You squeez orange juice out of an orange, and you squeez sugar cane juice out of sugar canes. You may drink pure orange juice without diluting it, but you may have to dilute the raw sugar cane juice, or you will be in a diabetic coma afterward
I have been drinking their sugar cane juice ever since I was in grade school. May be that's the real reason why I am still so sweet .

It was really nice to stumble across this place, my friend and I had been wakling a while and it was extremely hot so an ice cold drink was perfect - We only ordered the Sugar cane juice - it was sweet - almost a bit TOO sweet

But I may be back to try some of the other items they have on offer

之前試過幾次都覺得唔錯,於是今日便走去買兩杯飲

公利冇乜裝修,但好清潔.

一如以往要一杯蔗水及一杯蔗汁,
店員說蔗水是熱的,但我覺得只是暖的.
而蔗汁的凍的.

公利的蔗汁keep得住水準.
蔗汁有香香甜甜的蔗味,又唔會有糖的"痴笠笠"的口感,值得一讚.

暖的蔗水淡淡的,有好香的蔗味

總括來說,我會再幫襯,但如果有凍的杯裝蔗水供會更好.

去完鏞記吃午飯, 沿威靈頓街繼續往上行, 步行到荷李活道, 記得早
前一本飲食雜誌介紹了一間古舊涼茶鋪, 既然來到附近, 順便找找
吧。幸好, 走了沒多久, 我們已找到目標。

甫入到店內, 一貫老派涼茶鋪的門面, 簡單的裝修, 最重要是賣的庶
汁出名, 街知巷聞, 隨便找個位子坐下, 點了一杯竹庶汁及酸梅湯,
大熱天時, 能夠渴一杯冰凍的竹庶水及酸梅湯, 立刻將熱氣全消, 相
比坊間大賣的的台式飲品還要好得多, 而且更是自家製作, 造出心機
來, 特別好渴。

這次朝聖之旅到此結束, 步行返回上環附近, 沿途都見到有不少食肆,
下次有時間, 要好好再來一次啊!!

老公放假, 下午隨意地四處逛逛兼影下相.

可是天氣酷熱得要命, 剛巧見到這間聞名的竹蔗汁, 當然不容錯過.

竹蔗汁很清香味道, 但略為甜了一點, 及唔凍. 但喝得出是真材實料, 甚為解渴.

聽說蔗汁糕也很好味, 希望老公下次買來一試.

七一的藍天實在太吸引，自助午餐後，老公提議到兩口子舊日宿營的南島重遊，我當然和應!
　
Blue Bar一頓吃得太飽，但在南島除了吃，並找不著別的玩兒，結果老公又提議由榕樹灣走至索罟灣!! 為了減肥消滯，我再次和應；結果得到非常美麗又難得的南島藍天憶記，但在酷熱天氣下行山，也熱到幾乎暈倒啊! 當完成行程回到中環時，第一時間就衝來公利飲庶汁了! 帶點古風，擺滿竹庶的老店，近六點也有不少食客幫襯，還好剛有一張空檯供兩口子坐下。店內冷氣不放開，消暑只能靠各式涼茶、庶汁了，就同老公要了：
　
庶汁糕($11)-終於得嚐大名鼎鼎庶汁糕，驚奇是原來糕身偏稔，且有一定黏度，而非想像中爽口如馬啼糕的口感，反而有點似清甜版的砵仔糕。是款新奇的嘗試，但講味道個人不會特別欣賞，覺得帶清香的桂花糕會更合我意!
　
庶汁($7)-精心煲製的庶水賣光了（好失望...），只能飲生榨的庶汁；其實個人麻麻得個甜字的庶汁，老公卻對此味十分欣賞，主要交他清貨了。不過要講兩口子並未飲出公利的庶汁，與其他店的出品，有何分別..
　
酸梅湯($7)-沒有庶水就改選酸梅湯，而這味也是最得我心的飲料：雖然湯不見渣，但色澤深黑的涼茶充滿純正梅子酸味，酸甜酸甜的又夠冰凍，是非常的解渴又消暑，是大熱天時的高度推介!
　
不過此店地點有點偏遠，不然下次來中環定會度重溫美味酸梅湯，以及今次飲恨的庶水!

