簡直不知所謂,千祈唔好去!!!!!!!!!!!!!
食物真係差差差!!! 服務仲差差差差……………….!!!!!!!

1. 好貴
2. 味精多, 油又多, 味道差差差
3. 服務差差差,黑口黑面, waiter行得好快, 但食物同服務都好慢. 埋單仲慢, 仲要埋錯數
4. 環境好嘈,又暗
5. 衛生?? 有嗎?? 有.......! 送上自由自在周圍行蟑螂三大隻, 另外廁所兩隻!!!!! 真乾淨!!!!!!
如果必須為這個所謂餐館去評級的話, 我會說他們是餐館中的井底之蛙, 弱能兒童!!!! 他們能夠在香港這個美食天堂存在, 簡直係笑話,災難!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
順帶一提!! 下次請我都唔會去,食到成肚火!!!!! 遊客生意可能是他們的主要對象罷?? 唉~~ 香港再一次令遊客失望, 損失了!!!

食物差, 服務仲差。

1. 蟹: 是死的, 肉很霉.
2. 燒墨魚餅:是普通炸墨魚餅,切件上。我咬了一口, 個心仲凍的, 話俾Waiter 知, 佢收左入廚房再番炸一次。嘩, 究竟佢鑊油有幾多口水呀..~~~~
3. 炒蘿蔔糕:凈係糕, 無蘿蔔味.
4. 魚湯菜心: 魚湯還可, 但菜心出奇地少, 得10條手指尾般粗的菜心, 但收$50, 好貴
5. 牛肉沙爹: 味如嚼腊, 好硬又無牛味.

成餐咁差的飯, 收$400。

冇下次呀!!!!

前幾日同老公去尖沙咀行街,突然想食咖哩蟹,記得有呢間鋪,上次去食d蟹賣晒,今次去碰下運氣。坐落見到有黑胡椒蟹,就即管試下。
未上菜前先上前菜,係d豆腐粒,好似收$5。又唔係酒樓,好心唔好咁啦。
隻蟹好新鮮,個汁好好味,又夠濃,唔算太辣。最好就係個廚師已經張隻蟹d殼敲得幾碎,所以唔駛用鉗都可以。因為即叫即煮關係,亦唔會好似某大泰國菜館d咖哩蟹咁,因為大堆頭,大兜亂,叫一隻蟹會有兩個蓋,一隻鉗,五隻爪。
另外叫左個海南雞套餐,可惜係麻麻地,d醬唔夠味,d雞肉又有d血,個湯就唔知係乜湯底。
仲叫左個牛肉串燒,牛肉幾嫩,沙爹醬大大碟,好味。
加埋一碟菜,兩個人食剛剛好。
坐我們旁邊的是一班鬼佬遊客,有導遊帶,佢地食得好開心,走之前不斷同waiter話very good.
當晚班waiters都幾好服侍,換左幾次碟,飲完杯水又立即有人斟番滿。
整餐飯都食得好ok,不過臨走前去廁所洗手,發現一隻超大蟑螂行來行去,攔住由餐廳通往廁所條路,嚇死人!希望餐廳注意衛生啦。

I went there yesterday and I was so so so so so so so so so so so unhappy about their "bad service." - Unbelievable unfriendly.

Once I walked in with one of my friend and the "woman with bad attitude" asking us that "Are you guys come for the tea time? It is not the right time if you come for that, come later." (With unfriendly tone, seems we are two big guys come early for the special offer.) And we told her that it is ok for us, we don't mind to pay the normal price. And she did ask me how many of us, I said "3." And then we sat down and ordered. 15 minutes later while we are eating our food, the "woman with bad attitude" come with 4 customer and "inform me" (not even asking me) that she need to take my table and seat that supposed reserved for my friend (she is on the way and just few more minutes will arrive the restaurant,) of course I remind her that a friend of mine is almost arrive and she said "We cannot wait if you take a long time to wait for your friend (15 minutes is long time?? Sorry for that!!!) and of course we refused it and then she showed us the bloody black-face and took her customer to sit another place, the problem is at least 10 more tables, more than 20+ seats around are available at that time." I would like to ask you (Woman of bad attitude.) Why you come and talk to the customer like this?? Are you really the boss of the restaurant? No matter you are or you are not, you and selling "food & service," do you get that? We are not come for what you called "Tea time," we are not come for the cheap food (in fact, your food is not cheap,) We didn't took your table for 2 hours, we sat down just 15 minutes and we did our order first and we still eating there, can you see that?? All you can see is money money money, you just want the people come and order, eat and pay and then go! Am I right? Sorry if I got you wrong but that's the feeling that you offering us. I would like to ask you that are you offering us the free-lunch?? No, we pay for it!! If your restaurant cannot accept people come a bit late, you should tell the customer before they came in. And you should tell us, what is your "restaurant-rules," (But honesty, I spend for food and service, I am not come for your bad-attitude and your "rules,") (I pay for my food and your "BAD" service.) Remember what your attitude when I settled the bill with you? You squeezed the bill in front of me and you hit the table hard when I ask you to pass me the receipt. Why you are so angry with me?? What I did wrong? I even call my friend who is already outside of your "bad restaurant" to not come in, we finish our food and drinks so quickly and then "PAY" and go, because that “one-seat”seems very important to you. We are so disappointed about you. Do you think that we spoiled your mood?? What I can tell you is you spoiled our mood and waste our money, your service even cannot compare with the normal fast food restaurant. What I suggested to you is, don't have your lunch in your own restaurant but go outside to other restaurant, see what "basic service" that you should offer to customer.

