Experience
The cooking is impressive, but the waiter captain is a bully. That is unacceptable, because a restaurant is more than just the food. 烹饪是令人印象深刻，但服务员队长是个混混。这是不可接受的，因为餐厅是更多的不仅仅是食物。

The self-service area is already a kind of organized chaos—they ran out off chopsticks and teapots, so we had to wait. There is no signage, so I take extra plates for the table. One of the staff behind me starts to loudly berate my actions in Cantonese, and continues blaming me even as I put them back. Everyone around gets really quiet. This is immature, bullying behavior that should not be socially tolerated; it is harmful to everyone. Obviously, if the restaurant had set up good system in the first place, these simple problems are easily avoidable. They get many hikers and outside visitors, so it's not like snafus never happen.

Cuisine
1. Stuffed tofu skin rolls •• (these are wonderful)
2. Meatballs •
3. Two plates of fresh vegetables, including water spinach (ong choy) •
4. Steamed buns filled with sticky rice •
5. Chicken and spare ribs steamed over pots of rice (the chicken is very freshly cooked)
6. "Malay" sponge cake

The preparations are fresh and flavorful, but tend to be a little oversalted. Everything is cooked well, and you can appreciate the work that goes into maintaining that kind of consistency. There were many other dishes (desserts included dofuhua and red-bean filled steamed sago cakes), but I felt very let down by the negative atmosphere. Perhaps another time.
