I love Germany and have been learning German for awhile.
Yet German cuisine doesn't seemed to be so diversified which salty pork and sausages take the main courses. The portion is always large and would be too heavy if serving two people only.

While at Berliner, food portion is medium and price is reasonable. You won't get too full by only eating the sausages, you can still taste the beer and desserts.

Environment

Good deco with displays of beers in the cupboards, several TVs, tables are mostly for 4 to 8 people. You may reserve a table by windows or wall beforehand to avoid the noise of other people's dinner gatherings.

The atmosphere is good for families and friends' dinner, not preferrably for dating.Service

Waitors would service the pork knuckle by divided it into pieces easier for customers to eat.
They also make recommendations of beers depends on your options (bitter/ sweeter?)Food

1. Pork Knuckle

Outter crispy and inner tender and smooth. Just a normal palm size big unlike mega size of normal German food. Knuckle usually cooked salty so it's better to accompany with beer.2. Mixed Sausages 

My favourite would be frankfurt sausage, with Ketchup, simply great.3. Apple pancakes

Desserts are also core part of dinner, to me, an insane dessert lover.

So I tried out this apple pancakes with ice-cream, yummy yummy....
ice and fire...but we both too full, so pack the remainings for supper.Beer

This Schneider Weisee, Mein Blondes was my choice and it just fit to my taste-- lively wheat malt flavour, not bitter at all, but light sweet.

Behind mine was my friend's, dark wheat beer, also tastes good.Satisfying~~ more reviews on foriegn cuisine to come up=]

MO Bar (中環)

Drinking a pot of Earl Grey, tasting the beautiful extravagent afternoon tea, is the best moment for girls' talk.

Guys won't understand how it meant to girls about the 3 layers of tea set, eating bit by bit, chatting and relaxing and "sweetening" by the surrounding atmosphere.

Moey's choice: Mo Bar at Landmark Mandarin Oriental Hotel, don't get mixed up with Mandarin Oriental nearby. They are in separate locations.

Environment 

A Ground floor lounge bar/ cafe, cozy with dim lights and deco, yet don't expect much on views. Through the glass u may see the street view. 

Sofa seats are a bit crowded, insufficient space between tables especially when tea set racks are placed nearby. 

Service

Waitors are friendly, requested to change table since too close to entrance.

They ensure the tidiness of dining table like other hotels too, helped my friend to fold the napkins when she was away.

Food
Afternoon Tea Set for Two: $248 per head + 10%

Girls' favourite!! The desserts are well-made, perfect - looking and classy.Raisin and plain scones with clotted cream served on table, and the gorgeous tea set standing by your side.wow~~

The mini burger, surprisingly, with juicy mini beef and dressing, delicious.Berries topping with smooth taste pudding, you gonna love it.How about other desserts? I find them great too, but meanwhile  leave to you to discover and taste.

The Green Lounge (上環)

向來喜歡嚐港九新界美食，近亦留意團購餐飲，希望可向友人推介抵食佳質而未太聞名的食店。

團購優惠，不能草草睇幾篇走漏眼...低價吸納消費者，可能想挽救晚飯時段慘淡的局面...而是次團購的服務質素實在太差劣，決定寫一篇食評，希望想光顧green lounge的人小心小心。

Groupon: $268二人set dinner+14款甜品任食
註1：甜品只有6款,(心太軟及窩夫),且等候時間25mins以上，而用膳限時1.5小時，所以根本不能食超過兩款,而跟set甜品更是馬虎。


服務質素是劣，兩個waitress全程黑面，態度差。

等候及安排入座:
預約了8pm, 7:58pm見店內8成桌無客，就問可否入座。店員不太友善拒諸門外：未到8點喎！
電話預約左𥦬邊或旁邊座位，但照樣安排門口走廊位,仲要冷氣機滴水...要求換座，仲諸多推搪，好唔願意。

**任食甜品在點主菜時已點，但食完跟set甜品20mins後仍未上，waitress竟然問其他甜品仲使唔使上，表明green tea cheese cake未食完就不會再上其他，不想浪費食物。

好愕然，要求客人食完難食/不想食的cheese cake，而且我解釋芝士蓋過綠茶味時，waitress一臉不在乎，不想聽的樣子。

食物一般，賣相還可，綠茶甜品水平低
主菜點了牛仔柳伴薯菜及大蝦天使麵，味道一般，牛柳略嫌太老，天使麵太軟，汁較稀。

跟餐甜品: 
Green Tea Cheese Cake: mousse 味道欠佳，有點怪。芝士味濃過綠茶，而且味道難夾，很少食店會推此配搭。
Affogato: 雪糕味道幾好，咖啡有點苦澀味。

任食甜品
見食評多讚綠茶心太軟/相關甜品，於是一試。
雪糕上台時已熔左一半 心太軟食兩啖已澀。
建議綠茶甜品fans 去排隊的via tokyo, 咖啡弄，或抹茶館，甜品工房，心甜，不值到此上環偏僻之處。

士多啤梨窩夫
賣相吸引，strawberries新鮮，waffles味道不過不失。
