All of the congee were very watery. The worst was the 艇仔粥. You could literally see each grain of rice in the congee. The 碎牛 in the 碎牛粥 had a green tinge to it and when we questioned the waitress about this, her reply was that this was the result of mixing the fried rice noodles, flour and minced beef together and that her and the other colleagues in the store ate this quite frequently with no side effects. She even went as far as to say that regular customers also noticed this and knew that it was 'normal'. A second waitress came up to our table after noting that we were in quite surprised with the explanation of waitress 1 and when we questioned her about the green tinge to the minced beef she said that she couldn't see any green tinge at all and perhaps if we did see any green colour it could be caused by the lighting in the store. Quite interesting answers from both of those ladies - but in my experience eating 碎牛粥 I have NEVER ever come across green tinged minced beef. I do know however that when meat is going off (like when you see those supermarket sells the minced beef at a really low price) it sometimes has a green tinge to it. So I can only assume that the minced beef they use in this store is not fresh.
The only good thing was the curry chicken with rice noodles hotpot. But I would not come to this place again.

其實我知附近都有一間粥店係有豬潤腸粉食, 不過睇完佢篇野真係要即刻第二朝就去食
所以早上放工就即去.
幸好星期日係冇早餐既, 早餐都唔係好抵食. 同散叫差唔多錢, 反而下午茶餐就真係平多d
都係淨叫個豬潤腸粉.$14
都要等成5-10min, 隔離台人遲過我黎但d 野都黎晒, 我既豬潤腸粉都仲未到
可能真係即叫即拉掛, 我都希望係.
d 豬潤一條條幼條o係入面. 都幾驚佢地一夾就sir 晒出黎. 好彩黏度夠, 所以都係跌左1,2條.
豬潤真係好爽同起沙. 真係索索聲咁爽, 好大朕豬味, 正!
另外仲食到有少少薑既味, 但就見唔到薑既踪影. 可能係用黎僻下味.
腸粉拉得幾爽滑, 係有少少黐, 但唔大問題.
豉油真係甜左d, 有點假既感覺. 但係我鍾意!

其實入黎o個時見到d 煎堆咁鬼死大個都想叫架啦.
但係見到入面有台人叫左煎堆係剪開. 我都係比較鍾意成個拎住黎食.

N年都唔黎呢間一次,而家先知D下午茶咁抵食!!
本身我係想食芝麻糊..但又想食炸腸..
點知原來有個餐兩樣都有晒先$13 !!!梗係即叫啦!
炸腸,熱唔算太熱,普通炸腸~~勝在麻醬甜醬任落 !!

即磨芝麻糊,味道普通啦,芝麻味唔算好香...
朋友的皮蛋挺仔粥+炸腸都係$17 ..D料都唔少架 ~~好抵食呀 !!
而且個粥清清地,冇落味精~~正

沒有牛腩味的腸粉
佢個煲一羅出黎真係好熱辣辣,好易燙親咀。
個牛腩真係炆得幾淋,幾入味,佢個本意應該係希望 d 腩汁可以入到味落腸粉度,但係我覺得似腸粉撈腩汁多過有牛腩味既腸粉。
腸粉就真係無雜誌介紹的咁好味囉,但係個牛腩都值得推一推既,份量再多少少就 ok 啦

最後一個地方就係呢度~~ 食完福元,行過,見佢話粥底係用shark 和螺,好似好正咁,就入去諗住食個白粥睇下係唔係咁堅~
入去service 幾好, 未叫野食就拎餐具黎~~ 又等我呢個"慢世魔王" 慢慢諗食咩~
我諗住我食唔到D 咩~~ 所以叫白粥~ 但係俾佢sell 左我食下午茶餐~

可能之前咗呢d連鎖經營粥店無乜expectation, 所以覺得都唔錯~ 又可能自己鍾意食豬潤所以覺得個豬潤腸好味~ 總括黎講係好味! 佢仲有d煲仔腸粉下次可以再試!