近日天氣酷熱, 食飯時間行經"公利"舖頭, 聴說這裡的竹蔗水出名好飲, 打算順道買支返公司飲, 可惜老闆話未有竹蔗水. 竹庶汁就有, 既然一場來到竹庶汁都要啦, 打開樽蓋已經聞到竹庶清香味道, 喝一啖更覺清甜, 濃濃竹蔗味,甜而不膩,同平時街邊飲的完全唔同,這裡好飲百倍.
老闆又解釋竹蔗水比竹庶汁淡味少少, 下次都要來一試竹蔗水的滋味.

上到黎「半山」,身水身汗,老公看見這間歷史味濃厚的「公利」,給我美言了「openrice好多笑哈哈架!」就入左去坐坐。
店員說,蔗汁是凍的,蔗水是熱的。揀了蔗水。其實一D都唔熱。蔗味也一樣,一D都唔蔗,是片糖水,仲要係淡淡的!買盒紙包竹蔗茅根無咁嬲! $7真是喊三聲!
蔗汁糕也是出名作,賣$11!!!?no lar!一陣同蔗水一樣,無料到,更一肚氣!

天氣炎熱，剛巧經過公利，於是入內飲番一杯純天然的蔗汁，再加埋蔗汁糕。

呢度的裝修仍然保留着50~60年代的懷舊感覺。

蔗汁是天然鮮榨的，沒有任何香料或人工色素，夠晒健康。

而蔗汁糕也很好味，味道不太甜，也很健康。

喝了蔗汁後，整個人的悶熱感覺全消。

見到openrice有好評好多,伐到小妹一定要來一試蔗汁,
嘗嘗是龍還是鳳,一口不得了,這一次終於讓我認識了蔗汁,

易放跟院院長兩位一同到來餐廳, 繼而拿出一盒東東來孝敬我(乖~~)是兩位放工後爬上斜路去買的,打開一看.....噢~~是公利蔗汁糕!!! 她們意思就是我不用專程爬斜路去公利了, 感動ing........還說想多買一個給我家大人(乖乖~~)可是這份已是是日最後一碗,那我就借花敬佛好了。

蔗汁糕淡綠中透出晶瑩,不是死死實的綠色,漂亮!明顯嗅到一陣清香蔗汁香,淡淡的不霸道,以小膠叉一叉進去已感受其彈力頗強的糕身,軟軟QQ的質感很討好,甜度不是太高,感覺不會過於甜膩,蔗汁味道比一般的濃香, 雪凍後冰冰涼涼應是另一番風味,不過我很相信我沒這能耐等它雪凍。

謝謝2位的美意,這碗蔗汁糕實在甜到入心,好吃極了! ^3^

First of all, I have to confess that I only paid $8 for a cup of sugar cane juice here. It is the best out of all products, and I myself occupied a seat in this shop for more than 30 minutes here, dwelling into the atmosphere of 50s-60s Hong Kong here. Under the conservation policy in Hong Kong, the government is trying to strike a balance between building high-rises and preserving the traditional shops and cultures, although some of the old shops were demolished, this is one of those surviving.

The sugar cane juice here is freshly and originally blended by sugar cane, it said. Unlike those made by artificial colours and sugars, you won't feel thirsty once you finish the whole sweet cane juice. Personally I trust that this proves the freshness of the juice made from sugar cane, no additives added.

I asked the shopkeeper, after paying him $8, if I could sit inside, cos I have been walking all the way out from Central to this shop via the mid-levels elevator. He kindly said yes and I took a seat near the entrance. Tasting the sugar cane juice, purely and freshly produced, it is quite relaxing, and not necessarily enjoyed from pricy restaurants in soho area.

Hope this shop would stay here forever, for freshly made sugar cane juice lovers, as well as people who like to enjoy and relax a bit in the settings of old Hong Kong!

所以就沿著堅道行去周圍食。
食完yogurtime，行落去買玉葉糖水同蔗汁蔗汁糕。
枝裝蔗汁有三杯。
蔗汁真係好好好飲！超清甜解渴同解暑。
蔗汁糕就無咁甜，淡淡的清甜，口感彈彈又帶點黏。
夏日消暑佳品。
