This is similar to the many of the HK style Japanese all you can eat places around. Time limit is 2.5 hours which is enough to order and eat slowly. Black crab roe sushi
Unusual, looked and tasted good
Golden baked oysters
Oyster in shell baked in a creamy miso sauce. Despite the tiny size of the oysters, the sauce (mildly sweet) brought out their flavour.
Clams in sake
Surprisingly light and fresh
The grilled items were mostly overlooked and the tempura had the wrong batter. We didn't try the hotpot as we were getting full, and it didn't look attractive as it is more like Hk style rather than Japanese style nabe. Service was prompt and they were efficient in clearing empty plates. We brought in a birthday cake and they were able to provide serving plates and cutting knife without charge.
