As a 夜鬼 who loves loitering around Knutsford, 山林道 or thereabouts, long after the MTR had stopped servicing customers still stuck on the wrong side of the harbour, one must carry in their knowledge a couple of spare shops which still serves a grand supper. This shop actually carries no real name ~ it probably doesn't even hold a proper licence for serving food. When you question the owner over the true identity of the shop, they avoid your question like a plague and brush it off and so, it shall remain nameless. Its physical location lies inside a side alley 尖沙咀堪富利士道9號橫巷 off a popular street, right opposite that well known 韓國錦城飯店. I've passed by this shop numerous times before, and the Cinderellas in you who doesn't lurk around TST during the wee hours might never have get a chance to see it. Besides, it doesn't seem to operate every night - its rather random but for weekends. The mysterious name, unknown opening hours and odd location also explains why I could not find this shop on Openrice before and I had no idea how to add this shop here either. Thankfully an ingenius person gave it a 'name' at last, or at least a descriptive one, thereby finally adding it in April 2010! I mean, its only been there for the last 30 years.......

Rice Paper Rolls with Sauce (腸粉) -
This shop's moveable signage might advertise that it sells Dessert Soups too, but it doesn't. You shall select from only 3 savoury options. Rice Paper Rolls, a Congee, and a hybrid mix of Noodles or Rice Vermicelli. Their rice paper roll is quite enjoyable. Mixed in with some Hoisin Sauce, Sesame Sauce and a dribble of Soy, with a sprinkling of toasty sesame, it makes for a pretty rich supper.

Pork Bones and Peanuts Congee (豬骨粥) -
A famous Hong Kong style congee, sometimes with pickled veggies added in (but not here), this undisputed star of the night makes for a good supper or early breakfast since it won't stuff you full of starch like a full on rice or noodles dish. The pork bones carry tiny bits of meat attached, its only enough to make your canine happy, but that's not the point because in Cantonese cuisine, these otherwise wasted bones when cooked in soup or congee apparently imparts a grander depth in the underlying flavour. The porridge like consistency was pretty good, its enjoyable enough and there wasn't much detectable MSG, a good thing as you don't need much of it to make the mouth feel dehydrated and keeping you awake.

The food prices here are slightly on the high side relative to its peers, but understandably so. Quality isn't very shabby at all, its even better than the average expertised congee and noodles shop, and that's if they are even open at this time of the night.
