Haven't been back to this restaurant and went back this day. They still serve the set lunch - many choices offered. I ordered the grilled fish with raw rice. It came with the carrot soup and oat and then the main dish. The fish was done well and the presentation was pretty - you could see those healthy vegitables. Good deal during the lunch time.

4月4日, 晚上呀菲提議食d健康d嘅野, 搵下邊度有沙律或者多菜食嘅地方, 就搵到黎利舞台樓上嘅食肆. 原來呢度都開咗好多間新餐廳, 見到有標誌住健康有機食品兼係“有營食肆”嘅菓一道, 有各式各樣晚餐, 貼心地竟然有寫低卡路里! 呀菲作為卡路里計算機當然唔會錯過食低卡餐嘅機會啦~ ::: 甜豉醬汁鴕鳥肉炒意大利麵 (跟餐) ::: $48 + $15 名就好, 叫做甜豉醬汁, 食落咪就即係蠔油味… 好在加咗d雞髀菇, 冬菇, 荀, 車厘茄冇咁單調~ 味道幾好, 用甜豉醬汁炒嘅意大利麵好香, 意大利麵都炒得軟硬剛好, 不過炒出黎比較濕~ 鴕鳥肉話係比牛肉健康, 食落味道同牛肉相似, 就比個心理自己係健康d啦. 整體味道良好, 但係份量就真係少, 跟埋個餐都只係大概7-8成飽… 跟餐有餐湯, 餐包, 飲品同埋甜品~ 粟米湯味道好好, 真係冇落味精, 好清甜粟米味~ 餐包就麻麻, 凍嘅, 有d硬… 而餐飲要咗熱柚子茶, 有茶味得黎柚子味豐富, 最怕呢種茶飲落會澀同鞋口, 呢杯又唔會~ 而甜品就要咗紅綠豆沙, d豆未煲到起沙所以好稀, 差勁… ::: 白酒莧菜野雜菌煨天使幼麵 ::: $45 雖然都係齋, 但用料都好豐富~ 賣相十分色彩繽紛! 味道亦十分好~ 白酒忌廉汁濃度剛好, 有微微酒香. 天使幼麵軟硬適中, 好索汁, 而且好滑! 要讚! 另外所有蔬菜都好鮮嫩~ 莧菜爽脆, d菇好厚肉好好咬, 彩椒同洋蔥都好甜~ 同埋可能怕d蔬菜寒涼, 仲加咗d薑落去煮, 食時仲有少少薑味~ 但唔會過濃, 整體味道都好好~ 意大利麵嘅味道真係唔錯, 可惜份量真係太少… 呢d咁嘅健康餐, 一餐半餐對我地都市人黎講冇乜所謂, 但係真係想達到健康嘅飲食, 要我地日日食就真係難d…

2010-06-01I used to pass by this restaurant and never went in - I would go to 住家菜 next door. However, ever since one day the wait at 住家菜 was too long and I was too hungry to wait, I tried this restaurant. Now it is one of my favorites! Food - healthy!: Food here is pretty good. Most importantly, it is very healthy 1) less oily, salty. After your meal you don't feel very thirsty. 2) Dishes on average have VERY good balance of meat, vegetables, and rice/noodles. I feel that at many 茶餐厅 or other restaurants, it is very hard to order for only one person. You end up eating a 炒饭 or something - all rice and very little vegetables. Here, most dishes are very balanced so even if you eat by yourself you can get the proper nutrition 3) Lower in calories - they even list the calories out for most of the dishes! On average their dishes are around 380-500 calories each. This is a lot better than eating 乾炒牛河 or 碟頭飯 (which can be like 900-1200 calories!!!) at other restaurants. The average person need only like 1500-2200 calories (depending on male/female, exercise, height, health etc) a day, so this place gives an option to people who want to be healthy / watch their weight. Food - variety / taste: 1) Lunch menu - they have a list of maybe 6-8 dishes every day. I think the menu changes every day. You can choose between chicken, fish/seafood, lamb, vegetarian with rice or some type of pasta/udon/fried rice. Included in the set is a drink or soup/bread. I think average cost around HK$50 2) Dinner menu - many more choices. 4 pages of choices compared to 1 page only for lunch. Similar price of around $50, but if you want to add soup or appetizer you would need to add money. Dinner sets (with drink/soup/appetizer/dessert) around $90-100 Service: Very average service. The waiters come take your order, give you food, take dishes away... then again i'm not asking them to do much. There is one really horrible waitress there who is always 黑面 and gives you attitude even if you ask her simple question like "what drinks do you have". The rest of the staff is fine. Overall: This is actually one of my favorite restaurants in HK. This is not because the taste is AMAZING, but it is because it is a very good, healthy option. Their portions are large enough for you to be full, the taste is very good, and you don't feel like you gained 10 pounds after a meal here. This is definitely a better choice than eating at 茶餐厅 if you want to eat healthy, esp if only ordering for one person. I wish there were more restaurants like this (and I don't want to just eat salad) in HK!

