This is probably the best 潮州鹵水鵝店 in Hong Kong, not only in Tsuen Wan Region.Went to 永騰滷水鵝 rice for $ 30滷水豬肉 rice for $ 28Then we have ordered 例湯 for $8Can't describe the taste with words, here are the points:滷水鵝 is fresh ( you can taste it and see it) , large and juicy in pieces, 骨入味滷水 is not too salty with great smell.滷水豬肉 is fatty and also tasty. You can't beat that taste , while the price is reasonable! ( Imagine paying 25$ for Mcdonald...)
What a pity is that 環境 is tiny. Impossible for group of people but may be the best for couples. But nowadays most restaurants simply focus on decorations but not their souls sadly.
According to my parents, they have been to other famous 潮州店, like the one in Sheung Wan, but there's no match with this.
