other than 鰻魚飯..仲叫左..tempura, 北海道忌廉烏冬, 蟹子沙律, 燒餅 但嘛嘛啦.. tempura 我個人覺得..可食可唔食. 北海道忌廉烏冬 OK ge..唔差..烏冬有彈性, 忌廉湯底夠special, 唔太salty OK 蟹子沙律 ok 冇咩特別 可食可唔食 燒餅: 細細個CUTE, 味道OK, 唔差但我唔會話好好味..可能太飽gwa食個陣..LOL 去到最好都係食鰻魚飯!!!!!!!!!!
I have been planning to visit this place for 2 years, but Hung Hom is not a place I usually go to.
I managed to order the items I planned to eat, but the item I couldn’t find was the taros with the appearance of straw mushrooms. I had the expectation they wouldn’t have as lately there haven’t been comments on it on OR.
Little squids: salted squids in miso sauce, rather chewy, took me ages to reduce it to a tiny swallowable mass! Tasted good, the last time I had it was at Wara Wara japanese casual restaurant. However the portion here is much bigger.
Fish Liver: Looked 100% like the European pate’s packaged in sausage form, I could still see the marks from the ends where they opened it. Tasted smooth and soft, and the sauce was tangy.
Pillows: Actually it was grounded sharks meat and filled with cheese. It tasted a bit like foam and looks rather like marshmallow. The last time I had it was from Issei, and you can order as much as you can. I am sure they are all from one supplier.
Curry Udon: The best udon I have had, usually I do not eat udon, because it does not tastes authentic, however the udon here is slippery and elastic. If the curry sauce was less spicy and salty, it would have been perfect. Originally ordered the udon in cream, but the smell of it was sickly.
Mountain Yam: Compared with other places that serve it, the colour is less translucent, and has a strong white radish taste. The consistency is VERY thick, similar to that of superthick porridge.
Oyster: These were grilled. I was surprised how tasty they were, after taking one bite, the whole table could smell it. They were fresh and juicy, and not mushy. The oyster was clean too.

三河屋食後感
兩個不喝酒的人, 最後點了一些去居酒屋會吃的食物, 大白天的, 是有點奇怪喲, 都是為了了解店家是否仔細用心做食物麻。我們點了食物如下:-
淮山漬 -
很喜歡淮山那小小的澀味, 但這淮山漬味道很濃, 不太吃到澀味, 切成一節節手指大小, 作為佐酒小吃會很合適, 吃一節手指, 喝一口啤酒。 但我更想淮山能切成幼絲再下點芝麻伴著吃....
燒雞泡魚乾 -
一直對這食物沒有感覺, 只因友人想吃,就吃了。吃著吃著, 不知怎的覺得正在吃像燒得柔軟切得薄身的豬肉乾, 又是另一味佐酒小吃
大板燒餅 -
味道還可以, 體積只有飯碗大, 未知是否因太迷你, 餡料只吃到麵粉
開邊池魚燒 -
池魚燒得剛剛好, 整個旁邊也是酥酥脆脆的, 味道也剛好
木魚飯團 -
飯煮得太軟太散, 醋也下得不夠, 才夾起來飯就不團結了
鹽味拉麵 -
麵質實在太好了, 雪雪雪吃著時會忍不邊吃邊發出"好吃, 唔, 好吃" 的聲音。湯說是鹽味, 可喝下去更像是海帶木魚昆布清湯, 以為吃起烏東來.....
離開時肚子脹爆了, 但還是想著沒吃咖哩飯 .......
如果明天世界未日要來, 我會狂吃雪糕甜品棉花冰刨冰西瓜黃金蝦燒餓最臭的荀,超甜日本白蘿蔔刨絲生吃, 還要吃各種各種蟹, 黃油蟹或大閘蟹, 超大潮州涷蟹, 如果明天世界要完了, 我最想做的居然是吃盡平常不可以吃的, 對擁有這想法的自己感到一點無奈.............

每次按進[紅磡]後, 僅次於 時新 的一間食店..
N月前進攻完時新 , 今天務必嘗試三河屋!
想也沒想 我就叫了
聽說 甚麼很長大肥美
當鰻魚飯來到面前.. 果真大片啊!
燒的程度剛好, 鰻魚的邊位剛巧有點脆的感覺
但並不覺得肥美 ...
汁方面是好味, 配合軟棉棉的日本珍珠米
不過 .... 咸了點
都是友人吃的,
嘗過咖哩汁, 以為是甜甜的,沒有任何SPICY的感覺
不過事實不是如此 ,
但不算太SPICY ,有點洋蔥在汁中, 看得出是用心造
都是友人吃的, 不知道好冇味牙 ,哈哈
眼看豬扒就炸得不錯
PS:
咁既價錢食到咁大塊算有水準的鰻魚,是值的,
而侍應是有日本人啊(我相信是,因為他講中文唔正,帶日本味道=_=)
但講真,
未算有一種令我會留戀的感覺 ....
下次.. 進攻紅磡第3間先得 !!!!

