本人工作的地方有員工餐廳，所以在中午的時候也不需要擔心午飯的安排。

不過在這天我到了中環上一整天的培訓，為解決午飯的需要的確有點兒傷腦筋。穿起整套的西裝，在人多車多的街上找午飯的地方，而中環人也多在餐廳門口等位，叫我十分難受。

在朋友的帶路下， 我們到了差不多位於上環的築地日本料理進饍。

我點了一客午餐 ﹣ 火炙三文魚魚生飯，還配上了味噌湯和小食。

味噌湯淡而無味；而小食是叫回來的中華沙律，沒有甚麼特別。至於火炙三文魚魚生飯只有五片火炙三文魚加一些蟹籽，十分單調，我要加很多醬油才可以把定吃完。如果把它弄成五件火炙三文魚壽司我可能會吃得開心一點呢。至於那火炙三文魚也燒得過熟了，或許我對於午餐的要求真的要調低很多。另一方面，我們被安排坐在二樓的位置，冷氣嚴重不足。還期望食日本菜可以吃得舒服一點，結果還是吃得滿頭大汗。

午餐，還是選別的好了。

Tsukiji is located at the opposite end of Gage Street from the escalator. Lunch "sets" (basically a main + soup) are very reasonably priced for Japanese food, coming in under $70.

The food is decent, although seating is very tight, with the tables just wide enough for 2 bento boxes. If you're with average-sized dining mates, you're likely to be knee to knee and shoulder to shoulder, so go with people you don't mind getting sitting closely with .

The food came super-fast, just a few min after ordering, which makes you wonder a bit about how they made it. However, what was supposed to be warm was warm and cold, cold, so no real issues there.

Bento box with beef - 3 thick slices of salmon sashimi, stir fried vegetables, fruit and rice topper with stir fried beef. Tasty, but not a big portion.

Tsukiji Rice Bowl - Decent variety of sashimi, egg and imitation crab over vinegar rice, with a small dish of marinated seafood. Again, not bad, but there could have been a bit more sashimi (the 4 largest pieces were imitation crab and egg).

Not a bad choice if you're in the area, but not worth a dedicated trip.

埋單都係2百幾...真係唔錯!!!!!!!!

The other sushi pieces (Tuna, etc.) and the Sashimi slices are unfortunately very small

Summary:
Service
The service here is great, fast and never got any of our orders wrong, quick filling of empty tea etc. There is one particular service personal that is outstandingly kind, almost "over" kind. But hey, that's not a bad thing right? So yeah, service is great here.

The Place
Between Central and Sheung Wan, around the Wet Market (unfortunately) next to the central waste disposal center (although you wont recognize once inside the place). You can easily walk here from Central OR Sheung Wan station.
The place itself is 2 storeys, downstairs the sushi bar and a tiny seating area, upstairs are the bigger tables and where the guests usually are placed.The Food
The food is good Sushi with a big selection of dishes, raw fish, fried dishes and soups, anything you want. I particularly enjoy the "Sushi" here so I would recommend those.
As mentioned above the size of the dishes is sometimes a bit too small for my liking, especially the sashimi, so maybe skip that.
The Rolls are good, although too small as well.

My absolute favourite dish here is the Beef Banana. Either you love it or you hate it, but you have to try it any ways!
Its small chunks of Banana wrapped in thin sliced, grilled beef, topped with a sweet sauce and a tiny bit of Majo. The texture is great, and the mixture of salty beef and almost caramelized Banana very unique.

同事生日，來到這間很久沒幫襯的日本食肆，要了一個三色魚生飯。外型不錯，味道也可以，算是新鮮。略有不足的就是魚片較薄，缺乏滿足之感。

下午同老公過海行下~ 本來想試下蕃茄面..點知人龍長到見唔到隊尾...最終放棄~

行下行下, 見到呢間日本野食, 又冇人等位, 所以就入去try try~

我食左個豬軟骨拉面, 拉面幾彈牙. 湯底好濃~正

老公食燒三文魚頭鍋, 大大個魚頭加一碗飯, 見到都流晒口水~

魚湯好正~ 魚頭成個上, 抵食~ 環境係差d....因為太迫...

不過總括黎講都唔錯~!

可以再去一試

入到去, 一眼望晒. 明明只可以坐2個人既位, 都要迫到坐4個人. 再加上冬天著咁多衫...真係.........

講番食物. 叫左個豬軟骨拉面同埋雜菜拉面. 拉面湯底尚算不錯, 好濃好香.

昨獨自一人去文武廟, 經過一間叫 "築地" 日本料理.
想起食"三文魚頭", 所以入去一試, 入面如沒有記錯.先至得 4張台.
3張台最多坐 4 位, 1張坐6位. 細到不得了.好彩當時有位.

我是吃中午飯, 我叫了一個"燒三交魚頭鍋". 服務員告知要需時.
當時我心想都是好事. 起碼是即叫即做.慢功出細貨.
等候時都有個湯可以先飲.大約等了15-20分鐘.
服務員把煲送上台.我覺得不錯及有香味送到我鼻子. 魚頭亦夠大. 沒有偷功減料.
魚頭食落很鮮甜.魚頭對下的肉身不會燒及保過火. 送上一碗白飯, 食後非常滿足.
價錢上算合理..不防一試.

但有心理準備會無位.因地方太細

在中環四圍行, 到咗成 2 點幾, 好鬼餓

係歌賦街走了一會

等食人龍排了2整行 (九記 & ...)

唯有走番轉頭入嚟呢間築地

Good thing we got here early as the restaurant filled up pretty quickly. Making a reservation is also a good idea.

Despite the small restaurant split between two levels, it was cozy rather than crampped, and you could tell that a lot of thought went into decorating the place, and gave it a Japanese feel with all the dinky little objects dotting along the staircase and on countertops.

The food was inexpensive and fabulous, all were very good quality and tasted very fresh. We also had a freebie by showing the coupon from Openrice, which was a deep-fried stuffed chicken wing that turned out quite appetising. The sushi were large and juicy, with the rice firmly packed by hand rather than machine. The grilled items were similarly well-executed. We oogled at our neighbours' steaming pots of goodness and noodles, but we couldn't order more as there were only two of us. But we'll definitely be back next time for more!