2010-03-17Came here in the afternoon after a gym workout. Figured I should keep with the healthy mode I was in. This place is one of those places you won't stumble upon since its located in Lee Theatre and there isn't a big sign or on the ground floor, so people that come here - come here with a purpose. I've noticed this place before when I've eaten at Sorabol (17th floor, best Korean btw). But after the gym, I just wanted something that wouldn't make me feel guilty.... Food: Was still in time for the lunch set (12pm-4pm or so), ranging from like $40 to like $55 or so. Entree comes with choice of drink or soup. Every food/drink item has a calorie count and they are very in-line with the healthy theme! Minced chicken, water chestnuts, mushrooms patty over this pink rice and veggies: Surprised about the huge portion. Didn't expect a patty either, but it was sooo goood - tasted like home-made Chinese pork patties - but a lighter healthier and might I add...tastier alternative! Water chestnuts was a nice touch to the texture. Also was drizzled in some sauce - but no matter, bc it paired well with the food. Also came with lots of fresh veggies that also tasted homecooked: cooked cucumbers, winter melon, broccoli, carrots, califlower! All very fresh and had a light sauce (wasn't the dry type) and went well with the chicken patty and the rice. The rice was a healthier option than white, but I forgot what it was exactly, it definitely wasn't brown, possibly red rice bc it was slightly pink with bits of red grains. Sole filet over brown rice and veggies: Another hit! The fish came as a big white fish filet portion and came without any skin. It was seasoned well and cooked to the right temperature. Came topped with mango sauce with small mango pieces - wished they put more of this sauce since it paired well with the fish and veggies. The veggies were the same as above. I preferred the brown rice - I like the chewier texture. Ordered apple tea and this was very refreshing and wasn't too sweet, only hint of sweetness. What I also appreciated was the fact this food was cooked with low salt! Service: Average. Food took a little longer than expected, but after we saw our entrees, we knew why - this isn't one of those on the street joints where they throw together a dish - everything was very presentable and cooked fresh. Sizing it up: I may be a bit excited about this restaurant (a good thing), but this may turn out to be my after-the-gym spot! I am not aware of any healthy-themed restaurants in CWB, not even a Subway's sandwiches.... The value of the lunch set was very good and the fact that they can make healthy food taste good just blew me away! And one thing I must emphasize was that I ate everything on my plate (except for half of the rice, trying to be low carb) and at the end I didn't feel "heavy" with food, which is a great feeling. Supposedly being like 60-70% full is a good full, I felt on the mark. In terms of seating, there isn't that much seating, but I think this one of those places that will do well with pick-up and delivery. Only had a taste of 2 lunch sets, but can't wait to try other things on the menu.

很久沒寫食評, 上次寫的也是尖沙咀果一道. 今次試過銅鑼灣店,急不及待要稱讚一下. 晚上7時許, 大概7成滿客. 進去後被安排近出口的二人桌.雖然位置太開揚感覺有點不自在,但經理的服務真的十分體貼. 我們甫坐下便端來一張摺椅給我們放袋.看見我們的袋比較大於是又拿來另一張. 整個晚上, 經理對我們的殷勤服務是經笑面的重要一環. 我點了香草lemon烤雞胸配紅米飯跟餐, 友人點了雞肉波菜面跟餐. 今天的餐湯是蕃茄薯仔湯, 這是一個西湯, 質感像cream soup但味道是家裡的番茄薯仔湯, 酸酸的很醒胃. 餐包是熱暖暖的合桃提子餐包. 當天很肚餓, 吃過美味的頭盤, 再來是主菜上場. 嚇了我一跳, 我的主菜很有立體感. 雖然不能說是美感, 但看得出很有誠意. 雞胸肉很結實, 當然不及雞脾般滑但也是啖啖肉很入味的. 配紅米飯感覺很健康. 友人的波菜面看上去就有點似菜餐廳賣相, 她也讚賞很美味但比較咸. 跟餐有餐飲和甜品. 我點了湅黑豆漿, 可能健康之故, 一點也不甜. 接近沒有味道. 甜品有三個選擇, 綠豆沙糖水,啫喱和雪糕. 我要了糖水, 很多很多的海帶. 足料. 友人的雪糕據說是豆付雪糕, 她說很不錯. 恒生信用咭埋單有9折. 每人才70元左右. 美滿的一頓飯, 我心中不禁大叫----抵.

kimchi (非會員) | 2009-08-25去過呢間店幾次食晚飯,覺得都算抵食有營養。但最近去食tea,叫咗本熱蜂蜜綠茶,想飲之際聞到杯茶有濃烈漂白水味,連平時嗅覺唔靈敏嘅男友都聞到,因為杯係白色,通常餐廳都會以漂水去清潔白色餐具,其實咁做我已覺得好有害身體,仲要佢冇過水乾淨,聞到陣味一定係殘留咗好多響杯度,所以我請waiter幫我整過一杯用透明杯裝,之後就冇咗陣味,真係希望佢地能改善下。佢地d食物都唔會攪到d餐具好多積吧? 係咪要改下唔好用漂白水去浸呢,話係有營食肆,做得徹底d好呢~

