Ten years hasn't change much for this restaurant, not a typical scenario in HK. BBQ pork was fresh and chewy, the honey coating is just right, not too sugary just enough to bring out the flavor. Pork was lean not too fatty. Sunny side up egg is perfectly presented and cooked, it didn't mess the whole plate like some other Cha Chan Teng / HK Chinese eatery. Choi Sum was fresh and dark vivid green. Service was just alright, sometime not friendly because of quick turnaround table and many patrons.
