I came here for a bite to eat and ordered one of the ice cream bowls with fruit. The ice cream was macha, placed on top of a tasteless jelly, fruit, a small serving of mochi, ball of bean paste and served with syrup. It was a nice ice cream (matcha), extremely thick and although smooth, somehow it tasted a bit grainy? It wasn't a bad thing, but be prepared that it isn't the same green tea flavour that Hagen Dazs makes. The ice cream is extremely thick. I can't emphasise enough how rich it was- there is such a high density of dairy that when you spoon it, it ripples. It's something I imagine won't be to everyone's taste, but is certainly worth a try. The matcha ice cream is nice, but I won't be ordering it again as I found it really thick. I was full until the next afternoon! The fruit was a welcome addition and unlike other ice creams which aren't bother trying with fruit since it's too distracting, THIS particular ice cream went wonderfully with it. The fruit was ripe and they gave a decent portion. No complaints. I don't know how, but it was some of the nicest mochi I have ever had. It was smooth, sweet and very chewy. It would be nice if they gave a couple more pieces to go with the ice cream though. The red bean paste was smooth. It was quite thick though, but eated with the ice cream complimented the flavours well. The staff were helpful and friendly people who were prepared to answer a range of questions. My only complaint is that there weren't that many seats available, and if you arrive when it's full then you need to wait outside. Ah well. Hopefully with rising demand they'll be able to open a bigger shop elsewhere! 題外話/補充資料: This restaurant does not accept coins below 50c.

We came here today from the recommedation of a friend. Their specialty dishes are the fried gai mei bao and bo lo bao, although their pork chops are also delicious and great even upon reheating. Both are delicious although be wary- the gai mei bao is known to sell out on occassion! If you're willing to wait though, they make fresh batches. A delicious treat that tastes like the bun usually would, except chewy and moist on the inside instead of dry as it can sometimes be. The milk tea isn't anything special, but it isn't bad. Their more popular drinks are the coconut and red bean concoction, delicious! Watch out for the two large tortises in the garden and check out the small acquarium at the back where there are two adorable pig-nosed turtles!! A cute cafe that resembles the typical country-side restaurant from my childhood. Will certainly return. 推介美食: Iced Milk Tea,Fried Gai Mei Bao

I happened to chance upon this cafe on a sunny day, and wanting a drink, popped in. I had the cake and drink set which is flexible meaning you can add on any cake and pay the difference. Great to see a flexible cafe! I ordered the Baileys cheesecake and an iced lemon and lime tea. The girl behind the counter was very helpful and knew all the details of the cakes beyond their description, a refreshing thing to see in a city where too often, the description on the card is all you're going to get. I got the cake immediately served on a plate (although with the tinfoil still on the bottom?) and was promised that my drink arrive soon. I sat on one of the bar stools which, although initially awkward, turned out to be very comfortable. If you don't like barstools then they have three tables, with seating for four at each. The decoration is really sweet and it fits in with the overall theme of the cafe. Hopefully they'll expand their area for more people. Their cake selection is surprisingly comprehensive, albeit dominated by cheesecakes. The drink was delivered promptly, and with a smile. Great! The cake wasn't too sweet, and there was enough of it to fill me up without feeling bloated afterwards. Not a real cheesecake though. They offer bags of baked good such as cookies on shelves. Don't be afraid to go all the way into the cafe as they also have items on the counter for sale. They have a large selection of adorable cakes such as a green apple cheesecake shaped like an apple. This is a small cafe so I recommend coming here alone, or in a small group. Overall, a nice cafe but I wouldn't go out of my way to return.

We came here for dinner and we ordered to one of the back tables. This restaurant is very picky about their seating (smart, I guess, but not great service-wise) and will seat you at the table with the most suitable number of chairs. However, I noticed that a family of visiting Mainland Chinese were allowed to take over two tables meaning they had 8 seats for a family of four... I don't know what this means, but I would avoid this restaurant if you've just done some heavy shopping since there won't be space for your bags. Also, they don't refill your water unless you push them to? The staff were nice enough, but there wasn't anything to set them apart from the crowd. The walls were somewhat clean, but I couldn't help feeling that the lower wall where I sat was slightly sticky. Don't worry; I think it was only because we were sitting by the kitchen. It's nice how there are photos of the dishes on the wall though and some 'traditional' Thai elements to the decoration. It helps bring everything together. We ordered the som tam (my favorite Thai dish), Phad thai and curry calamari squid. I found the som tam disappointing although it holds a strange place in my heart; on one hand it has an appropriate level of chili, but on the other hand it tasted very different- and was composed very differently- to my usual som tam. The tomatoes weren't cherry tomatoes as they usually are, the peanuts weren't roasted and there were no little shrimp or any shrimp taste for that matter. I found the salad, while acceptable, too watery for my liking. Most likely because they used full-size tomatoes. I suppose others could like it, but for me I'll stick to my usual from Cafe Sian. The portion was alright for sharing although if you were having it for a main meal, it's about two bites too little (great if you want dessert?).

The staff are very polite, and fluent in Chinese and English which is such a nice change from my recent experiences. They are also efficient and don't stand there idiling chatting like some other froyo stores, casting unfriendly glances at passer-byes. The froyo is the best in Hong Kong. It has the consistency of premium ice cream, and tones down the sour yogurt taste with more vanilla undertones. I recommend the kiddie size, although if you're sharing then the regular will do well for you. Just make sure they have even amounts of toppings! The scones aren't bad either, they're beautifully crumbly and buttery. I've only had the raisin ones, but why gamble when you have perfection? 推介美食: Froyo
