朋友介紹奧海城有間新開嘅泰國菜，聽講口碑幾好，食完發現名不虛傳！ 室內環境很舒服，又有泰國風情，而且有露天位，出面掛滿燈飾，淡黃的燈光下既浪漫又舒服。 餐牌發現有好多選擇，令人有點三心兩意，樣樣都很想一試，幸好服務員落單時好熱情比意見我們，主動問洗唔洗小辣，服務好又夠晒貼心，講野仲有小小泰國accent 好得意！ 頭盤： 生蝦刺身：presentation幾好大大隻，味道爽甜，好fresh，而且佢有跟兩款sauces，綠色嗰隻又開胃啱晒唔太食得辣嘅朋友！ 青木瓜沙律：木瓜絲好爽口，而且水吧即叫即整，唔係整好放係度林哂 小食： 泰式小食拼盤：有蝦餅，魚餅，串燒同埋春卷，蝦餅最好食又夠香，厚身又彈牙，串燒魚餅都幾好，食到少少泰式香料味，很惹味 主食： 鹽燒鱸魚：本身想試佢個招牌明爐魚可惜賣晒，咁就試吓泰國姐姐推介嘅鹽燒鱸魚，呢個好好食，魚肉好滑又juicy，跟埋泰式酸辣汁囗感一流 後尾仲叫咗個炒金邊粉幾好食夠鑊氣，下次會帶屋企人過嚟再試下其他嘢，驚喜係賣單嗰陣仲有泰式甜品送，有西米糕同千層糕，我哋幾個人食到飽每人平均都唔使$200，性價比都幾高！

見無乜人寫佢既食評，但其實非常值得推介，所以就等我寫下啦！本人最喜歡就係去 free-flow wine 既brunch ，呢間價錢合理，所以很開心城中多一選擇。首先要讚既佢唔係好多餐檯，所以感覺很spacious同relaxing，你會完全feel到係brunch而唔係'自助餐'，而且有好多waiters，所以勁好服務，又有駐場sommelier ，champagne 係refill得超快，都唔記得飲左幾多杯，而且食物refill得好快，如果同五星級酒店既brunch比，佢既semi-buffet選擇較少，佢refill既速度絕對快佢地2-3倍，食物賣相同質素亦更優勝，而main course既好處就係big portion同hot served俾你！假若你唔想等佢refill，仲可以叫waiter幫你留反一兩件，可見其極好既服務態度！

必食鵝肝和海膽

去到可先去semi buffet既bar area，一定要食鵝肝多士同海膽！首先食材係大眾brunch入面少見，因為成本唔便宜，第二係食材好味新鮮！海膽配蟹肉加水果粒完全係絕配，實在太喜歡呢個菜式，食左成二三杯，口感清爽，海膽肥美甘甜，一d都唔腥，再配上unlimited   Champagne from Louis roederer，簡直絕配，將海膽味道更提昇！而鵝肝多士賣相十分精緻，味道一流！另一樣必食係36個月黑毛豬火腿，味道較濃，所以同cristal 配撘上無前兩者咁好，因為我覺得cristal本來味道柔和香甜又有豐富水果味，所以兩者味道偏重，反而同本身亦係無限供應既木瓜更配合! 另外我中意食既就係beef tartar，味道偏淡但有鮮肉味，口感嫰滑！



另一樣配champagne既美食就係oysters! Brunch set 上每人有六隻生蠔，本身以為都係一樣産地，原來係唔來自唔同地方，waiter有逐一介紹的。Waiter 亦recommend 由右邊食起，應該係因為淡到濃品嘗由鮮甜到海水味濃！



Main course

Main course食了炭燒牛扒，炭香味極濃，飽死了！本來想食羊，餐單弄錯了，反正我也是喜歡吃肉類，其實我覺得佢既南瓜蓉更出色，可以消一消滯！但扒類比起steak house相比差少少，但真的很大塊！



到了甜品時間，我已經很飽了，但係甜品有驚喜！原來甜品全部都細細件，可以滿足我有限既胃容量了！而且口感真的很軟熟，味道清新，很害怕那種甜到漏既感覺。除了相片中的切餅外，其實還有Carrot cakes, chocolate cakes同其他細細件既甜品，但我想食的栗子蛋白餅沒有了！最後要讚既杯cappuccino，很好喝的！最後，我實在太喜歡這個brunch，會再來的！

The most relaxing way to spend a weekend is to have an afternoon tea leisurely. Yet, booking a table is not easy and mostly there is a long line up. For tea set on Mo bar, one good thing is the staff will call you when the table is ready.

