Sour Dough (灣仔)

Been looking for good sough dough. Looking for bakery with real starter. But I doubt this place use the real starter.

Since it has been few weeks ago
Before this post . I can’t remember much .

No complain, will go back for quick and easy.

Bones & Blades (西貢)

Disappointed with them, Catching with old friend and they didn't have the chicken monthly special.  Such a bummer make a trip to Sai kung for the dish and they told me they don't have it.  Marketing and the  mangagment   should have better communication. 

 End up ordered something I don't really want since I only eat white meat only.  

This was my second  time visit bones n blade.  I would recommend  but I won't go there anymore unless someone is in town. 

CHIMAC (中環)

叫咗6件雞. 其中2件炸件無肉！！D雞番炸. 好難食. 餐跟可樂. 但diet coke 要加$5大元. 萬年油炸. 食第一件已經想鬧. 唱好香港. 要由美食開始. D員工無理精神. 唔想做就唔好做. 服務質素差！ 👎

Ordered 6 pieces of chicken combo. . Come with fries and coke. BUT Diet Coke charge extra $5 ! What the hack.

The oil is terrible. Not sure what they used. Meats are tough and chewy ! If u love chewy chicken . This is the place for you.

Staffs looks half dead. Non responsive. No smile. What do ever.

I would suggest u stay far far away from this place

泰和堂涼茶店 (旺角)

火麻仁. 得個甜字. 又如－匙匙白糖食落肚. 仲意食砂糖嘅人首選.

雖然火麻仁係中葯. 加上大量白糖. 有幾養生？

Hemp Fruit drink is kind of a Chinese med with the cold temperatures and full of white sugar . How healthy is that? Worst that ultra processed food. Shitty drink

你冇嘢啊，用發泡膠熱嘢. 黑芝麻本身有嘢彈俾你啲塑化劑污染晒，請問有幾健康啊？佢答我賣咗20年都係咁賣.

講返質素啦，黑芝麻糊淡而無味，至於滑唔滑樓啊？用機器整出嚟嘅嘢啊個個都係咁㗎喇.

中葯嘅舖頭sell 糖水. 諗住佢哋會健康啲啦，點知最差係佢哋.

仲要專登去個區.

I thought places like this selling Chinese herbal drink would carry healthy dessert . I M way too Naive .

Interesting  shop name in Cantonese , is about a Chinese character which I m not familiar about.  Chicken is good , rice is just right . Food is above average.  Chicken is
Juicy and tender. But not much option for drink which is a huge disappointment