想吃個 full 少少的 tea, 原本去杏花樓的, 誰知全是小食…最後也來了這裡 偶爾也會來, 不過上次吃tea (炒糙米飯) 過硬, 今次不想再硬了 這個也不錯, 算是 tea menu 中最特別的, (類似)叫黑醋河蝦冷麵 (名字太長!), 黑醋伴salad就吃得多, 伴冷麵也是第一次。黑醋很開胃, 不過我落太多黑醋, 有點過甜。另加$3飲黑豆漿, ok啦, 喜歡可以自己加糖。

Seemed that more and more people nowadays are more health conscious, thus this eatery has become more popular. Perhaps more people will like to go to the eatery opposite this one and don’t want to wait for that long, then turn to this one. We visited here on a weekday night, but unfortunately, it was almost full. We was stuck in a small table for two. Too bad. We quickly ordered two set meals, one is紅椒焗釀醬汁雞柳配紅糙米飯 and the other is煙三文魚焗闊條麵. The set meal came with a soup and a special drink. The soup was a creamy tomato soup. The little walnut bun that went with it was hot, fluffy and nice. A good start. 紅椒焗釀醬汁雞柳配紅糙米飯 came with a surprise. The chicken braised with a tasty sauce stuffed in a red bell pepper. The sauce was nice and tasty and matched perfectly well with the red bell pepper. The 煙三文魚焗闊條麵 was not as good as expected. The salmon was rather too salty and the fettuccini was rather too wet, making it having some water swollen underneath the dish. Too bad that this was my choice. We both ordered a hot plum drinks and this was a mistake too. It was too sweet! We managed to dilute it with a cup of water!!

2009-06-17第4次黎,但就第一次係依到食晚飯。 總括黎講...係普普通通,味精少,清得黎會覺得個味唔係太夠。tea time黎食會好食D 每人around $70-$80

2009-04-22一聽到健康,初初都有少少卻步,以為健康一定係小糖小油小鹽咩都少,但係其實佢只係用左橄欖油,同每份餐都有好多蔬菜。味道依然咁好味,我叫左個羊肉紅糙米飯,而我女朋友就叫左個吞拿魚巻配沙律,兩個set lunch都可以配指定飲品一杯,我地都要左芒果汁,酸酸甜甜都唔錯,到主菜黎喇,個吞拿魚巻裏面包左啲蔬果同青蘋果,味道不流,雜果沙律都係選用新鮮既蔬果唔係罐頭雜果,新鮮又好味;至於個羊肉紅米飯,啲黑椒汁配紅米飯,味道簡直一流,羊肉又好好味,無咩骨,不過份量就真係太少喇,我一舊女朋友一舊,食唔夠兩啖就無哂,雖然午餐選擇唔多,但係樣樣都好吸引,見到佢既晚餐有好多選擇,應該仲吸引,所以下次一定要黎試下啲晚餐。

2009-01-05看《twilight》前吃個『early dinner』,五時多,還有tea menu ! 非常餓,非吃飯不可,要了三交魚炒糙米飯set,味道可以吧但炒糙米飯很硬,又乾。加$3飲熱黑豆漿,自己加糖。 朋友的素鴨腸味道幾特別! p.s. highly recommend《twilight》!

劑劑同阿媽星期日食晏, 媽總是嚷著要飲茶的. 問題係, 叫了點心, 她又會話怕肥, 只食一粒; 得兩人飲茶的話, 就會叫我食3粒. 劑劑都係咁, 仲要叫埋d牛肉呀, 燒賣呀... 要食3粒呀, 我都係怕肥架... 今日, 所以, 唔理佢點講, 由我話事, 食果一道啦~ 12點上到去, 並不多人. 媽怕凍, 坐了在巷. 我要姬松茸菇汁有機豆腐素肉紅糙米飯; 媽叫了波菜茸白蘑菇汁龍脷柳紅糙米飯. 姬松茸菇唔知係乜, 又幾香菇味, 撈飯又幾好食. 豆腐其實都切了薄片. 和素腸一樣厚. 幾滑. 素腸味道可亂真! 只希望別下了太多色素便是了. 媽塊魚真的好味, 也幾大塊. 有兩塊呢... 汁好波菜, 好清. 服務很好. 但結果, 媽又話食唔晒, 俾了1/3 碟我. 結果都係一樣, 含淚獨自去健身.... "resistance is futile" 原來係真架

2008-12-12唔知食乜好~所以嚟咗呢度呀 一行10人,我吔每人食既嘢都不同 但D名我就唔記得嘞~ 我同同事SHARE咗二個攴嚟食~ 我叫咗比目魚紅糙米飯~ 件魚OK大件,但味道一般~~ 反而我同事叫既墨西哥卷就好味D~配埋鮮果沙律都OK~(男仔食一定唔夠飽啦) 每個LUNCH SET 附送 飲品 我同事揀咗薑汁橙檸...味道怪怪的, 我始終都係鍾意 餐包加餐湯...似一個完整的FULL SET 丫麻 ...^^ 不過我依然都係鍾意住家菜的食物~ 抵食D ^^
