Tonight trying a newly opened Thai fine dining restaurant at midlevel, although there is another typical Thai restaurant at the same street, if you want great service and fine dining experience, it is a great choice; 10-20% more for fine dining
Starter: Spring Roll & Crab Cake
Ordered a spring roll and a crab cake as the starter, the freshness of the spring roll will surprise you; a fresh pastry filled with a variety of fresh floral scented herbs has delighted the dish, telling the experience of what fine dining is
Prawn cake also recommended with its freshness; these are a must try starter
Main: Seafood Curry, with mussels, squid, etc.
Curry is delicious, not a spicy one although i am a spicy girl, but surely it is a perfectly cooked one; if this dish is accompanied with a bowl of rice
with the curry, that would be perfect
Noodle: stir fried flat noodle
Very fine cooked, the texture of the noodles could tell the difference
Desert: Coconut sticky rice with mango
Renee is the waitress there, she warmly welcomed us with a free desert
although i am not a fan of sweeties, but the dish delighted me; it is quite different from the one you tried before in other Thai restaurant. Devil lies in the details, you surely will be impressed by the fine dining experience
i believe they are still preparing and adjusting, the names of dishes is Thai with english introductions; therefore menu is not easily readable for locals; my sister needs to look up dictionary when ordering
Service: Great
