Booked a room for 15 ppl at 8.15pm. arrived at 8.13pm, got told that the booking was for the session starting 8.15pm. stood for another 20 minutes waiting for the room to be ready.nil customer service. no one to clear the table. missed orders. empty dishes just being 'ditched' on the working bench in the room. serious shortage of staff. extremely poor attitude. Food too oily, especially the bbq and the spicy chicken. You can literally see a thick layer of oil at the bottom. Worst cold noodle tas

Only the seafood pancake is accpetable.
will not return and will not recommend it to anyone.