For a normal afternoon, the price is around 300 per head with unlimited semi buffet and tea served. So apart from the tea set, you can also enjoy sweet buffet like macaroon, sorbet, tiramisu, fruits and cakes around. This certainly can satisfy my great needs of sweets.

For the tea set, the scone and sandwiches are outstanding. The scones are well cooked with cream and jam served. There are various taste of savories and my favorite ones are Mexican spices chicken wrap and and Vietnamese banh Mei. These sandwiches are soft with good tasting and filling. 

For the cakes, the sweet delights in the buffet corner are better. The macaroon here is good since they are soft and the sweetness is optimal.  The raspberry mousse is also my favorite since it is not too sweet and look very good. But for the chocolate tart and tarte exotique, they are really too sweet for me and the sweetness dominated over other the texture. Since I was too full, it's so considerate that I can eat some fruits to freshen my taste again. 

想遠離一下多人既市區，所以揸車去黃金海岸試下d餐廳。宜家黃金海岸裝修緊，所以個view麻麻地。見呢間價錢可以接受，所以就揀呢間。個dinner set $598+10% , 有appetizer, soup, main course, tea or coffee. 

Appetizer 先有seafood platter, 個生蠔新鮮又大隻，真係鮮味十足。入面好大而weekday又唔多客，唔使等位同服務好好！再點左個黑毛豬沙律同湯，而Foie gras 加芒果好正，好好食！

主菜仲出色， grilled us prime rib eye steak 要medium rare，肉汁多而嫩又無乜脂肪，牛扒能夠做到咁鬆軟滑口已經很不錯！再配上薯仔同雜菜都算big portion. 而mustard就揀左有芥辣口味，同牛扒好match!

另點了帶子青口意粉，個sauce好creamy,意粉好爽口，青口大隻，好好味！呢個價錢可以有咁好既食物質素值得再來！

Fofo el willy is always fully booked during the restaurant week so I think I am lucky to have the table booked !

The restaurant is small but cozy, with high ceiling and classy decorations.They served 9 courses in the restaurant week costing around $500 per head which will definitely make you have a full stomach with quality food. The montaditos are coffin bay oyster, explosive smoked salmon, iberico ham and foie gras mi-chit. I like the iberico ham and fresh liver most since they are tasty and are certainly a good start for a dinner. Since this menu doesn't include any drinks, we ordered some cocktails and opened a bottle of white wine. Well they made food much better than drinks. 

The tapas are also doing good here and served with a quite big portion. They are all flavor-packed. Spanish cod fish is well cooked with perfect timing and well matched with the sweet corn, baby spinach and the sauce. The fish is tender and juicy. Another dish is the red prawn with potato foam and iberico pork pancetta and porccini. The sauce tasted like a very strong-flavored lobster soup and well matched with the prawn and pork. It gives me a unique and special experience in Spanish tapas. There is also scallop tiradito with pear and passion fruit. Personally I don't like the taste of tiradito since it is too sour for me. But the appearance of the  dish is so attractive and the scallop is fresh. 

Finally, here comes its signature crispy suckling pig. With the pineapple and port juice, it did make a good tasting texture for the suckling pig. It's sticky glaze and crispy crackling and underneath is the tender meat. 

If you like to try some special Spanish dishes, this restaurant is definitely worth a try.

Due to my Frd' recommendation, we booked a table to try CIAK. Overall speaking, the service is quite good and the food quality is acceptable, yet, it is overpriced for this standard. Maybe this is located in landmark, so some part of the price goes for the high rent. Anyways, it's quite big here and we sat very interior. The setup is a bit similar to food court.

