We are always on the look out for good coffee in Hong Kong and this time our quest took us to Cafe Corridor. Cafe Corridor is part of the Coffee Assembly group, so we expected good coffee. What we got was fine, but not as good as at Coffee Assembly in Central. The tiny little place is quite cool and cozy, but if you want room to swing a cat, go elsewhere. It is a pretty good option for a coffee in the area, but not far away are two branches of 18 Grams (my favourite coffee place in Hong Kong)

The latte and flat white coffees that we ordered were standard. No bitterness (like with Starbucks' stange aftertaste) and not weak (like Pacific). We would go again in a pinch, but we definitely prefer other places.
