Came here by total accident as I was supposed to wait for my boyfriend at Crostini. I didn't look at the shop sign and just saw cakes and sat down. They had a nice display of cakes and cookies. I ordered their cake set for $48 which included a cake and a drink. When I asked what was the drink, they said ice tea or tea. I didn't want tea so I ordered a latte for an added $8. If I wanted a regular coffee, it was an added $6 which to me is strange as regular coffee is pretty standard and to have yo
The cake I ordered was an apple cider cake. Shaped like a glossy apple, it was quite pretty. Inside was an apple mousse with a very tart applesauce layer. Some may not like the sourness of it, but I liked it. Oddly the cake was placed on top if a chocolate biscuit which was a bit dry and crumbly.
On a whole, the cake was ok for this area of Hong Kong and would return if I needed a place to sit when APM is packed with people. But I'd pass on the coffee next time.
