they dun allow walking-in. so u gotta book very early. we booked it one month in advance. crazy!quite a lot of people already at 6pm smth. my 1st feeling is that it was quite noisy....we ordered 1 set dinner + 1 appitizer + 1 pasta + 1 火焰雪山seafood platter (set )including 1 oyster, 1 oyster shooter, 2 clams and 2 blue mussels. the oysters were ok, the others were small, not quite fresh.crab meat cakes:there were only 2 small cakes + tomato and avocado salsa. the taste was ok, but reli too small!l

crab meat cakes:

lobster soup (set):
strong lobster flavour. good.
sea bass+ beef + scallop (set):
u can try a little of each. suitable for the small appetite or girls. tasted good.
象拔蛘 pasta:
there were few 象拔蛘 slices + linquini. the taste was just so=so and not hot enough.
dessert platter (set):
the plum tart was too sweet. i forgot the others.
火焰雪山:the waitress used 火槍 to 'burn' the surface of it. it was large and the 'show' was interesting. i thought it was hot outside and cold inside. to my disappointment, it's cool outside. the fire can't help much. the ice-cream inside was too sweet (though there were real vanilla seeds inside)
overall speaking, the portion of their food was small, quality was just so-so. the environment was noisy. and i dunno why they dun have a drink list.
