It's going to take longer." He was polite enough, but obviously not customer-oriented. Don't come and tell me about your logistical failure when I have been sitting there for an hour waiting for the hot dishes.
The food was actually not too bad. Except when it got late, and the chefs were obviously upset, the spaghetti and risotto were undercooked, the king prawn was burned. the dessert, to be fair, was nice. and I could tell they were struggling to maintain their classy presentations. but maintaining both à la carte quality and all-you-can-eat quantity are really too ambitious. Why do they have to introduce this unlimited serving dinner plan and scrap their à la carte menu? FAIL~~~~
Can't they leave with a bit more dignity?
