Before I head to Disneyland yesterday, I had a fabulous breakfast at Yo Bago. What a great way to start the day . This is my second visit, came here not just for the food but also for nostalgic reasons (I missed my life in Canada). The restaurant has a Canadian theme and they serve Tim Hortons coffee!!! So Canadian!!! Last time I visited during dinner time and I had their steak bagel, which was delicious but I thought it was not so authentic. So this time, I decided to stick with the more origin
I got Set A with blueberry bagel and honey walnut cream cheese. The blueberry bagel was well-toasted and has a chewy texture, with reasonable amount of blueberries in it. The cream cheese was dominated by honey flavour, lacking walnut flavour. It was creamy but a bit too sweet in my opinion.
My husband got Set B with Spinach bagel, ham, cheese and egg. It came with a piece of cherry tomato in the middle. We both liked this one better than the blueberry one. Their double-double coffee was quite strong in flavour, served in a big cup. Can substitute to tea or pop.
We both left satisfying and didn't have lunch until 2:00pm.
