I was craving for a nice Spaghetti Bolongnese, was thinking where I could go on a Saturday 2pm, with guarantee taste, service, and experience in TST.

So Pizza Express could always a great choice!

It is situated at the heart of TST, K11; and usually not many people, high ceiling, not as clustopia! You could say it is just a very ordinary Bolongnese, but not many restaurant could get it right, it is mixed with the fresh tomatoes, meat isn't so fattening, the sauce is just right! I have topped with some Parmesan cheese, it was so Yummy!

I always wanted to try their dessert, but it is a little too big for 1 person. i won't dare to try without a company, great that if they could resize the dessert for 1 person selection.

I have tried Smile dessert for twice, but I only go for Golden Smile.
A Strawberry is sprayed with golden gillter with a little sweet and sour taste - I love it so much
Plus, a try pineapple on top, but not a big fan of it.

Underneath is Rasberry jelly and biscuit crush and yogurt.

Different, Tasty and feeling happy!

Situated at the food street area in Wan Chai - Tai Wong Tung Street. Great Location!
Though the shop frontage is a little narrow, it was eye catching enough to find the shop.

We were standing at the entrance and looking at Menu, we were greeted by the owner.
We were impressed that they have set in a row of table which is especially for customers to charge their phone, very thoughtful.
I have chosen their signature BAO - Original Gua Bao
The base is a Chinese White Bun, and filled with Saucy Marinated pork belly, fresh coriander, crushed peanuts, and Chinese relish! - rich in flavor and I am stuffed by 1 single BAO already.We would usually get Chinese bun as the base to wrap with "Char Siu", however,it is very rare to have it wrap with stuff like Terikyaki Tofu and Thai Chicken, i would try it at my next visit and it is a Great and Brave Fast Food Concept!

I saw the the news clipping introducing this place, I was so tempted to try! so, decided to go there for the gathering lunch

When we stepped out from the lift, we were stunned by the place! it is very nice, it is like entering into the Spanish world with a coulour and creative renovation, very special seating layout at the H8 layout!Very attention to details, even having the wet towel to match the design.

Fruit Tea - Wow, such a signature drinks, we love it.

Very refreshing and fruityFood -  taste was ok, but portion is so small in general, quite disappointing.Fish & Chips is seems the best dish, The fries are good, but the fish is only OK, the crusty bit is very thick; while you chewed into it, the fish is very smashy. Thought Paella would be their signature main course, it has to be right. However, another let down. The rice is way too dry, there is some bitter taste in the rice, there was a long sign for us.I was suggesting to grab some dessert after finishing the main course, however, as we were too disappointing here, my friends suggested to try out 荳花妹 (which is just opened downstair) instead

This renowned noodles place is one of the rare with a long history Resturants in Sheung Shui, it would be closed at early September 2014, they have been the wittness of the changes of  Sheung Shui......With the changes of Sheung Shui, this kind of noodles taste would disappear soon. Thus, please go and try before they offically closed.One of the popular dish, 4 pieces chicken and the texture of noodles is just right, not too soft and not too al dente, not many restaturant made it this way, they have pulled some Beef sauce in as a final touch, taste so good!Dumpling with Prawn, they made it from scratch every single day, it is definitely fresh with limited supply! it was stuffed with marinated mince pork, bamboo shoot, and a solid prawn meat. oh! Where else can you actually get this?

Renovation is getting torn down, it is like a family running restaurant, I hope there would be possibiity if they could extend the taste of their signature noodles........

My friend has warned me DONT over order, as the portion is quite big, so we are very causiou about it.

I want spagetti with tomatoes base, and my friend wants sth with seafood. so we picked Spagghtti with clams with tomatoes base. It was a little try, but the PORTION is too big, my friend decided to take away the rest and bring it to shopping LOLParma Ham with Melon is the dish I would recommend here! The ham taste so good and melon is very sweet and fresh!We were too full after the 2 dishes. We were tempted to order some dessert after the 2 dishes, however, we were too full and need to take away the half dish of spaghetti to shopping.

Upon the bill settlement, the staff offered us a complimentary mini Tiramisu, such a great gesture!

We like the service there with friendly staff! Overall experience - GOOD!

The first Vietnamese concept in Soho with such a nice decoration, so decided to give it a try.
I was recommended to have the Beef Salad, it is mixed with onion, cumcumber and Cherry Tomatoes, love the dressing, they mixed well together.I am impressed by the soup, not too soup, not too salty and rich in flavour, JUST RIGHT.There is a BIG crab craw in the soup, I know there is big chunck of meat inside, i certainly would make the most of my lovely choice, however, they seems to assume the customer would not be eating it, it is just a display of the dish.I have asked for the craw opener, however, they said they DO NOT have it and walked away. I probably have showned my disappoing face, so, 5 mins later, the staff came up to me and suggested to have it open for me at the Kitchen. I refused their kind offer at the end, it was a little too late.The Beef Noodle in Soup, it was ok, the beef is a little chewy.
Nice renovation, a very familiar menu 2 street down in Central, but the ceiling is a little low, the ventitialtion could be a little better, my clothes are full of food smell after coming out from there. Overall, I like the food there.

Their Bake Sago & Mashed Lotus seed Pudding is their house dessert. I have seen them put it at a transparent plastic box at the display from the outside.Bake Sago & Mashed Lotus seed Pudding, the little baked top and the melty mashed lotus seedSong Kee Sun Soup with Lotus, such a rare Chinese dessert, such a good combination, after eating a heavy texture dessert (Bake Sago & Mashed Lotus seed Pudding), plus it is quite filling too.

What surprised me is, the patten the staff has created, it made my early start of the day.

Just by comparison, with the price of startbucks at the current price HK$33 - Green Tea Latte, I don't usually see the staff prepare drinks with heart.

My previous office used to be in Hollywood road; when I craved for some Vietnamese food, i would always come over here! Their Raw Beef Noodle with Soup is the one I would always ordered!
-Beef is Fresh and tender
-Soup is rich in flavour
-Noodle is just right, not too al dente and not just smashy
-Mixed with onion and spring onion
This time, they have updated a new menu, I wondered whether I should stick to their Raw Beef Noodle with Soup or try sth new???? As I saw they do Laksa!!!
And the waitress strongly recommend witht the Laksa with Prawn and noodles, so, ok, I went with what she suggested.
However, this is a disappointmentThe prawn is too overcooked.
The soup is not like a real Laksa, it is like curry power mixed with water.
The noodle is too al dente.
They are trying to be creative, however, Laksa is not a Vietnamese, they should stick with what they are good at.