掃街日之二
叫了馳名的鰻魚飯($48) 和叉燒拉麵($38) 。
湯放有不少芽菜,也難以化解鹹得很的感覺。
鰻魚夠份量,又肥美,飯也好吃,只是鰻魚的味道不覺特別,可能期望過高。
叉燒拉麵很一般,只是叉燒多得很,也很鹹。
這裏有很多人捧場,座無虛設兼不斷有人等位。
下次想試這裏的咖喱飯。

蕎麥麵,OK!
一般漢堡扒
不過有個不幸既消息係我睇演唱會先黎病,我仲驚生病會影響味覺添。不過好彩都無咩影響,依然感受到美味的食物! 我們兩個人大概 6:30 來到,一路沿途見到不少食店都要等位,我仲好擔心添,不過去到竟然又即刻有位喎。安排左我地坐角落,D服務都無咩大問題呀,D姐姐都有求別應,叫佢加茶仲好樂意呀!
我地兩個人叫左唔太多野食,叫左一個鰻魚飯,一個冷蕎麥麵都同埋叫左個小食,就係日式漢堡扒。
首先黎到既係跟鰻魚飯既麵豉湯,嘩,不過個湯係鹹得非常非常緊要,咩味都飲唔到,淨係飲到鹹味,咁樣唔得WOR! 想搞到我地個腎有事咩? 佢入面有d芽菜,反而我覺得幾好食,哈哈,因為好爽口,而且入左少少湯既味,不過得芽菜好食有咩用?
之後就係個冷蕎麥麵啦,由於喉嚨唔舒服,食D凍既野真係好爽! 個麵份量唔算好大,不過佢個味道好清,食落去有種好香好清既蕎麥味,而且好彈牙,幾好食! 之後就係期待既鰻魚飯啦,真係唔錯,條鰻魚超肥美,一D都唔腥,有鮮味,而且好大份呀,個碗都放唔哂。XD 不過感覺有淋身左少少,D鰻魚燒汁作了點綴之效,假如無左佢,成件事就差得遠了。
最後就係漢堡扒,呢個就一般啦,唔係特別好食,可能因為覺得有D好膩既感覺,因為食到一D肥肉的感覺,真係一舊起兩舊止,可能因為無野送,就咁放入口,所以感覺漏左少少。
埋單 $140,都唔算貴既,但你話好好食又唔係,所以都係OK啦。

價錢唔算相宜係一個主因,仲有就係實在太多人排
今日有朋自遠方來紅磡,自當介紹好味野食,排隊就排隊啦
約七點去到,只有 bf 一個人去諗住排隊先
竟然唔洗排,仲要佢先坐,實在十分難得
然後一路食一邊傾計都無催促
仲多左兩個新的女 waitress 幫手加手,實在飯都食得開心 d ~
食物味道水準依舊高
咖哩辣的程度高左
鰻魚細條左,飯少左
北海道忌廉烏冬份量都少了,不過味道依舊 gd !
開埋隔離舖做絶對係明智之舉,希望下次再有機會黎﹗

大件鰻魚之謎...
關東全煮
太公慕三河屋之名已久,可惜意欲前往兩次, 兩次都竟然找不到兼迷路, 無功而還。幸好今次有食友帶路,終於有得食了!hurray!!!!
食友推介熒光墨魚仔,吃下去咸咸兼帶微腥,是一種獨特的味道,有些人會受不了,可受得了的人卻會深深愛上,太公屬於後者...吁!今次中招!
京燒銀雪魚也很不錯,最重要的是魚夠肥,夾下去一片片的魚肉之間還漏出魚油,吃下去很嫩也很鮮甜;難得吃到如此美味的銀鱈魚,令人再三回味。
當然也要一試其著名的鰻魚飯。嘩,一客鰻魚飯,但其鰻魚竟大得幾欲破碗而出!太誇張了吧!曾光顧的食友,都奇怪今次的鰻魚特別大件;不理了,都交由外型帶幾分書生秀氣的食友操刀,為大家分魚....
食友分魚時,眾人竟驚覺全場最貌美的女侍應含笑在其身旁觀看其整個分魚過程!呼!眾人頓覺茅塞頓開,原來今次的鰻魚大大件,事出有因.....嘿嘿嘿嘿...
不過既然有大件鰻魚食,又何需管甚麼原因呢?甫吃下口,嗯,這蒲燒鰻魚的表層雖不是香脆型,但皮下脂肪很豐足,入口很肥腴且鮮美;加一點鰻魚燒汁,再與飯同吃,完全不覺得膩,果然名不虛傳。
燒原隻墨魚的邊皮位燒得夠脆口,但魷魚本身沒有過乾,仍是鮮甜非常,好味!
椰菜雞卷,以椰菜包著雞蓉,上桌時浸著湯;椰菜是非常非常淋了,雞蓉也夠香,清清地的鮮味,很有住家feel之餘味道也很好。
大阪燒煎得厚薄剛好且公整,加上木魚片等,小試一片,很香口而沒有過淋,師傅功夫實在不俗;可惜只有一小個七個人分,下次定要再encore。
關東全煮每款一件,清清甜甜當宵食不俗,不過處於一堆鮮味強勁的魚/魷魚之中,感覺太清了點。
以後吃鰻魚飯定當與該位帶幾分書生秀氣的食友(或者佢張相)同行,以便獲得大件d鰻魚....