Wahlao! how u can call this msian/sg food! this is not even close to the makanan we get at mamak stalls ler, some more so EX wat!
maybe this is more suited to HK ppls tastes, but then they should not call it authentic lo..if cant do properly, balik rumah dan belajar belajar lah!

I was looking forward to some Singaporean Food today and was pretty excited to see cut-outs at the entrance of the restaurant saying how good the restaurant is etc. But boy, was I in for a good 'surprise'.

I was there with my girlfriend and we ordered quite a lot of food, namely, Hokkien Noodles, Kang Kong, Otak and Bak Kut Teh (肉骨茶). None of the dishes meet my expectations!!!! As mentioned by one of the comments below, the Hokkien Noodles was a joke, it is not at all for its namesake, and to top it off, it tastes horrible. The otak was soaked in oil and was so soft that you cannot pick it up with chopsticks. Bak Kut Teh's soup is average, but the meat, oh my gosh, fatty meat, never ever ever order this. It is only second to the Hokkien Noodles unless you can tolerate horrible food. The Kang Kong (vegetable) was alright I guess, but the rest of the food had been so terrible that you cannot really enjoy another dish.

I had to resort to drinking light coke to suppress the horrible after-taste. I will never ever return to this restaurant.

Oh ya, the food is pretty expensive but not on Sundays because there are having a 30% discount, but you cannot take away food.

海南雞飯,標價65大洋,又看看賣點落到那裡。

海南雞or怡保雞.拼雞油飯,選了後者。靚姐說怡保雞與海南雞分別在於前者墊底多添芽菜,水位一樣,自然揀怡保。

芽菜浸在豉油與血水混成的汁水下,用途不明,照吃無誤。雞微暖,是剛煮起之物,不知是水溫問題又或是落刀太狠,落得皮肉分離;而亂刀下的肥雞,被斬得支離破碎,留下的碎片,大概已知是冰鮮之物。

雞肉,嫩滑有餘彈性欠奉,隨雞附送「獨特」的雞羶味,暖而肥膩的雞皮,吃起也打冷震。配套下的雞汁飯,欠油光/一夾即散,屬於輕油.軟熟型,微量香料味與幾乎吃不出的汁味,又是說不出的怪,吃了幾口,飽足半天,又是怪事一宗。

$65,連湯亦欠奉,不明貴在那裡,走前見魚缸養著三數隻蟹仔,炸來吃的話較怡保雞來得滋味。

某程度是被「下午茶半價」「騙」進去的- 心知香港吃不到「真正」、「正宗」或者「純」新加坡物事。

吃的是「馬來酸辣醬爆豬頸肉配椰漿飯」:其實想吃的只是不用加錢的後者(Nasi Lemak,白飯同價),但前者竟出乎意料的出色- 雖未至於不吃不可,或者一試難忘,但若「馬來酸辣醬爆豬頸肉」喚作「馬來酸甜醬爆豬軟骨」會比較貼切。

椰漿飯連豬頸肉上場時,基本上認不出是「老朋友」- 班蘭塔呢?若不是一吃便滿口椰香和斑蘭香的話,絕不認帳。

(按:不論是在星加坡,抑或是在馬來西亞,椰香飯是以椰漿煮珍珠米,再將炸花生、炸辣魚仔、烚蛋、青瓜等跟椰漿飯、娘惹醬用斑蘭葉裹成一個糉子,白手吃的早餐/小吃)

喝的是「薑汁星馬拉茶」(Teh Halia):其實拉得夠時間的,但質地不夠厚,薑味也欠奉;儘管拉到起泡,但只有少量的泡,飲落也沒了滑進喉嚨的快感...只好嘆喟:「好過無啦。」

(其實,最想飲的是「薑汁拉牛奶」)

為個味道,或許會再來。

去之前看過食評.不敢太大期望..說真的咖喱我自己覺得太辣.喜辣者可能喜歡..海南雞不錯..馬拉盞炒通菜我最喜歡..和炒蘿葡糕都要一試.service不錯..加水都很快..換碗諜都很快..值得一讚

上星期三與舊同事聚舊,其中一人提議到此.當看完這兒的食評後,的確抱著壞打算,但其實也不是太差.