We ordered the classic carbonara and Parma ham pizza. The pizza is quite big so two people probably can't finish it all. It's also full of cheese so the cheese lovers must enjoy it a lot. For the carbonara, it smells good and has a strong taste of cheese too. I like the spaghetti as it is well cooked. Since the food and interior design is not good value for money, we decided not to try the desserts here.

Today I was so happy to have chosen Harlan's as my dining place as the food was good and the service was professional.

We arrived at 0700 pm on Wednesday so it nearly didn't have any customers at that moment and it turned to be quite full house one hour later. When we were reading the menu, we had no idea what to choose so the waiter came and asked our tasting preference and filtered out some dishes for us. That's great since we all were satiated with the dishes.

We have ordered the 2 starters to begin with. First one is the Parma ham platter seasoned by 18, 24 and 36 months so it gave us a more diversified dining experience. The Parma ham is in high quality and we like it. Second one is crabmeat salad and it is a light starter for us. 

For the main courses, the one coming was lobster linguini with the tomato sauce.This tasted perfect! The lobster was fresh and tender and the linguini was perfectly sweetened by the tomato sauce.

The second one was risotto with prawn, squid and cucumber. I liked the food combination as it could savor the overall creaminess and the seafood would shine its flavor out of the risotto. And there were so many squid inside so we would have the squid nearly in every bite of it.

Finally, we had the stewed salmon and clams. This is my favorite as I always love eating the stewed fish as the meat is always tender and keep its freshness. This dish had a perfect cooking time and I was very safistied with it.

Overall, it had a high quality of food and professional service. I will definitely visit it again.

Sunday brunch is my favorite activity and Whisk would definitely be the nice choice in town. I have been trying this lunch set, dinner buffet and brunch buffet and all gave me a desirable dining experience.

In the brunch, you can enjoy the buffet corner and main course meanwhile. In addition to $100,  you can enjoy the free flow of wine. One thing makes the whole thing less perfect is the short time for brunch since there are two sessions 11-1 and 0130-0430.

For the buffet corner, there are salads, seafood and roasted meat. The oysters are unlimited. I like the caviar since there are 5 types to choose with chilled vodka served. Luckily, the day I came has a special offer of tuna sashimi. The chef cut the big tuna fish in front of us. The tuna is so fresh that I enjoyed it very much and it is also unlimited in supply.

The desert corner will be in another inner room. There are so many cheese, parma ham, cakes, macaroon, fruit, coffee, movenpick ice cream and red wine.

For the appetizer, the smoked scramble egg with chives & Avruga Caviar was a bit over cooked and the flavor of cavier is not strong enough. The Poached Egg in Glass with Truffle Espuma & Spinach is much better since the texture is incredibly soft where you can feel it melting in your mouth.

Christmas is coming on town! Of course I have to enjoy a wonderful Christmas supper and cafe deco is a definitely nice choice with high varieties  of Christmas style food and reasonable price. The place is also less crowded compared with the restaurants in town. If you want to have a relaxing private moment, cafe deco is probably a good idea.

Spending a super full lunch buffet here with free flow of red, white wine and champagne, the price is attractive and reasonable.

There are unlimited oysters and salmon offer in the buffet. I like them so much as they are fresh and big. The waiters refilled them efficiently. Apart from these, there are also many Chinese and western food dishes for us to choose. Chilli chickens and tomato mushroom fried rice are highly recommended since they are so tasty! The chicken meat which is so unforgettably soft with special chilly taste.

There are also many Christmas dishes such as a big turkey an Christmas chocolate roll. The desserts look so tempting and attractive with beautiful and lovely Christmas style decorations. 

Unlimited movenpick ice creams are also available in the whole lunch buffet with over 8 flavors such as coffee, ginger and honey yogurt.

Last but not least, one of the enjoyable movement is that you can have unlimited wine too. And the waitresses are also with good service and refill the wine promptly. However, personality I think champagne is more acceptable while the others are worse than expected.