果然, 名不虛傳, 鰻魚真係夠曬肥美, 濃濃的魚香, 食完個口都重係到回味頭先果d鰻魚, 但係有d油, 但係我接受到喎!!!
另外, 我阿媽點左個叉燒拉麵, d叉燒睇落好厚; 以為好抵食----但係煮得老左d, 而且'痴'牙

馬上叫了:鰻魚飯, 蝦天婦羅, 及 日式咖哩薯餅飯.
另外加多個日式餃子.
餃子先上, 竟係炸的
好失望!
好采, 鰻魚飯呢個主打, 夠好食, 鰻魚夠味又大片, d 珍珠米也好好食, 夠香.
蝦天婦羅也不錯, 夠脆又唔油, 勁熱, 係剛炸起的, 一流.
日式咖哩薯餅飯d 咖哩係少辣的, 我本人雖然之前食了好多好多薯仔, 但呢碟都擦晒
可想而係幾好食!
其實d 咖哩, 小辣, 送飯真係冇得頂.
豬豬女友叫了個甜品, 好似水晶糕咁;
唔記得咩名; 但係好食的, 唔太甜.
怕肥的我都要食呢~
服務一般啦.

第一次食到腥o既鰻魚 >__<
我地叫左鰻魚拉麵、日式漢堡扒飯同埋散叫關東煮。
首先上場係麵豉湯...一般啦
跟住係關東煮,我地叫左兩件蘿白(淡、無乜味)、獅子狗(淋得制,無味)、鯊魚蛋
之後到鰻魚拉麵,li個真係大失所望
最後係日式漢堡扒飯....好一般...洋葱好似落多左d,個味一般,男朋友仔話幾好...
加又熱...又唔夠冷氣...所以都唔會再去

野食唔錯,但錯在服務太差
上次黎,已經覺得呢道有d名大於實,d野係唔差,但又唔似得咁多人都講到咁好食。
仲要服務唔係好,今晚,女朋友好想食烏冬,上openrice睇話個忌廉烏冬好食,所以比多一次機會佢同自己,黎食多一次,點知,食到自己一肚火...
夜晚九點幾黎到,門口見到舖入面好多人,有個姐姐出黎問我地幾位,我話兩位,佢見舖入面無位,話幫我過隔離睇下,然後指一指隔離個舖位,叫我地入去,之後就無理我地。
隔離舖位,平時我見係賣精品既,但唔知點解又會變左餐廳,係門口,有兩個服務員企係度傾計,阻住我入舖頭,但佢地1好似唔知有客咁,唔諗住停,直到我出聲,佢地先讓開比我同女朋友入舖頭,任低之後,個侍應比個menu我地,我地叫左忌廉烏冬,鰻魚飯同天婦羅,佢聽完之後收左個menu就行左去,無理我地,我望左陣,我見個有個類似收銀櫃既地方,上面放住一些水(茶),我又見其他兩檯都有果杯水,但個侍應就好似無比到我,過左陣,另一個侍應行入黎,佢先比水我地。
跟住上野食,仲好笑,我地叫既野食,唔係等左好耐就已經黎,仲要係一齊黎,可能我地叫既野都係多人食果d,所以好快就黎,但果兩個侍應姐姐,只係放低d野,就行開,果時我地根本就無筷子食野,唔通要我地用手,我已經有d嬲,我同佢地講,小姐,無筷子喎,佢地先攞兩對筷子比我地。
至於食物,鰻魚飯,條鰻魚幾大,幾好食,個汁唔錯,天婦羅都唔差,至於個忌廉烏冬就唔多特別。
服務唔好,野食幾好都無用,我地食完之後,其他客已經走晒(我指我坐果邊果個舖位),除左我同我女朋友,已經無人,連d侍應都唔係度,我地自己走過隔離比錢埋單,埋單果陣,個老闆企係個收銀位埋緊數,有個女仔話我聽幾錢,我比左$500佢,佢比個老闆,個老闆竟然掛住埋數,唔理佢,佢再叫個老闆,話埋比個老闆聽找幾錢,佢先係個櫃入面攞錢比我,找錢果陣仲係黑口黑面。
你作為老闆,有人埋單比錢,就算你做緊咩,唔笑都應該講聲多謝,下次黎過之類既說話啦,唔笑,唔講多謝仲要黑住口面,唔想找錢住,覺得我阻住你埋數咁,喂,你諗清楚啦,我黎幫襯,我先係你老闆呀。
講真,我食過兩次,d野算係幾好食,但劉華都話,今時伉日咁既服務態度係唔夠架,更何況你既服務係唔得。如果大家覺得野食好但唔需要服務的話,可以黎食,但如果你對服務呢樣野有少少要求的話,請唔好黎,如果唔係會食到你一肚氣。