我們一行5人.餐廳環境企理,而且只有一半是有客人的,有利閒談.

菜式方面,味道一般,其實沒有哪一道菜印象難忘.唯一有點印象的是其中一道晚餐的香茅豬扒椰汁飯.米飯軟硬適中,而且帶有很香的椰汁味!比其他的餸菜更出色.要彈的是我們點了麫包伴咖哩,那些麫包像放了很久,很不鬆軟,nan也不及印度餐廳的好吃(不知是否星馬菜裡的nan是這樣的!)

每人百餘元,吃得很飽.Compass visa有9折.這餐廳較適和朋友聊天聚舊.

尋日諗住同個Friend試下新野,點知D食物真係差差差!
環境已經嘈到死,坐又坐到唔舒服,我個Friend叫左個咖喱豬頸肉;D咖喱汁辣到個嘴又紅又腫,我果個XO醬雜菌雞炒河都唔好得幾多,味精多,D油直情可以用黎照鏡;
餐飲叫左朱古力,果杯細到只得裝到2-3啖。

好耐冇食過馬來西亞野, 是晚經過, 便順道試吓.

點了兩個晚餐, 一個有叻沙, 另一個係海南雞飯. 叻沙淡了一點, 咪當健康d囉! 海南雞幾滑, 附上的豉油都幾香甜, ok啦! 但唔係好重雞味個種.

總括, 試吓都可以, 以食物質數來說, 每人$80, 也不算便宜.

二個人叫左:
1. 海南雞飯餐(有一小食- 選了炸蜆仔春卷, 香口唔太油, 幾多蜆仔wor), 海南雞皮簿脆肉也算嫩, 有三種醬, 黑色醬油杰身甜甜地, 雞醬本人一向不好此味所以無試, 薑容幾香唔辣, 雞油飯不太油但不太香, 甜品有一碗熱糖水, 幾好味, 餐茶加$6要左拉茶, 夠滑也有奶香, 好飲~~
2. 咖喱牛根腩煲- 咖喱顏色偏啡, 味夠濃, 牛根腩同薯仔都淋和入味, 另叫左印度烤餅伴食, 點上咖喱汁食更正.

環境ok, 不多人, 有人間中彈guitar唱歌仔

A freezing sunday afternoon, after a couple of hours of exercising, me & my friend looked for food to stuff our exhauseted stomach. We were attracted by the colorful menu in front of Mrs. Chan'srestaurant's entrance, without a minute of hesitation, we stepped into the entrance and it was definitely the worst decision we have made for the weekend.
We ordered Hoikeen fried noodle and meat-bone-tea. The hoikeen fried noodle cames as a set and I have chosen the O-tek(milk tea). The milk tea arrived early but it was lukewarm although it was quite delicious. I guess no guests would expect a lukewarm milktea in winter, with strong air-condition in the restaurant. I could not recognize the hoikeen fried noodle when it was served. I used to live in Singapore and I have never seen this form of hoikeen mee! They used a lot of soy sauce to stir frie the Shanghai noodle!!! I am sure if one of you who have visited Singapore before would easily point out that this is not Hoikeen Mee! I asked one of the waitresses(I guess she is the owner, Mrs. Chan) : I used to have Hoikeen Mee with the other noodle, are you sure that this is Hoikeen mee? Well, the answer was very surprising, she told me that this is their hoikeen mee!!! I cannot distinguish the difference between Shanghai fried noodle & this hoikeen mee, they are of the same color!
Alright, the meat-bone-tea is not too bad, although the taste of Chinese herbs is not as strong as I have tasted in Singapore. In fact I am very disappointed because before it relocated, the service and the food was much better. I could not resist myself to recommend my friends to try it. but now, I am not sure if I could come again even though the decor and seats are better..... the hoikeen mee is pulling my leg.....

上星期同個朋友去試下這間新開的餐廳,因為佢話幾好味喎!

我們叫了4個菜:
雞肉串燒、馬介休炒芥蘭、煎蠔仔餅、咖哩牛根肉

(1) 雞肉串燒- 一般水平,沒有什麼特別。
(2) 馬介休炒芥蘭- 這個都幾好味,(可能同其他菜相比) d芥蘭軟硬適中,唔太鹹。
(3) 煎蠔仔餅- 做法同平時食開o個d有些唔同,佢加左d"粉"入去,有d似食糯米磁"的感覺。佢地話係新台幣同台灣係咁做法喎,不過個人意見,好似平時食開o個d好味d!!
(4) 咖哩牛根肉- 都幾ok,d牛肉連根蚊得o岩o岩好,點薄餅食不錯。

越夜越多人,但有一小插曲: 枱上出現一隻刚出世的"蟑螂",令我懷疑在不久的將來,這間食店的衛生情況會如何!
