We were prepared before waiting in line on Mother's day at the Lounge and Bar High tea. Arrived at 1:55pm there were around 80+ people in front of us. The staff started taking names around 2:05pm. We were at the second round sitting as there were 87 ppl ahead of us. Left our phone contact and went shopping at Elements.We return to the Lobby and do not see anyone leaving around 4:20pm, finally we got called at 4:45 pm when all were losing patience. When stepped into 102/fl we understood why people are not leaving as we were amazed of the deco and view. For the next 45 min I was taking photos rather then having any food.
The high tea items were above average and the tea was great, we had the floral tea called 朝露 and it was a surprise!!
The blueberry cheese was very creamy but not rich.

the pictures are worth more than a thousand words. Just discovered that 102 fl is higher than the peak and we were like dining on a plane with live music.We will definitely go back.for a drink watching sunset........
