I was at House of Jasmine for dim sum with family and I thought most of the food were just okay. The only thing that intrigued me was this dessert which combines two classic Chinese dessert which was the egg cracker (蛋散) and dragon's beard candy(龍鬚糖)!Egg Cracker with Cinnamon Honey Flavor ($38) - the egg cracker was nice and crispy but the egg flavor could have been stronger. The dragon's beard candy was toasted so instead of being soft like its typical state, it was stiffer and harder. Nonetheless it still dissolved easily as soon as it enters your mouth. Very yummy and sweet to eat!
