Came in around 5pm to skip the dinner rush. Bun shaped bushman bread arrive our table (probably reheated more then twice since the base of the bread was hard). We ordered a blooming burger (medium done) and a chicken & ribs main, we also asked for more bread to kill the wait time. This time a loaf of bushman came. Our mains came in Shockingly 15mins. So we did a food check, our burger wasn't medium it was well done (Chef microwave over did the beef) , the cheese above the beef was not melted and the blooming onion below the bun was soggy. Chicken & ribs wasn't too charming the "half chicken" was dreadfully dry, it has been sunbathed in the microwave for long. No juiciness, no tenderness just pure chicken jerky.

Cleanliness might be an issue here, there were a few tiny flying insects joined us for dinner, one of it even went inside my wine glass to have some wine. (had to ask for a new glass).

Food was Not worth it.

Got noticed, greeted in a disappointed tone then so we got sitted, she passed in our menu.

We were scrolling through their Lunch menu, ala carte...
And we decided what we wanted to order and tried to look for service.

Staff we lazy, they chatting around, I tried to catch their attention by waving my hand, server ignored us and took the order by the table next to us instead that was seated 20 minutes after us. Finally we caught one of the servers eyes and ordered from their ala carte menu; chicken stone pot rice, an eel vermicelli fried noodles and two soft drinks, scribble scribble scribble, we requested for a faster service as we have to catch a movie, she smiled and she disappeared.

5 minutes later, we were served our drinks and some kimchi, 10 minutes later, our *cold stone pot with chicken rice* along with the pre-fried microwaved noodles with eel arrived to our table.

Disappointing as I was hungry and was forced to eat such low quality food. Taste was no difference with 7-11 microwaveable food.

Will not recommend nor visit this restaurant again.
