誠意!

忽發奇想~如果將凍牛油果醬伴上香酥鴨腿~能起冰火二重天,畫龍點睛之效~

是晚同場加映紅酒兩瓶~但結果係................唔掂!

錯過了十二月的50% off for dinner，一直覺得很遺憾，所以一收到EMAIL知道有這個$168 for any 2 dishes/$218 for any 3 dishes的優惠，不用考慮就立即打電話訂位去！　由於優惠實在太吸引，所以由一月至今已經去了兩次。

餐廳分開三個領域：一邊是高枱，應該是wine bar；另一邊是仿效「露天茶座」，在商場內架起柵欄，以盆栽作佈置。可是我不太喜歡這一邊，因為被商場的行人看到食相始終不太好，如果只是tea的話就沒所謂；幸運的是我每次都被安排到「室內」用餐，環境燻暗，看得出來是刻意營造出浪漫的氣氛。每一枱都有叉形枱燈，十分可愛－－原來La Fourchette是The Fork的意思。

香煎鵝肝‧甜鮮果配甜酸汁(原價$178)：正！鵝肝煎得很香，新鮮的水果中和了鵝肝漏漏的感覺，完全沒有因為是優惠減少份量。
什錦法式拼盤(原價$108)：ＯＫ。數片cold cut，還有用來塗麵包的豬肉醬(其實不曉得是豬肉還是甚麼肉)。不過塗麵包的肉醬還是Conrad做的較出色。
烤劍魚柳 配燴雜菜‧水瓜柳汁(原價$168)：烤得太乾身，是唯一不好吃的一味菜。
紅酒汁燴牛仔骨(原價$198)：ＯＫ。牛仔骨肉質鮮嫩，很入味。伴碟的薯蓉很滑，有小小的薯粒在內，有層次感，我很喜歡。
香草燒羊架配迷迭香青檸燒汁(原價$228)：ＯＫ。要求medium-rare，但有點兒overcook，看相片也覺得比較像medium-well。伴以芥末來吃還可以。
法式香酥鴨腿配蒜香薯(原價$198)：ＯＫ。英文是Crispy duck leg confit。其實我是第一次吃法式香酥鴨腿，覺得有點兒像煲湯的鴨肉，一點也不crispy，不知道這是否正常？
燒美國頂級肉眼扒配蛋黃汁伴嫩菜沙律‧薯條(原價$208)：正！肉眼扒足八安士，燒的很香。薯條切得跟麥當勞的一樣幼，所以很脆！
什燴海鮮天使麵(原價$168)：ＯＫ。由於本人不喜歡吃天使麵，所以這個是唯一我沒有試過的菜。但聽朋友說這個又是太乾。

之前吃過數次La Fourchette，午餐晚餐也有，感覺很好。不知這次是否太便宜的關係，總覺得食物質素下降了(心理影響？！)。 　不過以$168+10%的價錢，實在不應該計較太多。希望以後要多推出類似的優惠啊！

從前都嚟過用餐,但從未像這一次般去好好感受這裏的食物,人物及環境.
今次的選擇亦令我從新作一個評詁,
第一-係金鎘海嘯下推出嘅'One price for two dishes $168'的確扺食.
第二-可能OpenRice嘅平台,見我把枱上的食物先拍照而不是祈禱,他們都會對你的態度認真多一點,但係拍照前他們的招呼也蠻可以了.

我跟朋友都各點了法國菜的主要食枓:
鵝肝-做頭盤,不過不失,但仍覺有點過油膩膩.
鴨 - 有胸及脾, 都做得不錯,鴨胸的皮煎得香; 鴨脾又做得嫩.都覺得是不錯的選擇.
伴菜的烤薯一點也不馬虎,但可以少點油就Very Good 喇!

在沒有浪費食物下,已經沒有空位食得下甜品,或喝得下咖啡了!下次再試吧....