知粥嘗樂 麻醬勁落
尼食lunch
叫左 白腸 + 豆漿 + 牛肉粥
白腸不夠滑.....d 醬亦都太過稀....所以d 白腸點得唔係太多d 醬
儘管d 麻醬 甜醬係任落....但係都算做失色少少
豆漿幾甜~而且夠凍....飲落夠晒醒神
牛肉粥....免治牛....
粥底係真正的白粥....而且因為用免治牛
所以都出唔到咩味.....可幸肉碎算多
可謂令人嚼過不停呢~~

未落甜醬既炸兩
- 滑牛生滾粥(加皮蛋):原來『生滾粥』唔係特別熱,係size大小小,我唔多食粥,但呢碗都ok,有少少咸味,牛肉唔會韌
- 蝦腸:好滑,但一條得兩隻蝦好似少得滯(一碟有三條),though蝦幾大隻&爽,都係呢d比腸粉煲好(上次食牛腩腸粉煲)
- 炸兩:好快變凍,所以本身一定唔夠熱,ok啦,油炸鬼再脆d仲好
想講係冷氣都ok大,粥都好快可以放入口
仲有就係要講先有水俾,主動少少好冇?

攻熱毒
要了2個學生餐
粥底頗綿,但感覺似將米磨碎再拎去煲。多炒米粉、爽口豬皮條,夾雜幾條魷魚蘇,還有幾粒香脆花生沉在粥底,難得食曬成碗粥都仲脆,勁!
蝦米腸竟然無咩蝦米,只有數顆蔥粒夾雜其中,同白腸無分別。
碎牛同炒米粉混埋一齊,所以睇落幾多料。不過無試,唔知味道如何。
炒麵是凍的,唯一可讚是炒得乾身。
另外,店舖衛生挺好,見其盛戴醬汁既膠瓶很乾淨,令人放心食用。
P.S.當日雖然只是廿幾度,不算熱,但當你食緊碗熱辣辣既粥品,再加上係間舖入面,唔夠冷氣/無冷氣都真係幾難頂。眼見附近有婆婆拎起張menu當扇撥、OL除低外套、打工仔亦紛紛拎張紙巾抹汁,可想而知果陣係幾熱幾焗啦。

八號風波的早餐
一般水準的熱咖啡
供應的食品不多,而我也不太餓,就只要了杯熱咖啡及豬潤腸粉。
腸粉即叫即拉,夠熱,吃起來軟熟又滑溜,但就腍身了一點,一夾就散,不過也不錯。豬潤是切碎了的,吃起來很爽口,也夠味。甜醬油味道太假了一點,其實只要腸粉拉得好,用上普通醬油,也美味的。
咖啡就很普通了,始終這裡是一間粥店,不能要求太多了。
埋單20蚊,經濟抵食,尤其在打風天,更是救星。臨走時見一個個圓碌碌的煎堆剛炸起,又買了兩個在車上吃,外脆內煙韌,好吃。

羅漢齋腸粉 - 賣相色彩繽紛, 有甘筍、粟米仔、冬菇、雲耳和粉葛等, 所以食落爽脆, 腸粉皮不算薄但起碼會夠飽, 落少少豉油就已夠味 (唔落就會太淡)。雖然此腸粉是素食, 不過由於腸粉皮和餡料都比較多油, 所以不是想像中的健康
蔥花蝦米腸粉 - 這個好像沒有餡的腸粉好吃, 可能是外賣只有豉油沒有辣油甜醬等的緣故吧。蔥花和蝦米都是得少少, 好在腸粉仍然夠滑。
其實此店的名物是煲仔腸粉, 不過只在午晚市供應所以未食過。
環境算企理, 始終是新式粥店嘛。

牛肉粥- 稀, 咸, 粥冇米香, 牛肉冇味
咸肉糉 - 外面D糯米淋哂, 但食到中間D米就實淨, 最差係豉油, 咸肉糉o既豉油就算唔係靈魂, 都係綠葉, 佢哋d豉油完全冇味, 冇錯, 係冇味, 連咸味都冇! 好唔掂!
我食粥都好少食淨, 尋晚食淨咗大半碗!
早知行遠d去海皇好過!
