This is by far the best noodle place in HK. I'm a fan of wanton mee and the 竹升面is really awesome. I have always ordered the plain vanilla dumpling soup noodles but my friend recommended to add the beef brisket gravvy into the soup and the result is really amazing. Highly recommend to make the trip to Shum Shui Po for this noodles.
