I guess the kind of quality you would expect at a sub 100$ buffet. There is a good variety of meat and while it is not marinated with super authentic Korean flavor its salty and oily enough. The quality of the meat itself is decent, especially considering you can take as much as you want. There are picked vegetables which are fresh enough but are mostly overwhelmed by vinegar. There aren't raw leaves or high quality condiments to eat the meat with like in most Korean restaurants. But really what
