港。識食。欲罷不能的日本美食十一月的某個WEEKEND晚上,我和他到了銅鑼灣WALK-IN 吃了這間上樓的日本野!!!除了一般的壽司、串燒及差不多張張枱都有叫的石頭飯外,我們也叫了八爪魚醋物、吞拿魚Tataki !!八爪魚醋物這個前菜,八爪魚新鮮,海帶的酸味也恰到好處!另外,我本身不太愛吃吞拿魚,刺身或是熟的也不太喜歡,但它們的吞拿魚Tataki 真的十分好吃!除了吞拿魚魚肉十分新鮮外,把吞拿魚配上它微酸的SAUCE及生洋蔥一起進食,好味到不能形容!!美食再配上甜甜的神岡大吟釀,一邊品嚐美食,一邊享受大吟釀,又是一個WEEKEND的一大享受!!!!-------------------HIS REVIEW:Tuna Tataki - Very fresh. 我和他到了銅鑼灣
WALK-IN 吃了這間上樓的日本野!!!
除了一般的壽司、串燒
及差不多張張枱都有叫的石頭飯外,
我們也叫了八爪魚醋物、吞拿魚Tataki !!
八爪魚醋物這個前菜,
八爪魚新鮮,
海帶的酸味也恰到好處!
另外,
我本身不太愛吃吞拿魚,
刺身或是熟的也不太喜歡,
但它們的吞拿魚Tataki 真的十分好吃!
除了吞拿魚魚肉十分新鮮外,
把吞拿魚配上它微酸的SAUCE及生洋蔥一起進食,
好味到不能形容!!
美食再配上甜甜的神岡大吟釀,
一邊品嚐美食,
一邊享受大吟釀,
又是一個WEEKEND的一大享受!!!!

Tuna Tataki - Very fresh. The sauce was perfect with a bit of sour and a bit of kick of onions to supplement the fresh tuna.
八爪魚醋物 very fresh and the texture is very soft, chewy. The octopus was fresh and soft, wasn't rubbery and tough at all, supplement it was the seaweed made it a delightable combo.
Shinkai Fujimusu 大吟釀- sweet and refreshing, served cold. This was surprisingly better than expected.
